About W2 Energy Inc.

W2 Energy Inc. is a growing, publicly traded company that develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s biomass to energy plants utilize state of the art technologies to produce green energy, both fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.

The W2 Energy GAT reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself, the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input. Since our unique process works in this manner, most if not at all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral, even using coal or peat as base fuel.

This is starting to run. Up 20%. Looks like a little wall at .31, but if it breaks that it could go nuts.

I got in at .27 and sold some at .33 for 20% gain. I'm trying to get better at the slow and steady part of this, to replace my previous strategy which seemed to be "buy at the peak and then hold the bags forever" [Smile]

Applying to AMEX should be huge as this stock would be hotcake for institutions desperately looking for new alternate energy stocks and a lot of institutions are restrictedd from investing in pinks.

I had already decided to pick up some shares before you guys responded to me, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

This company has a lot going for it. I couldn't resist with the recent corporate restructuring paired with an application for an AMEX listing all on top of a low float. Should be an interesting summer pick. Time will tell.

Actually, I have a feeling the share structure is a tad different than what I've posted here. I'll see if I can dig up the proper numbers. I have some other questions for the company too, so I'll try to get those answered as well.

Has anyone called or emailed to find the most recent share count already?

Why isn't this stock getting more attention? Bigger news than just about everything out there. $1.5 billion in potential revenues!

The main point that people may be missing is the fact that this company just went through a lengthy reorganization. They've now got a solid business plan going forward, and are soliciting their product trying to drum up business.

While 1.5 billion dollars is nothing to sneeze at, they currently only have the technology, and not the capacity, to complete an order of this size. This may be what is keeping investors away at this point.

This is a long-term hold, IMO. They are going to need to secure additional financing in order to build the required amount of production facilities to keep up with sales.

Given that, I've put my money here in hopes that this is just the beginning.

I still have some questions that I'm hoping to get answered:

1) What is the current share structure?

2) Which quarter are they planning on filing their form 10-QSB to the SEC?

3) Once the 10-QSB is filed, are they planning to submit an application to the AMEX immediately afterwards, or do they plan to wait a certain amount of time before applying?

when i called about filing, the guy said pretty soon which I assume they have in mind is by end of summer. I asked him that and he said thats would be what they were trying for that.he cannot say yes or no..since that would be insider info.

heynow,

That rocks! (minus the broken links)

I was just on their website today trying to get information for DD, and I thought it was severly lacking. Glad to see they updated things to coincide with the restructuring effort. WWEN is poised to do great things in the coming months!

Yeah, the old site concerned me a bit to. It had all old news and nothing relevant to todays Topics. We will probably recieve PR tomorrow about the new site but I really dont expect much movement for a couple days. If we dont run tomorrow than the correction continues for a couple more trading days. If we climb tomorrow than who know's how HIGH it can go. Ill be up first thing in the AM as always.

I can't even believe this stock is not getting more attention. You will miss the boat on this one. They are building 7 bio diesel factories. They received 1.5billion in orders. This is probably the best out there. There are only roughly 80m shares out. [Smile]
