IMHO, Not a good sign that they have removed all content from vswm.com and newscreentv.com.

Personally, i think it's a great sign. Anything is better than what everybody has been going through. If this is completely dead, at least we'll know soon enough now. Or look at it this way- the old plan didn't work, now we may have new blood and new ideas.
Either way, I've mentally written this off. Any success will be purely bargain for me.

I see a R/S, certainly can't hurt this dog. However, I will only gain true confidence with this new regime when and if they buy back a large percentage of shares. They're certainly chap enough!!!
It would certainly show positive intent.

Selling at 1/3 your investment after a reverse split is certainly better than losing all.
On the other hand no one knows where we are headed, we don't know about existing contracts.
At least there is some intrigue now. Like other stocks that go broke the end is sometimes worth the price of admission just in entertainment value.
Go VWKM go.
Maybe a merger coming. Using VWKM stockholders to get them above a certain threshold. Any other reasons you by a company with 20 billion shares?

I think part of the problem is that we don't know where things stand. I thought that Astrom and his wife WERE the company. Is Newscreen still broadcasting? Were the rumors on Ihub true that Astrom came to pick up defective equipment from Crawford and never came back?
As an aside, I guess this means that Astroms wife is no longer employed either.
Before anyone starts talking R/S's, it would be nice to know where our 2 million dollars went and how much is left. But of course, this being a pinky, I highly doubt we will ever know.

I did a search on the new President and don't think anyone in North America goes by that name.
I really don't think a RS is imminent, but wouldn't be surprised. I just don't see how they go forward without being able to raise some money. A buyback to say 100 million shares would be cool if they have a business and business plan.
Truth is this could sky rocket in the right situation. Say an existing private company wants to go public, they already have millions in revenue and want to expand nationally. So they buy VWKM and then VWKM purchases the private company or merges with it.
It might be a real cheap way to become a public company.
1000:1 reverse split takes it to 23 milion OS at .10, merge with a company with a book value of say 25 million and walla, you have a 1$ stock and a ten bagger.

Is this thing dead? Was it a scam or is there some hope of recouping and breaking even if it bounces a couple of ticks?

Yep, screwed again. Two months ago it was "company policy is no reverse split" and now this. I hope they find that Astrom dude and hang him by his %^&%$#
11M now a whopping 1100 shares. Ask should be around $1.00 tomorrow and I would guess the bid will be in the 5 to 10 cent area. A nice tax loss for Uncle Sam.
