Upon filing of the financials W2 Energy will make application to the AMEX for listing. Mr. Michael McLaren CEO states, ``We have finished with the restructuring of the company and are satisfied that we can move ahead with a strong foundation and a clear focus to execute our business plan to the fullest.'' About W2 Energy Inc.

W2 Energy Inc. is a growing, publicly traded company that develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s biomass to energy plants utilize state of the art technologies to produce green energy, both fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.

The W2 Energy GAT reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself, the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input. Since our unique process works in this manner, most if not at all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral, even using coal or peat as base fuel.

This is starting to run. Up 20%. Looks like a little wall at .31, but if it breaks that it could go nuts.

I got in at .27 and sold some at .33 for 20% gain. I'm trying to get better at the slow and steady part of this, to replace my previous strategy which seemed to be "buy at the peak and then hold the bags forever" [Smile]

The run has just started. Factory should be complete in about 3 months that will produce up to 10,000 barrels. They are applying to AMEX!!!!In at .10 and .195 and picking up more when I can.

Posted by daytrader1 on :

Applying to AMEX should be huge as this stock would be hotcake for institutions desperately looking for new alternate energy stocks and a lot of institutions are restrictedd from investing in pinks.

I had already decided to pick up some shares before you guys responded to me, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

This company has a lot going for it. I couldn't resist with the recent corporate restructuring paired with an application for an AMEX listing all on top of a low float. Should be an interesting summer pick. Time will tell.

Didn't see this thread, just started another one.... This is a great stock right now. Just had a big dip to correct itself a bit. Should see a good week ahead IMO!

Posted by binsleep on :

Actually, I have a feeling the share structure is a tad different than what I've posted here. I'll see if I can dig up the proper numbers. I have some other questions for the company too, so I'll try to get those answered as well.

Has anyone called or emailed to find the most recent share count already?

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Why isn't this stock getting more attention? Bigger news than just about everything out there. $1.5 billion in potential revenues!

Posted by binsleep on :

The main point that people may be missing is the fact that this company just went through a lengthy reorganization. They've now got a solid business plan going forward, and are soliciting their product trying to drum up business.

While 1.5 billion dollars is nothing to sneeze at, they currently only have the technology, and not the capacity, to complete an order of this size. This may be what is keeping investors away at this point.

This is a long-term hold, IMO. They are going to need to secure additional financing in order to build the required amount of production facilities to keep up with sales.

Given that, I've put my money here in hopes that this is just the beginning.

I still have some questions that I'm hoping to get answered:

1) What is the current share structure?

2) Which quarter are they planning on filing their form 10-QSB to the SEC?

3) Once the 10-QSB is filed, are they planning to submit an application to the AMEX immediately afterwards, or do they plan to wait a certain amount of time before applying?

when i called about filing, the guy said pretty soon which I assume they have in mind is by end of summer. I asked him that and he said thats would be what they were trying for that.he cannot say yes or no..since that would be insider info.

Yeah, the old site concerned me a bit to. It had all old news and nothing relevant to todays Topics. We will probably recieve PR tomorrow about the new site but I really dont expect much movement for a couple days. If we dont run tomorrow than the correction continues for a couple more trading days. If we climb tomorrow than who know's how HIGH it can go. Ill be up first thing in the AM as always.

I can't even believe this stock is not getting more attention. You will miss the boat on this one. They are building 7 bio diesel factories. They received 1.5billion in orders. This is probably the best out there. There are only roughly 80m shares out. [Smile]

Also, moving to the Amex. What more could you ask for. The management is seasoned as well. They have patents on there tech. This stock is a $1 runner very soon.

Here's the buy of the day right now. 20 cents, will be 40 or higher by the end of the month IMO.

Posted by binsleep on :

No offense guys, I agree that we should keep the thread near the top of the list, but you're all making me nervous with the needless pumps [Wink]

Fact is, this is a risky investment as it stands right now. We haven't seen any financials yet, so we have no idea what their cash position is. They are going to need lots of money to build these production facilities, and we don't quite know how they intend to get it as of yet.

I want to see this do well too, but unless you forsee news coming soon, we are looking at a long-term hold IMO.

BTW, does anyone know any of the above information?

Posted by binsleep on :

I'm a little perplexed as to why there are still non-functioning links on their new website. You would have thought they would have taken more care to make sure everything was in order before they put it up.

Hopefully, they're just too busy trying to make us some money! [Big Grin]

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Binsleep - it's risky, and that is why is has a market cap of $20 million. If these plants were fully functioning, you would be looking at a $10 stock.

The point is that they have the ability to produce something that is in high demand (which most penny stocks can't say).

I don't think anybody is saying this a sure thing, just undervalued with the current potential. A stock price, after all, is supposed to reflect all FUTURE earnings.

Posted by binsleep on :

I agree Baxt, that's why I'm in [Smile]

I just want to make sure we're pumping the right information out there, that's all.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Yeah, I think it has great potential, I'm in too. And the chart looks to be getting ready to run IMO. Ran a little too far too fast last week.

The website is pretty cool I think. Despite a couple of links that don't work. I'm sure it's a work in progress.

good luck to us all!

An email responce from W2ENERGY

I was curious to see what the reponse would be if I asked if they where thinking about a reverse split to increase the PPS for the AMEX reauirements...REMEMBER this was just a general question to see what kind of response I would get. Here is what they wrote back.

W2ENERGY

No we will need the outstanding shares to increase actually we may do a forward split but no the AMEX looks at a number of requirements market cap, shareholder equity, and stock price I have seen stocks list with an .80 cent stock it although they like to see at least 1.00.

Best regards

W2 Energy

W2ENERGY RESPONSE
"The scale plant should be up and running this year we hope to begin on the 10,000 bbd plant in the spring"

I will be doubling my holdings now. This is what I wanted to hear. We should continue having periodic PR's about status of the plants and contracts. REMEMBER, The game here is to be ahead of the trend.

NEW YORK, May 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- W2 Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWEN) a
developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it is submitting an offer to
purchase a working coal fired plant in a location to be disclosed at a later
date. The plant which presently provides approximately 100MW of coal fired power
will be converted into a combination Diesel fuel and electricity plant using
peat and biomass as fuel. Once in production the plant would generate $110.00
dollars per MWh as it would qualify as renewable green energy totaling $95M in
green electric power generation alone. Once the GTL portion of the plant is
complete the total plant revenue would be approximately $336M per year. Mr.
Michael McLaren states "This is a tremendous opportunity for us at W2 Energy as
it will defiantly speed up our time to market for our diesel product." He also
stated "We are actively looking for other opportunities like this that will cut
our construction time and allow us to deliver our products faster."

Since our unique process works in this manner, most if not at all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral, even using coal or peat as base fuel.

Press Releases

May 12, 2006 - W2 Energy, Inc. announced that it is submitting an offer to purchase a working coal fired plant in a location to be disclosed at a later date. The plant which presently provides approximately 100MW of coal fired power will be converted into a combination Diesel fuel and electricity plant using peat and biomass as fuel. Once in production the plant would generate $110.00 dollars per MWh as it would qualify as renewable green energy totaling $95M in green electric power generation alone. Once the GTL portion of the plant is complete the total plant revenue would be approximately $336M per year.

May 8, 2006 – W2 Energy has received letters of request for diesel samples from several large European re-sellers of diesel fuel. The letters request a total production of 3,360,000 metric tons or 25,200,000 barrels of diesel per year, representing a total dollar value of US $1,512,000,000. In order to fill these orders the company will construct a minimum of seven 10,000 bpd plants throughout the Continental U.S. and Canada.

May 5, 2006 – W2 Energy announces that they have completed their corporate restructuring effort, as well as, their intent to file Form 10 to the SEC and begin regular reporting. Once the financials are filed, they intend to apply for a listing on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

It's okay, this stock is still being overlooked by many, so the posts aren't as abundant as they could be. Should be exciting in the coming months as new facilities are built!

Surprised this isn't getting attention, but agree, things are looking very good for this company. Easily a dollar or more stock if they buy this plant/or finish building the full scale one!

W2 Energy Inc. is Pleased to Provide a Corporate Update

NEW YORK, May 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Mr. Michael McLaren reports:

Operations

The company for the better part of last year was completing its restructuring plan to provide a strong platform for growth. During this time the corporate officers were busily building strategic alliances and partnerships that would be the foundation of our company becoming a multinational corporation.

We have built several solid relationships with other multinational companies such as Aker Kvaerner http://www.akerkvaerner.com who will provide their vast engineering experience to construct our biomass to diesel/electricity plants. As we continue down the path of bringing to commercialization this unparalleled technology we continue to receive letters of request for production quantities as well as government officials appealing for plants to be commissioned in their area.

Technologies

W2 Energy Inc. continues to expand the plasma reactor capabilities and has begun to experiment with the chemical decomposition of waste plastic utilizing the technologies. We feel this multi-billion dollar market was largely being ignored. Although certain papers were written regarding the gasification of these materials, the cost involved largely overrode the desire for companies and governments to adopt a strategy like this.

The W2 Energy reactor is capable of high temperature chemical decomposition of the products and is able to break the plastics down into usable components regardless of their chemical composition both efficiently and cost effectively. Thus we are able to recoup most of the usable products within the plastics and reform them into other products such as fuel and other carbon based products.

The chart is showing a lot of volume during the lunch hour. Was that one buy or a bunch?

Posted by Lib222KNH on :

anyone have an idea about how long it would take to file for the AMEX and what that'll mean for the pps?

Posted by Baxt06 on :

The pps would fly, but it will take some time. Amex has a lot of listing requirements that I don't think WWEN qualifies for. Not yet, at least. I'm hopeful though. Looking for more news on this coal plant, and it will take off.

Posted by iamfine on :

this one might be a long hold. at least it will take quite a while. or maybe the company will do some astonishing work to suprise the whole market. as said by Baxt06, there are too many requirements to be listed in Amex. Not mentioning the regualr financial report, just two years earning will bother it for a long time. it is an issue. but it is also of a lot potential.

BIG buys have come in today....560,000 shares purchases at .20 and another one for 250,000 shares at .20....We have also had a few 100K pruchases as well. A typical day is a few purchases of 10K shares and now we are seeing in excess of 500K. I wonder if something big is about to happen.

It surprised me to come back from lunch and see the jump in volume. It looked like accumulation to me, but I wanted to verify. Thanks!

I'm amazed that this stock has been able to hold this level, especially given the fact that the rest of the market is bleeding so badly. We have a good group of longs and seem to have found a pretty good base between .19-.20.

Some really good news, and this baby could run!

Unusually High Volume?

unusually high volume, Some folks here follow that trend. Sometimes it precludes a sizable runup. RSHN, USXP, and a few others have done well when their average volume spikes. Sometimes it takes a few days sometimes weeks. TMAN...

Im still in with over 100K shares now...I bought the majority at .10 and .19....IM LONGGGGGGGGGGGG

Posted by binsleep on :

heynow: Nice! I'm currently a bag holder at .39. I plan on selling with the next PR and getting in a little lower, hopefully with more shares! [Wink]

Posted by heynow on :

Hey Bin

I know its frustrating when we are currently at .19 and you bought in at .39 but you can see that this penny is the real thing. We are not going to move on any of these HYPE Prs but when we get an update on the production of the current plant or the aquisition of the Coal plant then you will see this thing FLY. I want to pick up some moore shares and I was going to at 17.5 but the PR came out and I decided to wait for it to settle one more time. I will be looking for Monday to pick up some more...I just keep picking up shares left and right.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Good action so far. Up 18%, if volume keeps coming in, these gains should continue.

Posted by binsleep on :

Sold at .23, Looking to get back in under .20 once we retrace.

Posted by iamfine on :

just donot know why the PPS didnot fly up. the company got so many orders requests. it has been bouncing up and down around 0.20 level for quite a while. sometimes, it even slided down a little. so strange.

Posted by binsleep on :

The problem is that they are only "orders." The company doesn't have a manufacturing facility as of yet to produce. They are just lining up the orders until they can get a facility up and running. Until that happens, people are simply going to wait on the sideline.

Posted by binsleep on :

Anyone have level II?

Posted by iamfine on :

it seems like the company already started working its plant construction, or buying a coal plant to convert it to the bio-energy plant. anyone has the idea how long it will take?

Posted by binsleep on :

It seems like it would be quicker to convert a an already existing plant than to build a brand new one. The most recent news was they made an offer to buy a coal plant for this purpose. My guess is that we should be hearing news on that front soon.

They are currently building a pilot plant, but that is only a scaled down version of the full-size plants they intend to build in the future.

How long it will take is anyone's guess. It is going to take a little while to get things moving IMO. However, when they do, look out!

Posted by binsleep on :

BTW, back in at .18

Much better position than .39 and I picked up a few more shares to boot [Wink]

Posted by iamfine on :

just check the PPS again. i am so in red this time. bought another order at 0.19. thought it would bounce up. however, it didnot do so. volume has been very low lately, even though with news out. i know this is a long term hold. but if things like production and marketing have no improvement, it will hit another fall. hate to see its happening.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Watching it tick up and down every minute isn't going to help you out. If you've done your dd and you think it's a good stock, stick with it. If not, do what you think is best.

The market in general is hurting right now, people are taking profits wherever they have them protecting themselves. Going to be a lot of volatility in all of these pennies.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Also keep in mind, usually attracting customers is the most difficult task for a small business. They apparently have the demand. You can bet that is a huge advantage to them when they're looking to build/buy a plant.

Posted by iamfine on :

very good analysis, Baxt06. thanks. i know this one is a long term hold. i just cannot believe its falling day by day, cents by cents. well, i am going to pick up more tomorrow whenever my fund is settled in my account, and stick with it.

Posted by binsleep on :

In all reality, this stock held up pretty nicely when all the others were tanking the past couple of weeks. We only lost a few cents. I think there is a pretty good base at this level.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Yeah, it's a bummer that people took profits so early on these last two PR's, but that's how it goes.

Posted by Goldorak356 on :

whoo hoo..fertilizer product..This company will have to sell a bottle of this magic fertilizer fluid product to every person on earth?...wow!..a 20$ stock..i think.lol ;-)

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Gold...thanks for stopping by. Do you think MSEP's "performance" brake fluid has a bigger market than electricity and fertilizer? Let's see, I've been driving for 11 years, and I've changed brake fluid....um, never...huh. Well, good luck with that. I'm sure when you go online and order that $8 bottle that you can't find in stores, their stock goes sky high. Ten cents by June 20th I'm sure.

Posted by tmanfromtexas on :

Hey baxt, I would definitely take .10 by june. I could be damn near debt free at that price. TMAN...

Posted by Baxt06 on :

TMAN - for your sake, i hope it does. I just said I don't think it's going up 3000 percent in a month and he pops in here to rip WWEN. I'm not the guy... I just don't see the upside with MSEP, and I don't think Joe Million's plug every half hour is enough to make up for poor fundamentals. Not to say you can't make money on it...

glta

Posted by tmanfromtexas on :

MSEP may have some legs. they are adding new products etc. .10 is highly doubtful but I am in the green with it so I cant complain. [Smile]
As far as wwen, I hope this stabilizes some. I keep thinking of syntroleum. I just hope wwen starts producing and I am still around to be happy I held. TMAN...

Yeah, I hope we all are. Seems to be enough good things going on for me to hold and see what happens. Good luck with MSEP too TMAN...may we all be debt free soon!

NEW YORK, May 22, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- W2 Energy Inc., a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has issued a letter of intent to TechnoJunk and GreyMatter of Christchurch, New Zealand to build a plant for an ongoing producing coal mine.

Mr. Michael McLaren states, "The project immediately gained my interest as it was an opportunity to show the real value of our technology." The plant would produce both diesel fuel and electricity to overcome a unique transportation problem with the material handling of the coal.

The project which will be at least a 10,000 bbp plant will be exceptional in that it will show our technologies capabilities to produce clean energy from coal in the cleanest place on earth. The 10,000 bbp plants produce approximately $US310M per year in product.

I feel much better now, and I am confident that this will prove to be a worthwhile investment in the future. I can't wait to see the company financials.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Not quite what I expected, but maybe better than a quick jump out of the gate. Ask up to .20

Posted by iamfine on :

true, baxt06. doesnot seem to me the market took the news very well. I remember last time when one of the oil stocks posted some news about huge reserve, the market was boiling. look at this one. it is so quiet. well, on second thought, maybe that is also a good sign. slowly rising up. good luck everybody on this.

Posted by binsleep on :

I did a little bit of research this morning, and this latest bit of news is interesting.

New Zealand is highly dependent on foreign oil. As a matter of fact, they have to import about 85% of their oil from outside sources.

New Zealand contains a great deal of coal reserves, but the high price of oil matched with the impact on the environment is not desirable.

I guess what I'm saying is that it makes a lot of sense for WWEN to pilot their product here and it justifies Mr. McLaren's statement, "The project immediately gained my interest as it was an opportunity to show the real value of our technology."

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Looks like people expect instant gratification and get out when they don't get it. Good buy in point anyways...

Posted by iamfine on :

Without further news on production, this stock will still fall down. I am not going to buy more shares at this moment since it already generated enough red in my account. Just waiting for a stable level. I am not really sure what triggered its down with those PR news. But one thing I feel right now is its uncertainty. All those PR news are the letters of intent. Come on. I understand it took a lot of time to build a plant. But with those orders waiting on the sideline, the company should be much more anxious of plant construction, not just issuing an letter of intent and poting it to comfort the market. That might be the real cause, I guess. Or, the other reason is the market playing. Whatever it is, this is definitely not good.

iamfine - you have unrealistic expectations. The company is going to release a PR whenever something material happens. Signing a letter of intent to build a plant is material. Even with a bunch of business waiting for them when they're done, you can't just try EXTRA hard to build a plant and get it done.

Press Releases

May 23, 2006 – WWEN announced the issuance of a letter of intent to build a plant for an on-going producing coal mine to TechnoJunk and GreyMatter of Christchurch in New Zealand. Mr. Michael McLaren states, ''The project immediately gained my interest as it was an opportunity to show the real value of our technology.'' The plant would produce both diesel fuel and electricity to overcome a unique transportation problem with the material handling of the coal. The project which will be at least a 10,000 bbp plant will be exceptional in that it will show our technologies capabilities to produce clean energy from coal in the cleanest place on earth. The 10,000 bbp plants produce approximately $US310M per year in product.

May 22, 2006 – WWEN has received letters of request for off-take of their fertilizer product. The organic fertilizer which is a co-product produced in the W2 "GAT" reactor will be pelletized and sold in bulk for $US200 per ton. The 10,000 barrel per day plant produces approximately 255,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year, bringing an additional $51M in sales, combined with the diesel fuel at $204M and $55M in electricity generation, producing a yearly sales number of $310.5M per 10,000 bpd plant. Combined with the need to construct seven plants to satisfy production requests for the diesel product, W2 now has requests for product totaling $2.17B US.

May 16, 2006 – W2 Energy, Inc. issued an update stating that they have been building strategic alliances and partnerships which would help the company become a multinational corporation. One of these relationships happens to be Aker Kvaerner (www.akerkvaerner.com), who will provide their engineering experience to construct W2’s biomass to diesel/electricity plants. WWEN also stated they have begun experimenting with the chemical decomposition of waste plastic using their plasma reactor technology. They feel that this is a multi-billion dollar market which has been largely ignored.

May 12, 2006 – W2 Energy, Inc. announced that it is submitting an offer to purchase a working coal fired plant in a location to be disclosed at a later date.

Yeah, MM's holding it here. Hopefully they'll let it go in the last hour here.

why the heck are they holding it damn

Posted by binsleep on :

Because they're crooks [Wink]

Posted by Stockman13 on :

whats the reason for this? are they themselves trying to accumulate shares?

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Yes, they want to get them cheap and sell them for more just like we do.

50day MA line is right around .09, looks like that's the support. Hope for a rebound tomorrow.

Posted by iamfine on :

without strong PR news to push the market, how can it go up? there might be a rebound on it, but I donot think it is that soon, except it is realy playing around, up and down. This company is of great potential. However, it is not in a very stable shape yet. I didnot put a buy order at it today even though I saw its down to 0.08. not only because I didnot believe I could get that buy order through, but also I didnot feel it was stable yet. I am still confident its long term position though

iamfine - like I keep saying, they've had strong PR's. You're not going to get anything stronger than "we're building a power plant" for a while. If you want something more than that, you're going to have to buy a stock that's trading for several dollars or more....not 9 cents.

Excuse Me Baxt06, what you mean... whe U says.....If you want something more than that, you're going to have to buy a stock that's trading for several dollars or more....not 9 cents

bouncing back tomorrow.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

I'm saying - some people seem to think that they should have this power plant up and running tomorrow and should be spitting out financial statements showing millions and millions in profit by the end of the week.

If that were the case, this would be a $5 stock. Seems that some are missing perspective is my point. Share price (in theory) is supposed to equal the present value of all future earnings of a company...that means even the intention of building a plant and customers in the future are valuable and SHOULD move this stock.

Posted by ShareHolder on :

Got it¡¡

Thank U Baxt06

Posted by binsleep on :

The other important fact to note is that this company JUST came out of a reorganization on May 5th! They have the technology, they are getting customers, they only need to build the plants to get this baby rolling. Once they have the ability to produce (soon), this thing will be crazy IMO.

Ohhh Nooo...WOW not a very productive day. Looks like the only stocks running are worthless subs that run because of hype from message boards like this one...OKOKOKOK,,,Ill stop...Anyway, Ill be picking up more tomorrow if I find the right opportunity.

Kind of like XLPI - the pink your pumping that is going to make a brand new fuel product? Restricted dividend too, nice. Let's leave the speculation to the gamblers eh?

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Oh Keith - I checked their webpage...they're also going to prevent rust AND kill the Bird Flu. Maybe cure cancer after that, world peace, feed the children, etc... And you can't believe WWEN is building a power plant?

"Xcelplus is currently expanding our horizons by searching out other products that may be marketed through out all global economies. We are working with new labs to help market De-Rusting products as well as searching for ways to kill the current Avian Flu virus. These products will be brought online as we locate them and develop their markets."

i wonder if anyone things any stock we trade is legit.
what happened to NDOL, anyways? they were legit, right? who cares. we're not "investing" here, at least, i hope we're not, cuz if that's what we're supposed to be doing, i'm playing things all wrong.

in for a few days here and there to take some profit off the run..
i don't care if this thing is run out of a 10-yr old's basement, as long as it has potential to make me money, and enough other people think so too, it might as well be gold and oil.

i just think it'll be a nice bounce, or at least i hope so.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

That's what we're all in it for Edge. Just think it's funny that someone comes in and says all pink pr's are scams and then go's and plugs one as a REAL LONG TERM investment who's webpage says they're going to produce an alternative fuel AND kill the bird flu.

another boring day. well, having nothing to blame though since it is a long term hold in my list. it seems its stock tried to rebound. but with no excited news to push the market, and short profit takers, resistance will be the pain. 0.09 might be a good hold. but who knows, if no good news released later on, it will still fall again. I am planign to pick up more once I am done with PGPM. Wish everyone a happy time.

believe me, Baxt, I cannot agree more about the potential of WWEN. It just made me frustrated to see a promising stock played by MMs like a toy. However, as far as I am concerned, right now it is still a little risky to jump in, even though it is a good buy moment. I will pick up more later on when I am confident of its stability.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

Good consolidation at .09. Will rebound sooner or later...

Posted by ShareHolder on :

Slow movements !!!!....wont be market next monday ¡¡¡¡¡

Posted by iamfine on :

yeah, low volume, slowly sliding down. this one really started to piss me off. even though i understand its long term potential. probably the company tried to sell the stock off to get money to construct the plant. who knows, huh. or MMs knew something going to happen sooner or later, striking the PPS down to get more shares. either way, it is no good. no more than three weeks, the stock has been dropped its high at 0.51 to the current level 0.075. how much has it been down? more than 80%. imagine people who got in at that high? that is really burning. is it still going to slide down? i donot know. is it a good time to buy? maybe or maybe not. all i know is this one is played really good by the market. the bad part is the company management. if they want profit, they should have done better.

well, it still didnot say too much on the production yet. but, it does confirm the long term potential. to file for the AMEX still requires a long way. I like it today, although I didnot see too much rise.

I think .12 is the magic number. If we can get by that, we could get back to where we were a couple weeks ago. .20's...

My take: Rising energy prices are hurting everyone, not just the United States. FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) is setting in.

WWEN hasn't even begun to see its day in the sun. They have the technology to make something which is "already" in high demand. The sooner they get a factory up and running, the sooner we can all do the happy dance. [Big Grin]

iamfine....sell your shares. Your continuous unrealistic expectations about how they should be producing within a month of making an offer to buy a plant are annoying. If you want a company has solid financials and good production numbers, you shouldn't be playing penny's.

Posted by ruskin_muskin on :

agreed..patience is the key for this one. every new pr only increases the worth of this company. i think the correct price for this companies worth should be around 0.4-0.45. but a pity of 0.085-0.09. well, as soon as some more momentum kicks in this thing will fly...0.25 EOW ..

I hope you're right ruskin! From the latest share structure I've seen this company has a market cap of about $7 million. Pretty ridiculous considering all the things that are going on with this company.

not to worry baxt, if the company is really worth it, the market would award it with the right price. till then i am holding tight with my shares. am sure once they release something concrete about their revenue structure, this thing shall roll like no other stock here. on further note, little news of production should see it near 0.3-0.4 range within matter of few hours. key is holding that position which this stock has not been able to do very efficiently. but oh well, it all depends upon production.

it seems the volume up a little bit. not sure whether result from the lower price or something new would be out later on. either way, it is better since at least there is some support.

what just happens? all of sudden, the PPS jumped to 0.08 after lunch. Baxtor, do you have any idea? is it still short term play? or news would be out later? i know it is a long term hold and ready for that. but i would not mind if i see some profit on it.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

No, I don't know of anything. Looks like it just finally hit support at .05. Shorts are covering. This could make a good climb with so many in at much higher prices.

Posted by cm3i on :

If the short price is at $0.13 I don't think they will sweat it until the price moves above that price. I would like to see this stock push to $0.15 or $0.20 and then put out a good PR to force the shorters to cover. This baby has the potential to be a double digit stock. PR (5/31/05) with letters of intent or requests for $251M and $1.50B and applications being made for AMEX, Frankfurt, and the London exchanges. This could be a great steal at these prices.
Disclosure: Shareholder of 150K shares.

yeah, market is in sell off mode again.

Posted by iamfine on :

this one definitely scared a lot of guys away after its 90% drop from 0.50 to 0.05 within no more than one month. as long as no excited news out, anyone who could take some profit would run away before it dropped again. it is really sad to see its happening. even though it dropped till 0.05 level, it still didnot catch too much attention. just those MM play short would not be enough to get this one up higher. yeah, it is a long way to go.

Posted by cm3i on :

The entire increase to 0.51 was on the AMEX application on 5/05/06. When these guys complete the audits and actually file the 10sb for the AMEX, it will rocket....especially if they convert some of the letters of request into purchase orders. Now is still a great time to buy. The resistance we keep hitting is probably the shorters trying to keep it dowm. IMO when this thing rockets, we will be kicking ourselves in the *ss for not buying below ten cents.

maybe they know it is very hard to get the AMEX. so they kinda change the strategy at first to win the market. well, just guess. i hope all them are coming true in the future

Posted by binsleep on :

Be careful. The only official exchange listing is AMEX, and that won't happen until the company releases an audited 10K. I'd be skeptical of these others until the company makes a formal announcement.

Posted by cm3i on :

The WWEN investor relations person (info*w2energy.com) said that they have big requests for their plant from Europe, hence the listing on the Frankfurt and London exchanges. I have called several times, but gotten very little feed back, but they have answered my questions to the info email address. Some of their answers have been vague, but at least they do respond.

W2 Energy Inc. to Design Integrated GTL Process

By PrimeZone
Last Update: 6/13/2006 8:30:17 AM Data provided by

NEW YORK, Jun 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- W2 Energy Inc., a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce it has approved an expansion of our pilot plant to include an integrated catalytic micro GTL (gas-to-liquid) system. The system, which will be designed to take full advantage of our GAT reactor, will greatly reduce project cost and time-to-market.

Mr. Michael McLaren states, "Up until now W2 Energy has been utilizing third partly GTL technology that was costly and somewhat difficult to integrate to our GAT reactor." He also stated, "Now with our own proprietary technology we can tailor it to fit our needs perfectly and significantly reduce our capital cost of the projects as well as our time to market." He further stated, "By having our own proprietary micro GTL technology we are also able to fully take advantage of the high efficiency of the GAT reactor and produce a better liquid product for a much lower cost per barrel."

W2 Energy continues to push forward on the scale-up construction of our 100 BBD plant as well as actively seeking new opportunities for our large scale plants as well as joint ventures and licensing opportunities. With our new system W2 Energy will be able to deliver samples to satisfy the terms of our letters of interest for production quantities faster.

W2 Energy currently has approximately USD$1.7 Billion in production requests for their diesel product.

About W2 Energy Inc.

W2 Energy Inc. is a growing, publicly traded company that develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s biomass-to-energy plants utilize state-of-the-art technologies to produce green energy, both fuel (sulfur-free diesel) and electricity, at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.

Since our unique process works in this manor, most if not all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore, the process is completely C02 neutral, even using coal or peat as base fuel.

i guess it didnot have any positive effect but the negative one till now since the PPS is sliding down and breaking through the lowest 0.05 level. thought 0.05 is the lower support. well, looks not. what a joke.

Can u tell me how a stock of 0.05$ can go on the amex? the minimum price is 2$ to be on the amex.
Well u can, with a reverse split.
The float is already low so with the reverse split it will be much lower.
Anyway give me ur opinion

Posted by cassity on :

Here is a website that answers that question. There are many ways a company can list on the AMEX. I wrote the company today about this very issue and will post what I find out.

http://www.venturelawcorp.com/listing_requirements_amex.html

Posted by trader_124 on :

They have a good project but my question is how many month or years they need to start production. And for about the amex, i think ur talking about the 3rd condition, but they need 50 millions$ in pre-taxe. They got this right now??
im not a shareholder in this but im thinking to buy but i need more time to verifiy a few things.
thx

Posted by iamfine on :

since the caption value of WWEN is no more than 7 million, so I guess it is between standard 1 and standard 2. but, there should be some other requirements like the financial quarter report or whatsoever. it will in the dreamland if WWEN really is in the AMEX list. everyone will be happy. the question is how? it is not just the matter of time. it means more than that. right now the market just felt disappointed with its performance, I guess, whole of projection, nothing for real yet. A lot of guys probably are waiting for the production. until the production comes true, nothing will get real.

I covered some of your questions in my email to them, it will be interesting to find out what they say. I watched this all day and a lot of buys were coming in but for some reason the MM's would not let it run, hopefully tomorrow!

There is sometimes instant gratification in life, but many times not. In this case you D.C.A down. You can read the PR's, don't second guess yourself. I use to do that all the time, and then loose/miss out. You can't expect these companies to perform miracles in 1 months time. Think about how long it takes to close on a house. We should multiply that times 20 when building a bio-diesel plant, and or progress with the contracts. Be smart, and not human nature here. Human nature wants everything instantaneous, and immediate. Pick them, do the DD, then buy them. Don't be forced out by Market makers. I have been doing this for to long to see inexperienced traders get shook out because they can’t stand the ups and downs. Be smart like you know you all are. There will of course be ups and downs. [Smile] Corona time fellas, have a great evening.

Investor, haven't heard much from you since the days of NDOL. What are your latest picks besides WWEN (I assume). I agree completely with your comment, I work for an aerospace company and it took over a year to build a 50k sq. ft addition on the building. If this company does 1/2 of what it plans to do, then this will be well worth the wait. I'm still waiting for a response from the email I sent them, but my brother has already contacted the financial backers of WWEN and they confirmed they are doing business with them.

I talked to them as well Cassity. I've been buys doing deals such as these. I have an Internet company, as well as a brick and mortar coming on line in a few weeks. Super busy. I just read a few posts, and its as if traders don't understand how the world works. Things take time. You know that the M.M's walk a stock down over time so that they can buy it cheap, then run it up. It should just be common knowledge by now. Anyway, I am in PGPM/WWEN/RSHN/XSNX/PTSC. I think RSHN is merely good for the trade, as it is really low. All the others are amazing picks. I go a step further than the normal trader, I call management and get in there business. I call so much, that EDDIE from PGPM actually called me on my cell phone the other day to tell me the progress of the company. I was amazed at his drive. Sounds young, but eager. Anyway, follow your instinct. I waited on a stock one year before I saw a huge pop. I made over 200K on it because I was diligent. So many of you trade in and out loosing money. Be confident, and get some balls when trading. You know the M.M is shaking. I've said enough, most of this just comes with time, and experience. Good luck.

I full disclosure, PTSC is in court about there patent. I feel that they will win the case as they have signed with AMD, INTEL, HP, CASIO, NIKON as well as others. I don't remember them all. These are smart individuals at the helm, and I feel that they signed because they know they will win the case. Also, they have had this patent since the 80's. This is when DOS was king. If they loose the stock goes down 30%-40% initially. If they win, it's up 300%-500% over the days following. The risk reward is worth it.

Thanks Investor, I plan on holding this until it hits at least $1.00, I only have 100k shares right now, but plan to increase as soon as some other stocks pan out. I've reread the last company update several times and as soon as they file their first financials and continue with the AMEX app. this stock will see new highs. When they do begin production this will be an unbelievable stock. The filing of the financials is the first step though and will show the credibility of this company to do what they say their going to do. I had PGPM for awhile, but when the Gaviston report came out it made me really doubt the company, how can they be off by 985 mil. barrels? It bothered me big time. Good Luck to you as well Investor.

I have a little time right now, so I'll try not to butcher this, I was hoping to be able to write it all down, but he called me back while I was driving. I asked them if they had a time line on when they would go into full prod. and he said 2-3 yrs which was to be expected. I asked him about the coal plant nagotiations and he said it was coming along slowly, but this was not the only coal plant they are looking at, one was in Canada and the other was up state New York. The last thing we discussed was the best part. I asked him how the AMEX app. was going and made the comment that it would probably be a long process, but he corrected me (now I don't understand everything he was talking about, so you will have to excuse me)and said that the forms they filed would be complete by around July 15th and it takes 60 days from then to complete the AMEX app. He also stated (to my great suprise) that they are going to be on the Frankfurt exchange and I didn't even ask about that. We continued to talk about what was going on recently and this was when I got really confused, but he was saying something about the company they hired to take care of the current stock ran the price up and sold their shares. If anyone can clear that up for me I would apprieciate it. Anyways, I'm sorry this may be confusing, but someone with more knowledge then me is invited to call them.

Also, look at the float, and O/S on this guy. It is really fantastic. I've lightened up on almost every other stock during this period of "Bernanke Unrest" but this one and XSNX. I still like the others, but the low O/S of XSNX/WWEN, coupled with the HUGE potential make these no brainier. I am on 80% cash, but still have 300K of WWEN, and 100k of XSNX. The rest is cash, emerging debt, and corporate bonds. Also, quite a few options, forex market, and e-mines. I am not a pumper, I just like to open peoples eyes to a good thing. I have been in the game longer then most, and this is the long term hold you want in the Portfolio. Good luck ladies.

I would like the pps to stay low for a little while longer so I can free up some cash from other stocks I'm sitting on and get another 50k, but either way I'm ready to go.

Posted by Birkoff on :

Doesn't the PPS have to be at a minimum of a $1 (or 3) to be able to enter AMEX?

How are they going to do that within 60 days if the production starts in 2-3 years?

Your on the ball Cassity. Diligence pays off. You are obviously one of the smarter ones, seeing how you are contacting management. I am one of the only people I know that wants to see who is running the ship before I buy. I will obviously buy something for the trade without contacting, but that’s a quick flip. Some of these traders don't understand that a select few of these are actually good investments, with enough research. Corona time Cassity, have a good night.

A couple of pages back I posted a link that shows the requirements of the AMEX. There is one way that doesn't require $3 min. Also it states that there are many exceptions to those rules. If you look at NXG, they trade on the AMEX and their pps just reached $3 a share recently. Just my 2 cents. I wish I would have asked them that today, it was something I was curious about, but forgot, to much stuff going on.

How are they going to do that within 60 days if the production starts in 2-3 years?

I think if the earnings are above 50 million it can be anywhere. Take LIV for example. Alright, now its Corona time. Good luck Ladies [Smile]

I've been watching this too. I owned some at one point and sold it for a loss.

I'm debating re-entering and going long.

Things that worry me:

1. What are their financials? How are they paying bills?

2. 2.17B US is a nice number, but it is what it is, just a number without actual hard contracts.

3. I cant verify a whole lot of what they say. Why? They maybe doing what they say, but there are little details.

5. There is little info about the plants. How are they going to be build them, when, how much will it cost? Seems like a large scale project.

6. What is that blue thing on their website?

7. Not sure where the support is. Seems to be settling down at 0.04.

I know I sound negative, but got burned before.

Hey Birkoff, I'm also down at this point, I think when they post the finacials it will be a huge step in the process. We have no idea what kind of money is behind this. This is speculation, but when the owner of the company I work for wanted money to start his company, they received government funds to begin. Being a source of energy they may qualify for something like that, but I may also be talking out my a**. There are some questions we might have to wait to find out about. I hope everything works out to benifit us all.

Bought in today with some chump change. Been looking to buy since .20, but have been waiting for the PPS & RSI to settle down after the big run. Chart looking good now. Will start buying more as additional funds are freed up. I agree with Investor on this one. Low float, etc. Definitely a big money maker long term. [Cool]

Definitely looking to break $0.05 tomorrow. It will touch $0.10 in no time. I guess a 3-4 day run is coming. Don't know how high it will go. Will be watching it tomorrow

Posted by cassity on :

I couldn't agree more ridethewave, I hope you're along for the ride. I'm a little mad I wasn't able to get more at .04. Oh well, maybe BKMP will be worth keeping my money in.

Posted by ridethewave on :

Yes. I am in for the ride. Based on the volume and chart, I am guessing that this may touch mid 6's tomorrow with high of 7's. It will touch 0.10 either later monday or by tuesday morning but need some good new at that point to sustain 0.10. Let's see how it goes next few days

It's been awhile since any news, wouldn't doubt to see something tomorrow. When I spoke to the company yesterday, I asked the guy if he would be updating the shareholders any time soon, and he said the company has been good at updating the shareholders and something about when things settle down, there would be more news. I'm not sure what that intells, just passing along what he said. The next several months will be very interesting though, and I'm excited to see how things progress.

Today, tomorrow, next year this stock, with these orders will be several dollars. At $1 its only valued at 97 million. They have 1.5 billion in orders. This could be $10 in the blink of an eye.

Posted by stockinthemud on :

Do you know what kind of funding they have? I've emailed them a couple times, because my only concern is that they'll dillute...but they haven't responded. I haven't been able to find the a/s either.

Posted by invester on :

Even if they double there share count, "which I don't see them doing that because they haven't issued a share in many years" the company would only have around 180 million out. At $1 it would be valued at $180 million. That is still way undervalued. I think they will contact Inv. Banks, and maybe private P.

WOW, I just got an email back. This is OUTSTANG NEWS. Any large scale financing will be done through Debit. The Authorized share count is only 225m. The outstanding is still 97m. They already have several groups to fund the first plant, 150 million dollars. Here is the response from them via email.

Hello

I do not recall a message from you in the office. But anyways the answers to your questions are.

1) We are a public company of course we will do equity funding its the whole reason you go public. We tightly control however when and how we do these funding. Large scale funding as in our project financing will be done thru debt we have several groups already involved in our first 10,000 bbd plan which we will be funded to 150M to construct the plant.

2) Authorized share count is 250M

3) outstanding is 97,455,619 there however is only 37,206,835 in the public float the rest is escrowed insider stock. The public float is pretty tightly held with 4-5 large investors whom are for the long term.

Regards

W2 Energy

1.Low Outstanding Share count
2.No dilution
3.7 bio-diesel plants within 2 years
4.All financed through debt.
5.1.5 billion in future contract.
What’s not to like. This stock was at .51 a couple of months ago with far less news.

I picked up 100k more this morning. Total shares 400k. This one will stay in my Portfolio for the long haul. Also, applying to the American stock exchange. I think they will get it. If you look at the requirements, your stock can be any price if you have over 50 million in revs.

Thanks Investor, those were the only questions left in my mind. I think this will be huge, as soon as the AMEX goes through, I'll be kicking myself for not freeing up money at .04 to buy another 50k. Thanks for the info.

No problem. Its funny to me that traders can't tell the difference between a trading stock, and an investment. This is the best INVETMENT around. This stock is a gift at these levels. [Smile]

You can't expect instant gratification. Anyone who is in business will tell you that it takes time. I have already spoken to management, I KNOW this will pan out. Stocks fluctuate, long term this is gold.

Posted by RichBy26 on :

investor is right, this is a good play. Iamfine you should know all stocks fluctuate like a bouncing ball. If you plan on trading this then buy on the dips like today and sell into the run. If you are an investor then pick a target number you believe is a good entry and buy at your tartget pps, hold until your investment needs are met.
Like I said, good pick investor....

I kinda hope this stays this low for just a little while longer. I have some money I want to free up. Would like to get another 100k. Have a strong feeling big news will be out in the next couple of weeks and it will be to late by then. I think I need Invester to fund me. JMHO

LoL, in all seriousness. I think that after the July 4th short reporting hits, most of these pinks will travel a little more freely. There shouldn't be as much blatant manipulation.

LoL, in all seriousness. I think that after the July 4th short reporting hits, most of these pinks will travel a little more freely. There shouldn't be as much blatant manipulation.

Hey invester, can you elaborate on that?

Posted by invester on :

There has been massive manipulation by MM, and insiders buying there stock low, selling it high, shorting high, then covering low. Why do you think these stocks will run up, then a MM will just put a stop to it. He has sold all of his position, sold short, and needs it to go down. It's the biggest manipulation out there. Starting July 4th, short sellers of pink sheets will have to start reporting. This will almost certainly let pinks have a fair and orderly market. Hurray for the SEC. It is about Blanken time. [Smile]

Thanks investor, I have no doubt that's what's been going on with WWEN. Yesterday, buy's were flowing in, and suddenly it just stopped. Very frustrating, but may be last chance to buy this cheap. Thanks for the info

I'm still here with you folks. As other's have mentioned, the long term outlook of this stock far outweighs any short term manipulation we have been experiencing thus far.

Good luck, all.

invester,
thanks for the update.
I have tried to send emails to W2 and never received the reply.
Does it imply that submission of Amex paperwork could be done after the financial audithas been done? Do you think we should have had the PR for that?
