This was a pump and dump, if you want to buy at these prices you might make something later on, but for the most part no one's looking at this anymore, I think.

Good Afternoon, On our show last night we covered SFDE before we went off the air. This company was able to spike as high as .05 on the new which was released 5/8/06. We should expect yet another spike once the follow up PR is released sometime this week. Until then I have contacted yet another company which has stated a PR will be released Wednesday. I am awaiting confirmation from my broker on the outstanding share count before I take a position in this new stock. Good luck to those holding SFDE and I am more then confident we will see .05 again this week.

Rlundeen I am pretty sure of what I said will come true. The stock has not have much buying pressure. MarketMakers are feeding off of our selling pressure.

Hey Simon... You really think this will rebound soon? When is your best guess as to when this will go up? What do the charts say on this one buddy?

Yes I currently own shares of this company. We have had a very nice bounce off of .01 today. I would not expect a breakout until the PR is released. As of right now I am working on DD'in a new stock which I will pick up shares of before close. Also Pennsense I am glad you enjoy the show. We were built on teaching those who are interested in making money in the stock market how to do so. You have many different ways. The key is to always Buy low sell high. Many people are afraid if buying a stock with low volume. One should never be afraid of that unless you don't believe more volume will enter the stock. The DD I have on this new stock is great. We may be able to get free shares of a 11.00 stock if we reach a certain price of it's warrant

I don't believe this is Simon from Subpenny Radio. I've been listening to his show for some time. There was someone using this alias on HSM pumping a warrant this morning. I know it wasn't Simon because the pictures they posted came from a site used by Alex/MOMO. Also Simon never gives a buy or sell recommendation. I've sent Simon a message to find out if this is him. Until we get confirmation DO NOT believe what is being said. I would almost guarantee this is NOT Simon from SubPenny.

I emailed Subpenny last week. I'll cut and paste the response for you guys. I don't know if the subpenny guy on here is Simon, but the email below is. I already dumped this and got in IPRE, so I have no reason to lie. In fact, I did this before I got Simon's response. If I'd read this first, I may have held longer, or been more confused on what to do at least. lol!

Hi - Thanks for the email.
Remember I don't give buy/sell/hold recommendations only provide my opinion of a stock's support and resistance points. That said here's my opinion on the 2 stocks you've requested.
SFDE - as mentioned on multiple shows I own this stock and will continue ot hold the stock. Remember the company will need to release the a PR citing the value of the company. I would guess many people who don't understand the process of a reverse merger have grown inpatient and sold especially when the stock dipped to .0135. I will continue to hold my stock until the PR comes out. Worse case, I'll own shares in the new company. Remember always know the risks involved and be prepaired for the worst to happen.
NDOL - If the stock fails to hold .75 then I could see it testing .60 before moving back up. If it doesn't hold .60 then the stock could see .50 or even .40... ouch! At any point in situations like this you always want to look for confirmation that the stock is not going to slip down further but is actually on its way back up. As explained on Thursday 5/11/06's show there is a **HUGE** difference between "chasing" and "catching" a stock on the way up.
Have a good weekend, we'll be back on the air Sunday night 7pm! Simon

I would not recomend holding into the reverse split. I figured out that the stock would need to be at $6 per share just to get back my original investment. If no news comes out by friday, Im going to have to sell for a loss.

Hey i just got off the phone with Richard Connors, and he said that there is no PR scheduled before the merger. I told him about my concerns. and he stated that there are no plans in the works for issuing of new stock, and that the additional 22.5M shares will be restricted which will provide for a very tightly held company.
I explained about the desire by many for a company value projection to be issued prior to the company merger and R/S. He said that we should see several pr's issued around the time of the R/S and merger.

A reverse merger is much different than a reverse split...I'm holding to see how this falls out...not selling at these levels...GLTA
