This is stolen directly from another board, posted by bosawj on I won't say where:

"This is an answer to an email I wrote to FGFC last week, In referrence to my question of why he thought it wasnt going for the .10 to .15 pps that it should be valued at:
Dear Jeff,

The company is not selling any stock, if you check the website
www.guardianfinancialcorp.com you will see the share structure

We believe that some people are selling their dividend shares and once that
is over we will start to move up, as we have a very low float and volume.

I hope this answered your questions and please feel free to contact us with
any other questions you may have.

Regards,

A. Rosenman
President"

I am still considering this stock, the only thing that sucks is the Web site. There is almost nothing on it and it advertises an undeveloped financial Web Portal.

The more I read the PR the more I get excited about the possibilities it presents. Could there be an acquisition coming soon? I think so. I may just dump some of my NDOL profits into this bad boy.

The chart scares me a little, seems to go down the day after it goes up, like clockwork, but maybe this news of future aquisitions could propel this to a bullish trend.
