Wally ......What can't you figure out ..?

Not to be mean ....but most small penny companies have more than one line . Some of the smaller companies simply choose to not not answer the main line as often as you might like .

Give me a break ......Not a headache .

You say as often as I might like. I and many others that have been in this stock for quite sometime now and have continually tried calling and leaving messages. The phone has not been answered once. I guess I am asking a bit much that a company should answer their phone. GEEZ what was I thinking.

Do you really think Aurora is going to discuss the deal with someone?

At least people acknowledge a deal was signed. LOL.

It is possible they have an investors line and give other phone numbers to business contacts. If someone calls and leaves a message they are interested in returning the call they return it.

I can't confirm the revenue numbers but am not surprised if overstated, BIGN originally said they would do 125 wells but now have 2 months later, people still invest in it. Most pink sheet, OTC overstate revenue projections. I could name many companies that have.

I have some accounting experience so I am fairly good at seeing bad numbers that are stated as maximum potential, that is why I figure numbers myself based on my experience.

100 million in yearly revenue is high to me but 10 million is reasonable. 1.6 million households in houston, if we get 500 k in two years and do well with VOD I think 5-10 million per year is very achievable.

If you made .25 cents per subscriber per month you make 125K per month = 1.5 million per year from that one market. Plus VOD.

Why would 10 million from 10 markets be a stretch. That is why I use 10 million with 1 million in profit.

I pretty much expect all struggling companies or start ups to overstate revenue projections or list them on the high end.

To me anything over 5 million in yearly revenue will move the pps pretty easily.

Enough on the phone call post . It's starting to get idiotic . I study and research stocks and do very well. Do not want to go back and forth with " beavis & butthead " that all penny companies are fakes and scams for never answering the main line . Get one of the direct numbers to the ceo or vice president and argue it out with them . I work for one of these companies so I already undestand that some choose to place the company message on the main line ...Besides ...why let it bug you . Leave a message and try not to sound like you sound here ....Maybe they'll get back to you .

I'd like to talk about what might be in the next PR's .

I think they will anounce they have found a production studio and office space in or near the hollywood / north hollywood .burbank area .

I think we may see word of actual revenue now in.

I think obviously the signing of more affiliates .

Confirmation of the divi being payed and perhaps a mention of possible share buy back .

PENNY FOR YOUR THOUGHTS

These are the most eye popping numbers so far. Eagle broadband is in a growing market.

more spin: as I understood it, the calls were not being answered at all. Not a case of presenting the company line...

"why let it bug you?"

lol, are you saying this is *gonna run*

or are you saying this will gradually move up and be a "long" play?

Maybe they are on the road and no one back at the office.

It isn't like they have a storefront.

My understanding is that OEN was a garage operation in the beginning. When someone is on the road the garage phone doesn't get answered.

They actually operate out of the "Historical Marion Theatre" at 50 Magnolia South, Ocala FL.

Yes I know, but it doesn't mean they don't go on the road.

Look, prove they are a scam and I will acknowledge it.

This from 2002

Eagle declares Victory as its first
all IP-based community

By Susan Rush
from CED Broadband Direct, July 26, 2002

Eagle Broadband is marching full-speed ahead with its fiber-to-the-home initiative. Texas' Victory Lakes master-planned community will be the company's first all IP-based community.

Eagle Broadband has completed its basic FTTH installation and is getting started on the delivery of Bundled Digital Services to the community, which sits 30 miles south of Houston. Eagle Broadband already has given Victory Lakes homeowners access to fiber-based high-speed Internet connectivity, digital television, local and long distance telephone service and security monitoring. By initiating Phase II of its build out, Eagle will soon enable the delivery of more than 200 channels and full video-on-demand capabilities. Eagle Broadband recently inked a deal with Warner Home Video to access Warner Home Video's first-run feature movies, library content and live events for VOD distribution over Eagle's IP-based fiber network.

The Victory Lakes community will be the first to gain access to the Warner Bros.'s content.

Eagle Broadband has contract with six other master-planned communities to deploy its FTTH architecture and BDS package. It is the company's goal to offer full IP services in communities where it has deployed its BDS package.

Earlier this week, Eagle Broadband posted a comprehensive loss of $2.4 million, or 4 cents a share, including an unrealized holding gain of $208,000 in the latest quarter. Including an unrealized holding loss of $1.2 million in the year-ago quarter, the company's comprehensive loss was $2.9 million, or 4 cents a share.

Eagle has been preparing their fiber optics for at least three years.

Johnny, I am not saying that they are a scam, all I am saying is that they never answer their phone and do not return calls to those who leave messages.

That in itself does not make them a scam.

Yes it does, not that they are the same kind of company, but just a short while ago another TV stock did not answer calls from it's shareholders and were apparently always out on the road spending the shareholders money. Oh well that's another story but a lesson well learned.

wallymac, pay your bills man!

Some of us (me) wouldn't have a phone if it weren't such a necessity of life anymore. If callers can't leave a message then it must not be so important (to me).

Not answering phones is no way to run a business. Unless... messages from 'shareholder-needs-to-know-right-now' are put on the back burner? I don't know.

People calling CEOs and then posting about it, that's a problem. Everyone wants that 'hot tip' for a leading edge. Really, if I had an inside tip, the last thing I would do is post it. My sad reality, I wouldn't put money on the tip, either. But once it was made public, I'd be there before you.

This stock is still an enigma (to me). Throwing down 10K??? I would worry. But I'm still (cautiously) hopeful on this one.

I think TickTrader spoke well.

I personally wouldn't post about any stock if it wasn't for the need to balance information. If you own the stock you don't want people bashing it into the ground.

Most group plays and momo plays are scams. What happens is a group buys millions of shares and lets it quietely double or triple on the groups volume, then they try to sell but there aren't enough buyers to cover that number of shares at the higher price.

So after the run up they do a pump campaign til the shares are sold off. Then the pump ends with bagholders holding shares they can't sell.

VWKM is quite the opposite. It is on bottom. No one is going to make money til news comes out and I cannot create the news. I am not part of a group so I can't artificially inflate the price and I don't have the time or money to run an ad campaign.

I have done some more searching on Mark Astrom, I think he just wants to become a movie producer. He has been a part of a couple of films in different capacities and is trying to get his dream off the ground.

Is he not answering the phone because of bill collectors, investors bugging him with the same questions? Who knows.

One thing I found was that their studio became fully automated in 2005, which means they don't have to be at the studio, they can plug it in, set the timers in the program, and let it run. They have the ability to run ads and make some revenue without being there.

They bought the movie theatre to show films to groups interested in independent films like going to the movies. So they have film festivals and viewings for the public and for groups of film buffs.

In my searches I have found nothing but a guy who wants to launch into the movie business.

Here is an msn search.

http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?srch=105&q=mark+astrom&first=1&FORM=PPRE

He attend a photography/cinema school in NY, tried to film some movies, has made some contacts and started a production studio.

OK u all say this stock has 20BB shares in the float right? How many investors do you all think own this stock? Let's say 200k different investors own it and if 8% of them call that would be how many calls going through to a small company? That would be 25,000 calls and only god knows if it's a day, week or month. Anyway u slice it, that's way too many calls for a company of this caliber to answer the calls. Do you want them to issue more shares to pay someone to answer all those phone calls? Calls are annoying, I personally hate answering the phone unless it's an important call. It's the same reason why I dont own a cell phone.

So give the company a break, now if they dont put out a PR within the next 45 days then I could see some of you guys being upset because I know you have money invested and want to see a return. Do u all act this way when your broker invest your money and the investments go down?

Remember it's a penny stock and some penny stocks takes time. I was once in a stock at .0001 and it went to .005, believe the ticker was HDMP. I dd quite well in this stock. Not saying VWKM will do the same because no one knows, we all are hoping it goes to the moon. We are all gamblers playing the stock market and maybe fighting addiction to be investing in this one here.

But best of luck to you all.

Remember the Nigerian scam was also trading under a penny last year. Every thing takes time, but first needs to put a plan together then execute it precisely.

$10,000 Strong!!!!!!

If there's that many calls and you're fighting overhead? get an answering machine or that voice mail the phone company offers:

"Press 1 to leave a message for Mark"

"Press 2 to describe your indie film project"

"Press 3 to listen to FAQ for investors."

BuyTex and who is going to respond to the messages, would you like to fiels dome of the calls or return some of the calls from hungry investors?
I am sure the company has better things to do and spend money on than to have someone sit in the office and answer stupid redundant questions all day long.
If you dont like the company just take the high road and invest your money elsewhere. I really believe things will unravel for many of us better than we expect. IMO

That's what I like to see ....research , factual information and extensive DD .That along with a strong clear mind let's me evaluate the value of the stock , the intrinsic values and growth potentials of the company .

My portfolio looks very good and I continue to do very well but I would still feel better if I get another 10 mil of VWKM .

From Johnny Rotten:
"I personally wouldn't post about any stock if it wasn't for the need to balance information. If you own the stock you don't want people bashing it into the ground."

The main reason I have posted is to try and give some balance to this issue. I have backed up what I have stated with facts. I posted because this board is read my many people and a lot of newbies. When I started reading the to da moon, .15 and above, this thing is going to explode, I've put 5,10,15K into this posts and saw no DD to back what was being posted, I stepped in. I do own this stock and at one point was very optimistic of it's future. I believe in it's vision and the technology. As you said Mark just wants to be a movie producer. There in may lies the problem. His interest is in making his dream a reality and not neccessarily taking care of business.

The investors that are unhappy and question the validity are not at fault. Mark is at fault because his projections created unrealistic expectations. He talked of how important shareholder value and confidence was and then stopped communication with shareholders once he devalued the stock.

If you read my posts without, emotional attachment to this stock, you will see that I have continually stated that IF this company does move it will be long term not as some have suggested, within days weeks or months.

If some call this a scam it's because Mark's actions have given them reason to be suspcious. If you look at one event individually it can be chalked off to any number of reasons but once you put the whole body of events together the scale begins to weigh in the favor of things not adding up.

Let me ask one question as to the latest info we were given.

Do you see the 15% dividend as a gift/reward from the company or as further dilution?

GLTA

Not any of those .....

But rather a very practical move by the company . Unless you disagree with the PR's you will see that the dividend should be easily paid for by a portion of projected revenue to be actual revenue . And not as a mere reward or gift but a sign of confidance and stability with a very probable buy back to follow . I certainly do not think it to be another method of diluttion since they have set themselves up for the pervect buy back situation and think at some point they will announce it .

Do you see the 15% dividend as a gift/reward from the company or as further dilution?

I see it as dilution with a twist. It decreases cost per share basis of the stock by 15%. If I hold through a buyback for instance my cost per ownership % will be less than someone who did not get the divvy.

I wasn't that thrilled with the divvy but it is better than a poke in the eye.

But rather a very practical move by the company . Unless you disagree with the PR's you will see that the dividend should be easily paid for by a portion of projected revenue to be actual revenue . And not as a mere reward or gift but a sign of confidance and stability with a very probable buy back to follow . I certainly do not think it to be another method of diluttion since they since they have set themselves up for the pervect buy back situation and think at some point they will announce it .

For someone who continually asks for facts that is a lot of speculation. There is absolutely nothing to suggest a buy back is in the works.

If it were, then we should look at how the last buy back was accomplished, history of the company is a fact which needs to be taken into consderation, it would be a small buy back for appearance followed by further dilution. Previous Company buy back: 120M shares were retired on 1/30/2006 making the O/S 3.6B within 9 days another 600M shares were issued. Followed by another 16.5B shares being issued.

No matter how you wish to look at what will occur in the future, the fact is that on June 15th an additional 3B shares will be added to the O/S. Anytime shares are added, for whatever reason it is dilution. In this case the major factor holding this PPS at .0001 is dilution and adding to it is not a solution.
