LOL! okay, good deal. I have no choice but to be patient now though. Just wondering how much "OOOF" this may have left, or what a possible target pps is this week or next, etc.
Anyone heard anymore details about this on subpenny or other boards?

Thanks matto you just lifted my spirits by letting me know you are still in this one... I was at work today and could not put a sell order for .05 - .06 which was my exit strategy so I got screwed when it came back down to .031... I just have to learn to be quicker like you guys... Matto great play man...I am riding my free shares till after the split.... Worked all night sat and sun and couldnt stay awake for any more play...Got out at 0.06
I dont know if u play swing plays... Look at ITGI...they acquired a knight oil...yes OIL!! It has EPS of 0.61....I have never seen a penny stock with EPS reported like that... It has 2 mil O/S... Look at L2's....ALLLLLLL BUYS... Tell me what u think

Well, hopefully its MM's getn cheap shares. Seemed most thought it was good PR and there was hype to this, still may go past .10? Tomorrow and Wednesday should be good indicator. I hope it does, really got pumped when I saw all the talks. At best, i guess I hope it can at least get up to .05 to 06.

Chad I am riding free shares after selling most at 0.06... I like this stock but always protect the capital (also some profit needs to be protected). Time will telll what Nucon is about.. I am long on the rest of my stocks...\ Probably same time next year we will see..

Sub penny radio on and at 7:50 pm est he says he is in big at .045 and holding. He beleives it will rise tomorrow with walls at .050 and .070. He states buys in the 30's occured today due to retail panic. MM's bought on the fear they created.

I think I'm screwed since I bought at 0.068... hmmm... guess I'll try to minimize my loss tomorrow. Does anyone think that I'll be able to break even?

Stafford Closes Nucon Acquisition Monday May 8, 12:51 pm ET
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 8, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stafford Energy, Inc. (``Stafford'') (Other OTC:SFDE.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it has closed the Share Exchange Agreement with Nucon, Inc. (``Nucon''), a Nevada company. As of this date, Mr. Robert Stepan, Mr. Todd Sinclair and Mr. Sven Smeds have resigned as Directors of Stafford, and Mr. J. Holt Smith, Esq. has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr. Richard Connors will remain on the Board for the transition period until a newly elected Nucon Board of Directors assume their duties.
Stafford will begin the transition period whereby it will complete all necessary filings with the State of Nevada and the NASD to affect a name, cusip number and symbol change to reflect the new name, NUCON-RF, Inc. In addition, under the terms of the share exchange agreement, Stafford will effect a 275-to-1 share consolidation on or about May 22nd, 2006, after which, Stafford will acquire 22,500,000 common shares of Nucon representing 100% of Nucon's outstanding common stock in exchange for 22,500,000 shares of Stafford's common stock. In addition, there will be an issuance of 3,000,000 post consolidated debt settlement shares. On completion of the transition period, Stafford will have a total of 25,858,647 common shares issued and outstanding.

I am listening to subpenny radio and ryder sounds like a smack *ss. I am taking this dudes advice and waiting for at least .19 there is still to much potential for this one to sell... what I heard? better to sign up for the "VIP" through the subpennyradio link instead of direct through live365. Just like it's cheaper to sign up for Microcaptrade the link here, instead of directly through MicroCapTrade

Still a potential for .19 - .20 in SFDE! Excellent! I don't feel so bad for dumping NDOL for 3x profit when I had 6x friday. And then turning around and closing my 3x+ in the red today in SFDE. I shouldn't be complaining and have more patients. Too much coffee, I guess.
