yeah what pcola says is right , in order for me to consider putting my money in it , matto or superman's name will be on it

Good point, PCola77....jigen3, IMO, you should get on board as a team player or take your animosity somewhere else. Don't know about you but I've been at this for years and I never make it a point to show negativity toward somebody trying to make good ($) for all involved. Can't speak for everybody but I don't need your kind around to bring things down or make money for that matter. Like PCola77 said, matto posts to guide and he's proven he can pick winners so we (myself included even with years of trading) trust his picks and opinions.

Congrats to all who made money on this today. This was a play on IHUB's millionaires club as well. ZeroLuv picked it and usually he (or she) accounts for a lot of volume.

Posted by Teno on :

do they just do one-day plays? Or are they in this for tomorrow as well?

Posted by Hiker on :

We all know buying and selling stocks is a gamble and is just like gambling.
If I knew a table I could play that had a cold dealer i'd sure play that table..
We all know a few dealers in here that are pretty hot...as in for the players and why not sit with them..
Personally... I have no time to for DD and hunting down what's going to be hot next week.
If a couple of guys in here have better odds, I just follow them.

Doni, are you implying this is a P&D or are you saying other sources have faith that its time this thing moved up also?

Posted by Doniboy on :

No, I'm not saying its a pump & dump, I am just saying that it was picked by zeroluv at Ihub. That guy has been hot lately with a couple of 100% gains. Sometimes they stay up sometimes they crash back down hard, just like any other stock. I have no idea what the future holds for this stock, I just wanted you to know that this Ihub poster is often responsible for a lot of volume.

He also does not ever give exit srategy, so I can't help you out with that. But he did say that the stock should be valued at least over .02 and that he is expecting big news this week or next for a huge gain.

Good Luck To All!!!

I got in at .011, probably higher than most. But if it moves To .013, I'll make $500 and I can't complain about that, especially after the day I had with SFDE. They can't all go up 100%.

Good luck all.

this is why good people leave boards. there probably is another thread on this stock, and it was probably on page 14 or thereabouts. Matto posted this new thread and I watched the stock jump from .0089 to .013 in a few minutes. new threads happen all the time and are needed in the case of a stock that is going to run, but may have been dormant for a while. all that said, much love to everyone here, just play nice so we can all keep making money...

The more I read the PR the more I get excited about the possibilities it presents. Could there be an acquisition coming soon? I think so. I may just dump some of my NDOL profits into this bad boy.

The chart scares me a little, seems to go down the day after it goes up, like clockwork, but maybe this news of future aquisitions could propel this to a bullish trend.

OK, I am in. Got in $100 more expensive than I wanted, but I feel a close at over .02 today.

there is no reason why it shouldn't close over .02

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Won't regret it IMO, Doniboy....I know I sound like a broken record by now (LOL) but like myself and Tyler keep saying, the charts don't lie.

MM's manipulating this now! Whats the deal? This should be much more than a 9% gain!

Posted by stocky1170 on :

That's exactly it, Tyler....the MM's are manipulating waiting for all the weak to drop....I'm staying strong....not going to give in and sell at this level. This is easily a .02 - .03 stock IMO.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Holding strong. Tuesday, Wednesday should be the weakest days. Thursday and Friday could raise hevily IMHO. However, good news could send it up at any time.

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

Now down to .01! Wow this is crazy! How does a stock do so bad on the same day it releases a PR that it bought out Capital Inc. and it is cleary at the bottom! What a joke! I'm still holding and won't sell until at least .02!

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

Looks like everybody is selling, can't understand why? Why would you sell at these levels?!

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Yeah....somewhat annoyed myself right now but I'm not selling off and satisfying those f*&^ing MM's.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

I agree, Tyler....why would anyone in their right mind sell off now? Don't understand that thinking....and, you know what? it'll be those same people looking to jump on board when it starts heading up again and I hope they miss out.

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

yeah me too! The 52-week low is .004 last week, and people are selling at .009. It shouldn't get any lower than this, and if it does, than something really screwy is going on!

I'm looking to get more shares at this level...

Posted by Doniboy on :

I think I am going to average down here.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Good time (and level) to do so IMO, Doniboy.

Posted by Doniboy on :

just panic sellers. Saw it hold strong for a long time, then drop a few points, so they took their losses. Not a bright move IMHO.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Agree 100%, Doniboy....panic sellers taking little profit or cutting small losses....not the right move IMHO.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

MM's are grinning ear to ear right now IMO....getting exactly what they want....panic selling. Meanwhile, they're going to swallow up a great amount of shares at this low level.

Posted by plni on :

Well it looks like we will see 40 mill lets hope the rest of my prediction holds true.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

.015 is still well below what this stock should be so .015 is a realistic close for today IMO.

Posted by Johnwayne on :

Well the day is not over yet. Just not sure what is going to move some volume in here.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Well, I averaged down....time to get a bite to eat. Be back in a bit for the closing bell.

Posted by Johnwayne on :

Too much selling pressure on this one.
Could be dillution, but just a hunch.
Every little attempt at a run is met with persistent selling.

Posted by Doniboy on :

I think it is because this was a Millionaire club play on Ihub. Many people come in and get out quick. Yesterday they had their 100% and today they were looking at 50% so they dumped. I was just over there and many people are still holding for .02-.025. I am holding as well, hoping that we get aquisition news soon.

Posted by plni on :

A lot of traders bought this thing at .004 there getting profits right now be patient men hold steady you will be glad sooner than you think.

Posted by Doniboy on :

What's up with the gap between bid and ask? MM's holding her steady?

Posted by Doniboy on :

Lots of buys comingin at the Ask, but still the bid is not raised. That seems odd.

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

finally the bid rises to .01, now lets get a good eod and I'll be happy!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Finally!!!!!

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Manipulation, Doniboy, manipulation....MM's not yet willing to let this one go....hang in there, hang in there.

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

bid to .011, looking good to finish green!

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK, I am feeling good again (even though I am still red on this one) No pump and dump here. Now lets get a couple more ticks before the bell. And then tomorrow .02!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

you have got to be kidding me with the 4 decimal places. Tomorrow I will try and buy more at .011111115115115.

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Well, after the ups and downs, just about where we started this morning which, all in all, is okay....just havta wait for the MM's to let her go....tomorrow, maybe?!!?

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

tomorrow should be a better day! My opinion is if it doesn't run tomorrow, its going to run real soon. The chart still looks good and I see good things for this. Thanks to all the pump-n-dumpers that screwed over today but it doesn't matter, it will see .05 real soon!

Posted by stocky1170 on :

Couldn't agree more, Tyler....we just have to be patient....we'll be smiling in due time IMO.

Posted by Doniboy on :

that was lame though. That last trade after the bell dropped the pps 9%. It may not seem like a big deal, but people see that it was down rather than even and they feel trepidation about jumping in.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Has anyone contacted the company?

Posted by The Phat Man on :

i emailed them a couple weeks ago regarding the huge sell off that occurred right after they released PR stating intentions to move the otcbb. i was replied to within an hour (or less which was pretty cool of them) and everything seems to be on the up and up with these people and this company.
however, this email correspondence was related to earlier questions and may not be relevant to answers/questions you're looking for currently.

Subject : RE: investor question

Dear Curtis,

We believe the sell off was due to people selling some of their dividend
shares as the company just had a 10 for 1 forward split, we are sure that
after the sell off of those dividend shares that the pps will stabilize and
move upward as the company has many positive things going on.

The company is not planning any reverse splits as there is no need as the
float is very minimal and it would not benefit the company or the
shareholders.

I hope this answers your concerns and please if you should have any further
questions please feel free to contact us.

Good Luck to All

and GOOOOOOO FGFC!!!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Here's a strange bit of DD I did.

FGFC's office is in the same building as the world headquarters for Colgate Palmolive Corp.

Written about the building:
"the property has truly regained its stature as one of New York’s premier business addresses"

I realize that an address doesn't mean too much, but I assume that this is a very expensive office and holds a sort of prestige to it.

Good news in my opinion.

Here is a link to a picture of the building http://www.cronheimmort.com/deals/02-03/300parkavenue.htm

Also, FGFC's transfer agent is reputable enough to handle Seagate Technology, K2 sporting goods, Nautilus,...etc

I guess what I'm saying is that FGFC has a really legit feel to it.

May 10, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Guardian Financial Corporation (OTCPK:FGFC), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscriber's cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.

First Guardian Financial Corporation a Financial Holding Company currently providing Commercial Real Estate Financing & Invests for its own portfolio to small and mid sized businesses, this morning announced it has reached a definitive agreement to buyout the balance of Windsor Capital Ltd., that it does not own.

The company recently acquired a majority interest in Windsor Capital and will now buyout the remaining minority interest; thus making Windsor Capital a (100%) wholly owned subsidiary of First Guardian Financial Corporation.

FGFC anticipates the buyout will be completed within the next two weeks and FGFC will immediately proceed with a full integration of management and personal, streamlining operations and enhancing cash flow.

"The company intends to control 100% of its investments, we are very pleased that we were able to acquire total control of Windsor Capital Ltd., and look forward to equally rewarding investments in the future. This buyout was a milestone for the company as it represents our commitment of solid growth and shareholder security, we believe the company to be severely undervalued and intend to correct that with our business plan going forward and future investment's.," said Abraham Rosenman President First Guardian Financial Corporation.

Following the announcement, shares of First Guardian Financial Corporation continues to trade in its very volatile pattern as the company consistently bounces up and down between $0.01 and $0.02. Currently trading at $0.01 on fairly high volume I feel that it will be hard press for this micro-cap company to pull out of this stature unless the company is able to land an incredible opportunity. Stocky, I actually believe that this got too much attention in the past week. It was a big play for Ihub and it got pumped by some others as well. Now people are afraid of it because they think "pump and dump". However, the company (as far as my DD shows) is legit. Centered on Park Ave in New York, these guys do not feel that they should have a pps of .01 and they are doing everything they can to get it to .02 and above. I am going to sit back and relax with my 50,000 shares and wait for the next PR about acquisitions. I really feel that these guys are looking out for the shareholders and trying to get themselves moving.

Where is the volume? With the news, this should easily have over 1 million in volume and over .01. Can understand why people aren't buying this terribly undervalued stock! Just don't understand it?!

Jumped the gun, there were about 7 trades in 30 seconds and I assumed it was going to continue. Everyone is holding at this point. Weird.

someone just sold! This is amazing. I have no doubt that this will run hard but this is starting to get frustrating!

this stock will not take off untill more news is released about the two buyouts

WOW! This is CRAZY! We get great news and not only does this not move, but goes down?! WTF

Posted by Tyler_Durden007 on :

Thats stupid plni! This is pretty much at its 52-week low and a buy-out doesn't help this stock move at all! I've seen worse news make stocks move more than this! Now people are selling, all I can do is laugh!!

Tyler, IPRE is far from being done. This one will move in the near future on its own.

I think that IPRE will gradually move to where it was but these big runs are coming to an end and today looks to be done. Lets see some of those buyers in IPRE jump to FGFC which has just as much potential as IPRE.

tyler you called me stupid and I ask you to forgive me for not stateing my thought on fgfc clear to you.I hold alot of their shares and look forward to making money with this company. Maybe we are all to quick to think someone is stupid.

I didn't call you stupid, I said your comment was stupid. It should be moving today with the PR that was released today. Obviously, with the upcoming PR's, it should help a lot. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

fgfc will be better off once it's off the radar. slow accumulation for sure. if you're looking for a quick turn on this one, don't hold your breath. with everything this company is getting into and the fact that they are actually legit, it might be as much as a year before this stock reaches back into the .30+ range as it was before its recent 10 for 1 split. if you can hold out for the long term, that'd still be a 3000% return (assumming you bought it around .01) over the course of maybe a year... which ain't so bad at all. :-)

I would be cool with that PLNI.

Posted by The Phat Man on :

i'm with ya plni...
would certainly love to see it rise quicker than a year. i too was more making a statement that i'm in for the long haul or short haul with this company. either way, i believe it to be a good buy and a company that will see its stock rise based on truth and smarts and not just hollow hype like 99% of the pinks.

also the L2s on that quick dip looked more like a dip by the MMs to grab stop-loss orders. makes me wonder if they're antcipating a rise and preparing for it.

a lot of BIG dumps today on the L2s...
possibly from those who bought in when it hit .005-ish
hopefully that will make room for steady accumulation.
still down 11% and the ask isn't looking that great. hope for a nice climb in the next week or two.

Well....I don't understand how this stock is sitting below .01 but, like I've said before, I ain't selling and giving into those f#$%ing MM's....she's undervalued and oversold with aquisitions on the horizon....only a matter of time before she gets to .02 and beyond.

Yeah, it's aggravating, Doniboy but plni is correct....give it time to get noticed and when the buyers come in droves it will take off. It is a legit company so it can't be kept down....just needs some recognition.

Will we pop tomorrow???

Posted by Purl Gurl on :

Doniboy, I looked at your stock, as promised.

I cannot comment much on this. I discovered there
is very little information available, specifically
there are no financial reports.

Last SEC filings were in 2003 with a reporting
termination May of 2005.

Lot of news coming out but not a single hint
of financial condition.

An oddity did appear. As you know, volume is
extremely high. However, look at the float,

Authorized Shares: 520,000,000 as of 2006-02-15
Float: 250,000 as of 2006-02-15

A quarter-million shares in the float with
millions of shares being traded during a day,
raises a major red flag. There are many explanations.
Float is not being reported correctly. A forward
split is executed since February I did not find,
or perhaps this stock is being naked shorted.

Have you checked to discover if this stock
is on the SEC SHO short list?

Current high volume is keeping prices steady.
Doubtful there will be any significant change
in prices unless really good news is released,
especially news of financial status.

Purl Gurl,

Thanks for taking a look, I appreciate the time you took. I did, however, know that there was a forward split:

Publish Date : 2/28/2006 2:14:00 AM Source : American Local News Onlypunjab.com
First Guardian Financial Corporation (FGFC:PK) today announced that its Board has approved a 10 for 1 forward stock split of its common shares.
The record date of the forward split will be March 15, 2006 and the pay out/effective date will be March 31, 2006. Each common shareholder of record will receive 10 shares of common stock for every one share that they hold.

Does that change your anaylsis at all?

Posted by Purl Gurl on :

Yes, this helps explain the high volume, least
most of it. I suspected a forward split and
assumed I missed it. Whatever the previous
float was, multiply by ten. High volume makes
better sense now.

Be careful. I am not writing this stock is bad
nor writing this stock is good. There simply
is not enough information to tell. I like their
news of late but you really need to know if they
are profitable or not.

Lending to the commercial real estate sector
is a good business, a steady business. We have
vested interest in a local bank which is making
these types of loans. They are doing very well.

Real estate is strong now, especially family
housing. Commercial real estate is right behind
family housing. This supports a positive point
for this company.

Appears they have a high end office in the
financial district in New York which suggests
they bring in enough money to pay extreme rent,
or they are about to be evicted!

A prior per share value of over a buck is most
interesting. At one time, they did have something
going for them.

On the negative side, when a stock makes such
an extreme fall, one buck down to sub-penny,
usually the company will not recover. Mine is
"usually" not always.

This company has much to overcome. Most traders
will notice their extreme fall in prices then
move on without giving a close look. They will
have to come out with some great news, some
good financials to garner interest again.

At these current prices, chances are low you
will lose money because prices will be steady.

I would keep an eye out for a reverse split.
Those are usually very bad news. This stock
is prime for a reverse split.

However, a recent forward split does discount
a reverse split. Nonetheless, if you look at
GLUV in archives here, you will discover this
company did a reverse split and a forward split
all in one week. That is very rare. I strongly
doubt there will be a reverse split anytime soon.

So, my opinion is neutral. Good news but no
financials to cause interest.

I have this on my watch list for fun. I will
post if something catches my eye.

Doniboy writes,

"I did, however, know that there was a forward split"

This is an example of why meaningful discussion
is so important. I missed that forward split. You
know about it. Now I know and other readers know.

This helps a lot to explain high volume and does
lessen concerns about naked shorting. All readers
are better informed now.

Good job pointing out what I missed. This is
so important and welcomed. This is the type
of discussion I would like to read everywhere;
people helping people.

Great DD Purl Gurl, I think most of us here are feeling the same way. I could attribute much of the price drop to the subpenny range on the forward split, but could also attribute a lot of the current volume to recent pump fests on Ihub. Which, in my feeble mind anyway, comes out neutral. And I wholeheartedly agree that news is needed. Most of us here remain here because we are looking forward to acquisition news some time in the near future. They promised news about 2 acquisitions and have, thus far, reported only one. The first one did result in a big 400% price gain, so I have my fingers crossed for the second to repeat that.

Posted by Purl Gurl on :

Doniboy, a little financial news is needed.

I am not fearful of mild losses should a company
show good potential, perhaps is in development.
Many of us like to take a chance on buying in
at the absolute high risk bottom.

Should they report a .01 to .03 per share loss,
this would not be too scary. A breakeven financial
status would be exciting with aquisitions going on.

Do not become too excited by this. An item which
caught my eye is "short term" lending to commerce.
This is legal loan sharking and is needed. This
type of loan, most often, is to replace depleted
inventory quickly, replace an expensive broken
machine, take advantage of a sudden opportunity
and other similar time sensitive events.

With the prime rate now just below eight percent,
this places short term commercial loans up into
the ten to twelve percent interest rate with
higher than normal closing fees. There is good
money in this arena.

A negative side is large turnover in lending
is needed. These loans might range from thirty
days to six months to one year. So this company
will need to bang 'em out on a regular basis.

Clearly they have some money or are way in debt.

I am interested but my personal rules will not
allow me to invest until I know their financial
status. This is strictly personal, not advice.

An interesting company. Maybe it will pop.

Do know I almost never play sub-pennies.

A thought came to me you and other readers
might find helpful.

I have not read their news closely, yet. I just
skimmed over various articles to develop a feel
for what is happening.

In the lending business, public relations is
extremely critical. Representatives must knock
on doors, press the flesh, give business cards,
stay in touch by phone, remember birthdays and
all that, to maintain a good client base. Public
relations is the most important factor in lending.

Credibility, dependability, rates, service, are
next in line for attracting and keeping customers.

An approach to develop a better feel for how
sharp is this company, is to closely inspect
their pr news releases. You will ask,

"Is news well written?"
"Is grammar and spelling good?"
"Is news free of wild claims?"
"Is news credible and interesting?"

Those and other questions will help discern
how well spoken is this company, how well
they come across, how well they sell their
story and product.

This company must have an excellent sales staff
who are well educated, well spoken, can make a
deal and retain customers.

The quality of their news releases will provide
a hint as to how well they can sell themselves.

This is funny, Doniboy. You know about news
releases by that other company. That company,
this week, has only severely damaged their
reputation and driven share price down almost
a dollar a share because of lousy written news
which causes confusion and fear.

How is FGFC doing, news wise, compared to the other?

Good morning all. Thanks again Purl. I haven't really noticed the writing on the PR to have any errors. They are short and to the point, mostly. The last few have been a little repetitive, but I don't mind that. It's better than hearing nothing.
I think this baby will pop eventually. Like you said, it just takes some good news.

Any expection on the price per share?
IMO if it was trading less then 3 month ago at 0.30,
and now they already got Windsor Capital Ltd.
Plus 2 more business at 15 + million revenue expected
when they get it that at least 30 million plus 10-15 million(just a guest)
for windsor revenu plus there Own.(10 million again just a guest).

That's around 50 million revenu divided by outstanding share 150,000,000
that would be at least just in revenu about $0.33 a share
and they expection to go to OTOBB

that might get within 6 month to $1.00... that IMO

What do you guys think?
