Some work with signed integers, so their systems "revert" at 2 billion. Some use unsigned, so at 4 billion they just start at zero.

It's a simple 32-bit problem. Seems most developers didn't thought about such volumes, otherwise they would've used specialized math libraries.

If we hit 4 billion, you'll see positive volume again, starting at zero.

bellwetherreport.com: The Bellwether Report continues to track the recent developments surrounding Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital

May 24, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital (OTCPK:CWFG), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.

Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital Commonwealth has initiated a name change to James Monroe Capital Corporation anticipated change should take place within the next couple of weeks, The new company and its officers have chosen a business model of investing in undervalued real estate and businesses that can be acquired at deep discounts and rehabbed for a significant profit or kept in the company's portfolio generating cash flow and profits for the company and its shareholders.

Dr. Julio Jane, partner/developer, inspected the property, negotiated with the seller, and signed a letter of intent on a deal that will buy a $5.5mm (appraised) 31 acre beachfront property in Punta Uva, Costa Rica, for $1.5 mm. Bradford Funding will finance 98% of the initial loan disbursement of $3mm needed to close and begin construction.

James Monroe Capital will own approximately 43% of the corporation which already owns the land. The entire project is estimated to be valued at $20mm when completed 2 years from now. The closing is scheduled to happen in 90 days to allow time for due diligence.

Dr. Jane, who also has an MBA, will be overseeing the $10mm development project, along with Carr Pechtel, Sr., a Costa Rican land baron with an MBA from Harvard.

Yesterday, the company announced that that it intends to complete the acquisition of Taylor Moffitt, LLC, a real estate investment company. Because of price and ownership, the deal resembles what amounts to a reverse merger.

Taylor Moffitt, LLC, an Iowa company, presently holds title to 10 properties: six 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom rentals, and joint ownership of a warehouse building. McGovern and Taylor Forrester Moffitt have yet to decide what will be done with the three vacant properties, and the warehouse. Most likely the warehouse will go to Moffitt, since he stores his personal property there. Incidentally, that personal property includes a Rolls-Royce and convertible Hummers which Moffitt and has used as collateral to borrow money on a 1 year balloon loan at 100% interest from a private party, to invest in James Monroe Capital. Vacant houses will not be rented, but will be liquidated for capital that James Monroe Capital will leverage on a pending deal.

Moffitt commented, "We're planning something big that we have yet to unveil. The equity in Taylor Moffitt, LLC will be leveraged as seed money on a large arbitrage deal with 100% financing. I am really committed now. If James Monroe Capital doesn't succeed, I'm going down with it." The acquisition terms of Taylor Moffitt, LLC should be finalized within one week.

Following this announcement, Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital has traded down 50.00% as this company consistently trades back and forth between $0.0001 and $0.0002, on unbelievable volume of over 510 million shares. The BWR Research Team will continue to track the developments surrounding Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc./James Monroe Capital and many other exciting companies.

I think when someone posted that they are company shares is probably right (hopefully to be liquidated). Who would be in a rush to sell? The price is .0001. If theres a downside here tell me now. I can probably sit at a board meeting as it stands.

I think people are just getting out because the stock market overall has had a horrible 10 days. So, people may be shifting money around to take advantage of undervalued stocks on the bigger exchanges.

Can anybody offer an accurate, reliable, final close for today (5/24/06)?

I doubt a buyback. McGovern would have released a press release detailing a buyback.

Some folks who have held long are dumping this biznatch. I'm not. I'm holding on to my last 5 million of this sh*t. I WILL make money on this biznatch.

Commonwealth American Financial Group/James Monroe Capital Closes Acquisition of Taylor Moffitt, LLC
Friday May 26, 8:30 am ET

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2006--Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc.(Pink Sheets:CWFG - News) has successfully closed a deal to acquire Taylor Moffitt, LLC, a real estate investment company.

Taylor Moffitt, LLC, an Iowa company now owned by James Monroe Capital, holds title to 9 properties: six 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom rentals. A 10th property, a warehouse, was not included in the deal. It was decided that the 3 vacant houses will not be rented, but 2 will be liquidated for capital that James Monroe Capital will leverage on a pending deal. One other vacant property, which is in poor condition, was, according to Moffitt, "unfairly" tax-assessed at nearly 14 times what the company paid for it. "Because we could never sell it for anywhere near that much, it is slated to be donated to a charity for an advantageous tax deduction." The properties are presently generating monthly income, but any properties that go vacant will be liquidated.

McGovern commented, "We have no intent of keeping these long-term. For now, the income is strong and they help the bottom line on our balance sheet, but they will be used as a stepping stone to greater things."

James Monroe Capital CEO, Chris McGovern and independent deal-maker Taylor Moffitt will both be interviewed by WallSt.net next week.

This press release does not constitute an offer of any securities for sale. This press release contains certain forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. These forward-looking statements involve certain risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ, including, without limitation, the company's limited operating history and history of losses, the inability to successfully obtain further funding, the inability to raise capital on terms acceptable to the company, the inability to compete effectively in the marketplace, the inability to complete the proposed acquisition and such other risks that could cause the actual results to differ materially from those contained in the company's projections or forward-looking statements. All forward-looking statements in this press release are based on information available to the company as of the date hereof, and the company undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances occurring after the date of this press release.

And I'm thrilled what these teamed-up "gangsters" will give us in the near future. [Wink]

Oh, I'm already so long into this, not much left and I will celebrate my first year with CWFG/JMCP. lol

CWFG's website is http://cwfgroup.net and trades under the symbol (pink sheets:CWFG).

Maybe this was posted already but look at the blue shaded area. Are these companies part of cwfg?
