Time for a new CWFG thread since Commonwealth American Financial Group is NOW The "James Monroe Capital Corporation".
I'm still in CWFG. What do you think people? How much longer can this go on? Is this finally it? Can Chris McGovern make something out of this company???

I agree. I believe Chris McGovern will turn this company around for once. However, I don't believe CWFG will be making a "run" for awhile. We'll be seeing 0.0001 and 0.0002 until they get at least a "multi-million" dollar contract that is "real".

I was doing some searching last night in the Chicago area and came across a Christopher Mcgovern and did a Google Image search and the man on top showed up ---- He is a well-known marketing man from Ohio -- he was also with a group of people that was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2001 -- He owned a company called Emerging Marketing in Ohio ----- So I dont know if its him or not --- But man it looks like him and Zaba.com put the man on top in Chicago

News for 'CWMF' - (Commonwealth American Financial Group/James Monroe Capital Purchasing Resort Development)
CHICAGO, May 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announced that the company intends to purchase a resort development project.
Dr. Julio Jane, partner/developer, inspected the property, negotiated with the seller, and signed a letter of intent on a deal that will buy a $5.5mm (appraised) 31 acre beachfront property in Punta Uva, Costa Rica, for $1.5 mm. Bradford Funding will finance 98% of the initial loan disbursement of $3mm needed to close and begin construction.
James Monroe Capital will own approximately 43% of the corporation which already owns the land. The entire project is estimated to be valued at $20mm when completed 2 years from now. The closing is scheduled to happen in 90 days to allow time for due diligence.
Dr. Jane, who also has an MBA, will be overseeing the $10mm development project, along with Carr Pechtel, Sr., a Costa Rican land baron with an MBA from Harvard.
Dr. Jane said, "This is the most beautiful beach on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. The rainforest is lush and cool. We saw monkeys there, a coral reef, and all kinds of wildlife. It even adjoins a national reserve which can never be developed. Our resort will give people the opportunity to experience nature without hurting it."
Photographs taken of the property will be posted on the company website, at www.jamesmonroecapital.com within the week. Please note corrected phone number below.

I NEED AN OPINION PLEASE ---- Is this the same Mcgovern that is on our company website ????
These two men part their hair in opposite directions. Not the same man. The man above parts it to the right, while the man below has a higher hair line and parts it to the left.
I dont want to say what I've found if its not him -- but if it is him --- we are in business

How can someone come out of the woodwork and land in our stock? Sounds like this guy was spring loaded, just waiting to jump out.
This reminds me of Jim Ling of LTV Aerospace. Bought everything in sight and acquired the debt to go with it and later fell on his face. Lets hope not.
