Holding pretty strong here at these levels. I would say this goose isn't done yet today and should gap up in the am. Starting to hit the PPS and volume increase scans now. I bought more today and up very nicely. Those that have a 3 round trip account might consider a hold till tomorrow to keep from getting hit with one round trip. GL everyone.

Market Manipulators (MM's) playing head games if the anticipated PR comes out today it will sky rocket. MM's are trying to keep the PPS (Price Per Share) down to accumulate as many shares as they can before letting this one fly. Please correct me if I am wrong Matto...

Exactly Net Freek. They want shares before the PR hits. But also remember DOMS want his money too and he is stuck with shares at .14. Matto can you tell us where DOMS is sitting now?
Not sure why anyone would sell with a PR in the hopper but to each their own.
I made the expensive mistake of jumping off the NDOL ship this morning...instead of staying level headed and just waiting the day out I drowned myself...
Well...I can just say I learned an expensive mistake and move on...

Stafford Closes Nucon Acquisition May 8, 2006 12:51:00 PM 2006 PrimeZone Media Network VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 8, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stafford Energy, Inc. ("Stafford") (Pink Sheets:SFDE) is pleased to announce that it has closed the Share Exchange Agreement with Nucon, Inc. ("Nucon"), a Nevada company.
As of this date, Mr. Robert Stepan, Mr. Todd Sinclair and Mr. Sven Smeds have resigned as Directors of Stafford, and Mr. J. Holt Smith, Esq. has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Stafford will begin the transition period whereby it will complete all necessary filings with the State of Nevada and the NASD to affect a name, cusip number and symbol change to reflect the new name, NUCON-RF, Inc. In addition, under the terms of the share exchange agreement, Stafford will effect a 275-to-1 share consolidation on or about May 22nd, 2006, after which, Stafford will acquire 22,500,000 common shares of Nucon representing 100% of Nucon's outstanding common stock in exchange for 22,500,000 shares of Stafford's common stock. In addition, there will be an issuance of 3,000,000 post consolidated debt settlement shares. On completion of the transition period, Stafford will have a total of 25,858,647 common shares issued and outstanding.
