Time for a new CWFG thread since Commonwealth American Financial Group is NOW The "James Monroe Capital Corporation".

I'm still in CWFG. What do you think people? How much longer can this go on? Is this finally it? Can Chris McGovern make something out of this company???

All indicators look very good. Volunme have be great for last two trades. This just may go today. It also have break the bollinger Band. This will most like go today...

I agree. I believe Chris McGovern will turn this company around for once. However, I don't believe CWFG will be making a "run" for awhile. We'll be seeing 0.0001 and 0.0002 until they get at least a "multi-million" dollar contract that is "real".

We'll see the run after the name change and a big PR...

I was doing some searching last night in the Chicago area and came across a Christopher Mcgovern and did a Google Image search and the man on top showed up ---- He is a well-known marketing man from Ohio -- he was also with a group of people that was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2001 -- He owned a company called Emerging Marketing in Ohio ----- So I dont know if its him or not --- But man it looks like him and Zaba.com put the man on top in Chicago

I dont know ------ If I wouldnt have gotten a Chicago connection than I would have never thought this was "our" guy --- But Hosstrader sent him an e-mail -- we will see if we get a reply back

News for 'CWMF' - (Commonwealth American Financial Group/James Monroe Capital Purchasing Resort Development)

CHICAGO, May 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announced that the company intends to purchase a resort development project.

Dr. Julio Jane, partner/developer, inspected the property, negotiated with the seller, and signed a letter of intent on a deal that will buy a $5.5mm
(appraised) 31 acre beachfront property in Punta Uva, Costa Rica, for $1.5 mm. Bradford Funding will finance 98% of the initial loan disbursement of $3mm needed to close and begin construction.

James Monroe Capital will own approximately 43% of the corporation which already owns the land. The entire project is estimated to be valued at $20mm when completed 2 years from now. The closing is scheduled to happen in 90 days to allow time for due diligence.

Dr. Jane, who also has an MBA, will be overseeing the $10mm development project, along with Carr Pechtel, Sr., a Costa Rican land baron with an MBA from Harvard.

Dr. Jane said, "This is the most beautiful beach on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. The rainforest is lush and cool. We saw monkeys there, a coral reef, and all kinds of wildlife. It even adjoins a national reserve which can never be developed. Our resort will give people the opportunity to experience nature without hurting it."

Photographs taken of the property will be posted on the company website, at www.jamesmonroecapital.com within the week. Please note corrected phone number below.

I like the news I have been reading and am considering rejoining back in as there is no where to go but up. McGovern has already done more in week than Ryals and Guthrie did during their entire scam rein.

Yeah, at this point, this is probably a really solid play if you can get in at .0001.

That's actually a strong bet.

But, if it does pop, then it's anybodies guess how far it can go. And it may be hard to know the difference between a real adjustment and a simple technical twitch in share price.

This is an E-mail I sent to Mcgovern, if he gets these things.... probably a $6.00 an hour person sitting there hitting the automatic reply button ----- LOL

----------------------------------
Good afternoon Mr. McGovern,

My name is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

First I would like to congratulate on your appointment as our new "fearless leader". You have done a tremendous job for us over the past couple of weeks and am looking forward to preview the pictures from the new property in Costa Rica.

I have been a CWFG shareholder for quite some time and am very pleased with the "new" CWFG, of course I am anxiously awaiting the new symbol when the transformation is complete.

As I am sure you are aware by now from other shareholders, the old management or "shell company" Commonwealth American did nothing but throw out lies and deceit. I have always felt that our company would get off the ground and do something, anything. And it seems to be doing just that.

There is some concern, however, that James Monroe Capital seems to be a little vague when responding to e-mails. I happen to know several shareholders e-mailing you folks about needing to find out about the share structure for our company...... and only getting a response of "it will be up next week or ASAP". It wouldn't be so bad if the T/A wasn't gagged. We as shareholders could secure that info ourselves. I'm sure, Mr. McGovern, you can understand that as a shareholder we NEED this immediately !

Another concern we have is the amount of volume being traded on a daily basis over the past week. last time I checked with the T/A in Feb. the total shares issued were 14.7 Billion and the float was around 5 Billion. A buy-back in December of 2005 consisted of 650 Million shares followed up with a issuance of 750 Million shares in January 2006 ...... (amazing the games the old owners played) Billions of shares have been traded recently and yes alot is due to accumulation for "investors" but ALOT of the volume is not.

So what I, as a CWFG shareholder, am trying to find out Mr. Mcgovern is if the company is Buying back shares at a price of .0001 or are you issuing more stock into the market at .0001.

Please address these concerns about the share structure of our company and weather or not James Monroe Capital Corporation is diluting the stock.

Thank you for your time today and I look forward to your reply.

No, that really wouldn't be too funny...

Right now, Guthrie and Ryals are hold up in a Best Western in the midst of a two-week crack binge. Ryals works third shift at the Waffle House and Guthrie puts on a dress and a wig and turns tricks in the back alleys of South Beach... that's my guess...

That sucks. Well, my position holds that .0001/.0002 is a very good buy in point.

Even if we have a technical correction (market hickup) that moves us to .0005 for a day or two, it's still a huge profit margin.

Do we have a direct email address for this guy? Why are we submitting through public channels?

Let's all do our dd and try to find this jokers cell phone, email, etc.

Not many shares are going through at .0001.I am not overly concerned that we have fell back a lil bit because I would bet that someone is going to paint the tape for the end of the day close.I am not overly concerned about the tape being painted neither because I think it is actually necessary at this point.I am confident that eventually we will breakthrough-although I think it is also necessary that we have news quite often for awhile-I don't believe that it would look good to announce news everyday as I am sure they feel the same way.Expect news tommorow or Friday for sure-mark it!I am betting that .0001 will be days past by Friday! Mark it-how about you fellas?

this is intresting from HSM

I was reworking the numbers on yesterday's announcement:

Dr. Julio Jane, partner/developer, inspected the property, negotiated with the seller, and signed a letter of intent on a deal that will buy a $5.5mm (appraised) 31 acre beachfront property in Punta Uva, Costa Rica, for $1.5 mm. Bradford Funding will finance 98% of the initial loan disbursement of $3mm needed to close and begin construction.

James Monroe Capital will own approximately 43% of the corporation which already owns the land. The entire project is estimated to be valued at $20mm when completed 2 years from now.

This property was purchased at a 4M discount to appraised value. [consistent with corporate values listed when McGovern published them]

$8.6M profit - 1.5M initial investment = $7.1M profit [not including future cash flow and tax incentives from rental revenues]
7.1M / 14B O/S = .0005 book value per share

The deal is more profitable than first thought.

Convinced this is only one of many deals to come, Getting excited about this new JV/subsidiary.

Mr. Moffitt,

Sir, below is an e-mail I sent thru the proper channels to Mr. McGovern and was shocked when I received an auto-reply e-mail back as a response. As I feel the content of my message is relevant and very important I felt a need to impose upon you the message, could either you or Mr. Mcgovern respond please.

Thank you..........

Northbrook is a northern suburb of Chicago. It's actually one of the more expensive suburbs. It about 20-30 minutes from the downtown Chicago area. Do you have a car to drive out there?

11. We will only issue stock when we receive MORE in business value than what we give. This applies to everything, including mergers, public stock offerings, stock-for-debt swaps, stock options,… everything. Any stock issuance is going to result in a gain for all shareholders by way of a bigger, better James Monroe Capital.

So, good job staying on top of them.

News for 'CWMF' - (Commonwealth American Financial Group/James Monroe Capital Resort Update)

CHICAGO, May 18, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announces that its Costa Rica resort development at Punta Uva will include a Casino.

The casino will be developed and run (initially) by the same team of Italians who did the Hard Rock Casino in Florida.

At the present time, some 200+ Caribbean cruise ships per year dock north of Punta Uva at Limon where tourists don't have much to see or do as the ships gas up at the industrial port town. Many of them are taken by bus, 3 hours away, to visit the San Jose casinos. Dr. Jane commented, "Several tour busses a day go past the beach, and there has been no development in this area. The tourists are desperate for entertainment. We can give them an all-inclusive package: the best beach, rentals, the rainforest, guided trekking, canopy rides, a casino, dance club, restaurants ... all of which draw people to our resort."

A world-class US architecture firm will work with a local architect for the resort. "To be in the rainforest, the architecture has to be natural. We won't let anyone bring in bulldozers and pour concrete everywhere," says project founder Carr Pechtel. "The main room of the Rainforest Casino should have 30-foot-high glass walls with full views of the rainforest and wildlife, with the building built around the old trees, and vines coming down from the roof. This will be beauty that people will not forget. We want them to come to Costa Rica just to see our resort ... and it's so cheap to build here too."

CEO Chris McGovern said, "This resort passed our value/growth tests with flying colors. It's a good deal, and we didn't even factor in the income from the casino. Adding the casino to the mix only improves things. We are very eager to get to the point where we can have audited financials. This will take time, and money, but we would like to help our shareholders make rational decisions."

The company expects to receive its new symbol and finalize the name change very soon, for a clear, public distinction of the new leadership and direction.

Good point. Take into consideration as well that casino's on cruise ships are closed while at port!
Passengers will go to the beach, or explore the island then hit the casino.

James Monroe Capital Negotiating Acquisition of Taylor Moffitt, LLC
Monday May 22, 8:30 am ET

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital (Pink Sheets:CWFG - News) today announces that it intends to complete the acquisition of Taylor Moffitt, LLC, a real estate investment company. Because of price and ownership, the deal resembles what amounts to a reverse merger.

Taylor Moffitt, LLC, an Iowa company, presently holds title to 10 properties: six 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom rentals, and joint ownership of a warehouse building. McGovern and Taylor Forrester Moffitt have yet to decide what will be done with the three vacant properties, and the warehouse. Most likely the warehouse will go to Moffitt, since he stores his personal property there. Incidentally, that personal property includes a Rolls-Royce and convertible Hummers which Moffitt and has used as collateral to borrow money on a 1 year balloon loan at 100% interest from a private party, to invest in James Monroe Capital. Vacant houses will not be rented, but will be liquidated for capital that James Monroe Capital will leverage on a pending deal.

Moffitt commented, "We're planning something big that we have yet to unveil. The equity in Taylor Moffitt, LLC will be leveraged as seed money on a large arbitrage deal with 100% financing. I am really committed now. If James Monroe Capital doesn't succeed, I'm going down with it." The acquisition terms of Taylor Moffitt, LLC should be finalized within one week.

The company has posted pictures of the Punta Uva resort development property on its website, at www.jamesmonroecapital.com.

Why is that? I don't see this moving higher with a 15 billion float.
Either a RS is coming or stock buy back...

Investors don't care that Monroe bought some rich dude's over-sized garage that has a couple of luxury vehicles. Their PR's are getting a little fluffy.

I still have faith. I added more shares as well.
What do you think about this stock? Do you believe it has a chance to make a legitimate run?

To be honest Chris, 15 billion float needs a lot of buying to make the run.
Having said that, this new management seems to know their business.
It's a waiting game, first the symbol change, then killer PR's.
I've been in this since september 2005 and still holding.
I only want my run... [Smile]

I agree. I like the management team and they seem to be heading in the right direction. That being said, like you mentioned the float is holding us back.

I wonder if they consider a stock buy back to help increase the price. If this thing could run half as much as USXP or RSHN then we would be golden.

There have been runners with that kind of float before, but it takes a long time to get started and it has to keep investors interest. Not an easy thing to do in penny land.
It will take the most time just to get past the 0001 to 0002 flip.

All of this is paraphrasing... McGovern alluded to a few things in his personal letter to shareholders about pps, some of his initial deals. He's a witty guy - quick transactions, meeting in resort area, etc. He even got value when he picked up this cheap pink with current shareholders.

If you read that letter, it 'implies' that he can't worry about pps right now. This is the time to get in, close the door, and fasten your seatbelt. I'm down for that.

All my stocks have nicknames because the symbols change so much, cwfg is informally dubbed 'jackrabbit'. pps will either take care of itself, or jackrabbit will have to tend to it later. Interesting company/peeps.

Some work with signed integers, so their systems "revert" at 2 billion. Some use unsigned, so at 4 billion they just start at zero.

It's a simple 32-bit problem. Seems most developers didn't thought about such volumes, otherwise they would've used specialized math libraries.

If we hit 4 billion, you'll see positive volume again, starting at zero.

Commonwealth American Financial Group/James Monroe Capital Closes Acquisition of Taylor Moffitt, LLC
Friday May 26, 8:30 am ET

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2006--Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc.(Pink Sheets:CWFG - News) has successfully closed a deal to acquire Taylor Moffitt, LLC, a real estate investment company.

Taylor Moffitt, LLC, an Iowa company now owned by James Monroe Capital, holds title to 9 properties: six 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom rentals. A 10th property, a warehouse, was not included in the deal. It was decided that the 3 vacant houses will not be rented, but 2 will be liquidated for capital that James Monroe Capital will leverage on a pending deal. One other vacant property, which is in poor condition, was, according to Moffitt, "unfairly" tax-assessed at nearly 14 times what the company paid for it. "Because we could never sell it for anywhere near that much, it is slated to be donated to a charity for an advantageous tax deduction." The properties are presently generating monthly income, but any properties that go vacant will be liquidated.

McGovern commented, "We have no intent of keeping these long-term. For now, the income is strong and they help the bottom line on our balance sheet, but they will be used as a stepping stone to greater things."

James Monroe Capital CEO, Chris McGovern and independent deal-maker Taylor Moffitt will both be interviewed by WallSt.net next week.

This press release does not constitute an offer of any securities for sale. This press release contains certain forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Maybe this was posted already but look at the blue shaded area. Are these companies part of cwfg?
