Annual Shareholder Meeting Pending but not yet finalized. The pending meeting will either be within driving distance (Chicagoland) or somewhere warm and fun, such as near a company-owned timeshare resort development that has yet to be realized. The meeting will take place in the 4th quarter and all shareholders are invited.

This is an E-mail I sent to Mcgovern, if he gets these things.... probably a $6.00 an hour person sitting there hitting the automatic reply button ----- LOL
---------------------------------- Good afternoon Mr. McGovern,
My name is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
First I would like to congratulate on your appointment as our new "fearless leader". You have done a tremendous job for us over the past couple of weeks and am looking forward to preview the pictures from the new property in Costa Rica.
I have been a CWFG shareholder for quite some time and am very pleased with the "new" CWFG, of course I am anxiously awaiting the new symbol when the transformation is complete.
As I am sure you are aware by now from other shareholders, the old management or "shell company" Commonwealth American did nothing but throw out lies and deceit. I have always felt that our company would get off the ground and do something, anything. And it seems to be doing just that.
There is some concern, however, that James Monroe Capital seems to be a little vague when responding to e-mails. I happen to know several shareholders e-mailing you folks about needing to find out about the share structure for our company...... and only getting a response of "it will be up next week or ASAP". It wouldn't be so bad if the T/A wasn't gagged. We as shareholders could secure that info ourselves. I'm sure, Mr. McGovern, you can understand that as a shareholder we NEED this immediately !
Another concern we have is the amount of volume being traded on a daily basis over the past week. last time I checked with the T/A in Feb. the total shares issued were 14.7 Billion and the float was around 5 Billion. A buy-back in December of 2005 consisted of 650 Million shares followed up with a issuance of 750 Million shares in January 2006 ...... (amazing the games the old owners played) Billions of shares have been traded recently and yes alot is due to accumulation for "investors" but ALOT of the volume is not.
So what I, as a CWFG shareholder, am trying to find out Mr. Mcgovern is if the company is Buying back shares at a price of .0001 or are you issuing more stock into the market at .0001.
Please address these concerns about the share structure of our company and weather or not James Monroe Capital Corporation is diluting the stock.
Thank you for your time today and I look forward to your reply.

No, that really wouldn't be too funny...
Right now, Guthrie and Ryals are hold up in a Best Western in the midst of a two-week crack binge. Ryals works third shift at the Waffle House and Guthrie puts on a dress and a wig and turns tricks in the back alleys of South Beach... that's my guess...

Not many shares are going through at .0001.I am not overly concerned that we have fell back a lil bit because I would bet that someone is going to paint the tape for the end of the day close.I am not overly concerned about the tape being painted neither because I think it is actually necessary at this point.I am confident that eventually we will breakthrough-although I think it is also necessary that we have news quite often for awhile-I don't believe that it would look good to announce news everyday as I am sure they feel the same way.Expect news tommorow or Friday for sure-mark it!I am betting that .0001 will be days past by Friday! Mark it-how about you fellas?

I was reworking the numbers on yesterday's announcement:
Dr. Julio Jane, partner/developer, inspected the property, negotiated with the seller, and signed a letter of intent on a deal that will buy a $5.5mm (appraised) 31 acre beachfront property in Punta Uva, Costa Rica, for $1.5 mm. Bradford Funding will finance 98% of the initial loan disbursement of $3mm needed to close and begin construction.
James Monroe Capital will own approximately 43% of the corporation which already owns the land. The entire project is estimated to be valued at $20mm when completed 2 years from now.
This property was purchased at a 4M discount to appraised value. [consistent with corporate values listed when McGovern published them]
$8.6M profit - 1.5M initial investment = $7.1M profit [not including future cash flow and tax incentives from rental revenues] 7.1M / 14B O/S = .0005 book value per share
The deal is more profitable than first thought.
Convinced this is only one of many deals to come, Getting excited about this new JV/subsidiary.

Sir, below is an e-mail I sent thru the proper channels to Mr. McGovern and was shocked when I received an auto-reply e-mail back as a response. As I feel the content of my message is relevant and very important I felt a need to impose upon you the message, could either you or Mr. Mcgovern respond please.
Thank you..........

Northbrook is a northern suburb of Chicago. It's actually one of the more expensive suburbs. It about 20-30 minutes from the downtown Chicago area. Do you have a car to drive out there?

11. We will only issue stock when we receive MORE in business value than what we give. This applies to everything, including mergers, public stock offerings, stock-for-debt swaps, stock options,… everything. Any stock issuance is going to result in a gain for all shareholders by way of a bigger, better James Monroe Capital.
