This has done a spike like that in the past. The last one I saw went up 700%. Anyone know what causes it to shoot up then come imediately back down. Is someone making serious $$$ on those spikes??

Either stupid people using market orders on penny stocks or fat fingers by MM's. OR someone being silly and trying to manipulate a run by intentionally purchasing above ask. Never works but it's often good for a laugh. No, I doubt anyone makes bank off of those except MM's.

By the looks of the volume the past 30 days, it seems as if it's due to start trending up. Time is on our hands, the sky is the limit. that .0005 trade went through for 4MM shares, that was hefty, should kick start the rally. If we have another day tomorrow like we had today, I am quite sure this stock will be trading at .0002 by Friday.

I think they are preparing something big in the next PR.
Might have something very special to say in it and that might be why after a string of good PR's they are taking a breather from PR's to climax the importance of the next PR's with a select time to make a big anouncement . And ....a small but quik statement that they are buying back shares { while share price sits very under valued } would make a great pre-announcement before major PR's that could actually be about new incoming revenues and the increasing revenue stream .

I have an idea, why don't they buy back a few billion shares, and then release a PR telling us about it? Or maybe they have been to busy doing just that to release PR's lately. I sure hope they don't use Scotrade, that would be a lot of time and labor calling their local branch to execute purchases.

Hey, maybe the volume today could indicate a PR for tomorrow? That could be the reason for todays spike in volume. Hope the price spike on NEWS tomorrow.

Could the increase in volume actually be the company buying back shares .....
Could the reason the slow down on PR's be a window to buy back shares at a price that won't remain very long .....once they release the next PR's ......
Could the next PR's be the follow up to the last PR's .....What was projected revenue may actually now be a permanent and increasing revenue stream .....And gives them the cash to buy back shares and easily pay the dividend ....
Could the dividend pay date be the time to release the next PR's and have atleast the first part of buy back completed .
Think about it .....AWBV stated just last week they are buying back shares { and have now already started } and the price somehow still remains at .0001 ....Might be part of method to keep price down while buying back shares for greatest value .
SMMW just announced they will buy back upto 4 billion shares ......And their price remains at .0001 { Again ...that might be part of the method in buying back - to keep price down while company is buying } .
COULD THIS ACTUALLY BE HAPPENING
Becouse the last PR's were strong & positive with projected revenue .
Becouse many investors don't want "projected " they want stated and proven " revenue " { as in the next PR's }/
Becouse two others " awbv & smmw " are also doing a buy back .
Becouse the price is pervect for them to do a buy back and the funds might have arrived { revenue } for them to do it .
So my question is ......can they be buying back before releasing a statement of a buy back ...or do they need to state it first { and that could drive the price up during the buy back } .

Would certainly be above average to have actual "past tense" info i.e. "we already bought back "x" shares" included in the next PR vs the typical forward looking statements.
Never-the-less I will be just as content with a good PR.

They are a Pink Sheet company and therefore are not required to file financials. I doubt very much that VWKM would ever want actually file audited financials. Their last SEC filing was April of 2005 over a year ago. Pump and speculation is the only chance VWKM has of getting the PPS to move.
Doesn't the fact that they can't be reached by phone or email tell you something. To my knowledge only 1 person has stated he was able to contact the company. I have tried numerous times over the last 3 months and have yet to get as much as an acknowledgement of them recieving my call or my email.
Don't buy the pump do your DD and logically make your own assessment.
