Can u tell me how a stock of 0.05$ can go on the amex? the minimum price is 2$ to be on the amex.
Well u can, with a reverse split.
The float is already low so with the reverse split it will be much lower.
Anyway give me ur opinion

Here is a website that answers that question. There are many ways a company can list on the AMEX. I wrote the company today about this very issue and will post what I find out.

They have a good project but my question is how many month or years they need to start production. And for about the amex, i think ur talking about the 3rd condition, but they need 50 millions$ in pre-taxe. They got this right now??
im not a shareholder in this but im thinking to buy but i need more time to verifiy a few things.
thx

since the caption value of WWEN is no more than 7 million, so I guess it is between standard 1 and standard 2. but, there should be some other requirements like the financial quarter report or whatsoever. it will in the dreamland if WWEN really is in the AMEX list. everyone will be happy. the question is how? it is not just the matter of time. it means more than that. right now the market just felt disappointed with its performance, I guess, whole of projection, nothing for real yet. A lot of guys probably are waiting for the production. until the production comes true, nothing will get real.

I covered some of your questions in my email to them, it will be interesting to find out what they say. I watched this all day and a lot of buys were coming in but for some reason the MM's would not let it run, hopefully tomorrow!

There is sometimes instant gratification in life, but many times not. In this case you D.C.A down. You can read the PR's, don't second guess yourself. I use to do that all the time, and then loose/miss out. You can't expect these companies to perform miracles in 1 months time. Think about how long it takes to close on a house. We should multiply that times 20 when building a bio-diesel plant, and or progress with the contracts. Be smart, and not human nature here. Human nature wants everything instantaneous, and immediate. Pick them, do the DD, then buy them. Don't be forced out by Market makers. I have been doing this for to long to see inexperienced traders get shook out because they can’t stand the ups and downs. Be smart like you know you all are. There will of course be ups and downs. [Smile] Corona time fellas, have a great evening.

Investor, haven't heard much from you since the days of NDOL. What are your latest picks besides WWEN (I assume). I agree completely with your comment, I work for an aerospace company and it took over a year to build a 50k sq. ft addition on the building. If this company does 1/2 of what it plans to do, then this will be well worth the wait. I'm still waiting for a response from the email I sent them, but my brother has already contacted the financial backers of WWEN and they confirmed they are doing business with them.

I talked to them as well Cassity. I've been buys doing deals such as these. I have an Internet company, as well as a brick and mortar coming on line in a few weeks. Super busy. I just read a few posts, and its as if traders don't understand how the world works. Things take time. You know that the M.M's walk a stock down over time so that they can buy it cheap, then run it up. It should just be common knowledge by now. Anyway, I am in PGPM/WWEN/RSHN/XSNX/PTSC. I think RSHN is merely good for the trade, as it is really low. All the others are amazing picks. I go a step further than the normal trader, I call management and get in there business. I call so much, that EDDIE from PGPM actually called me on my cell phone the other day to tell me the progress of the company. I was amazed at his drive. Sounds young, but eager. Anyway, follow your instinct. I waited on a stock one year before I saw a huge pop. I made over 200K on it because I was diligent. So many of you trade in and out loosing money. Be confident, and get some balls when trading. You know the M.M is shaking. I've said enough, most of this just comes with time, and experience. Good luck.

I full disclosure, PTSC is in court about there patent. I feel that they will win the case as they have signed with AMD, INTEL, HP, CASIO, NIKON as well as others. I don't remember them all. These are smart individuals at the helm, and I feel that they signed because they know they will win the case. Also, they have had this patent since the 80's. This is when DOS was king. If they loose the stock goes down 30%-40% initially. If they win, it's up 300%-500% over the days following. The risk reward is worth it.

Thanks Investor, I plan on holding this until it hits at least $1.00, I only have 100k shares right now, but plan to increase as soon as some other stocks pan out. I've reread the last company update several times and as soon as they file their first financials and continue with the AMEX app. this stock will see new highs. When they do begin production this will be an unbelievable stock. The filing of the financials is the first step though and will show the credibility of this company to do what they say their going to do. I had PGPM for awhile, but when the Gaviston report came out it made me really doubt the company, how can they be off by 985 mil. barrels? It bothered me big time. Good Luck to you as well Investor.

I have a little time right now, so I'll try not to butcher this, I was hoping to be able to write it all down, but he called me back while I was driving. I asked them if they had a time line on when they would go into full prod. and he said 2-3 yrs which was to be expected. I asked him about the coal plant nagotiations and he said it was coming along slowly, but this was not the only coal plant they are looking at, one was in Canada and the other was up state New York. The last thing we discussed was the best part. I asked him how the AMEX app. was going and made the comment that it would probably be a long process, but he corrected me (now I don't understand everything he was talking about, so you will have to excuse me)and said that the forms they filed would be complete by around July 15th and it takes 60 days from then to complete the AMEX app. He also stated (to my great suprise) that they are going to be on the Frankfurt exchange and I didn't even ask about that. We continued to talk about what was going on recently and this was when I got really confused, but he was saying something about the company they hired to take care of the current stock ran the price up and sold their shares. If anyone can clear that up for me I would apprieciate it. Anyways, I'm sorry this may be confusing, but someone with more knowledge then me is invited to call them.

Also, look at the float, and O/S on this guy. It is really fantastic. I've lightened up on almost every other stock during this period of "Bernanke Unrest" but this one and XSNX. I still like the others, but the low O/S of XSNX/WWEN, coupled with the HUGE potential make these no brainier. I am on 80% cash, but still have 300K of WWEN, and 100k of XSNX. The rest is cash, emerging debt, and corporate bonds. Also, quite a few options, forex market, and e-mines. I am not a pumper, I just like to open peoples eyes to a good thing. I have been in the game longer then most, and this is the long term hold you want in the Portfolio. Good luck ladies.

I would like the pps to stay low for a little while longer so I can free up some cash from other stocks I'm sitting on and get another 50k, but either way I'm ready to go.

Doesn't the PPS have to be at a minimum of a $1 (or 3) to be able to enter AMEX?

How are they going to do that within 60 days if the production starts in 2-3 years?

Your on the ball Cassity. Diligence pays off. You are obviously one of the smarter ones, seeing how you are contacting management. I am one of the only people I know that wants to see who is running the ship before I buy. I will obviously buy something for the trade without contacting, but that’s a quick flip. Some of these traders don't understand that a select few of these are actually good investments, with enough research. Corona time Cassity, have a good night.

A couple of pages back I posted a link that shows the requirements of the AMEX. There is one way that doesn't require $3 min. Also it states that there are many exceptions to those rules. If you look at NXG, they trade on the AMEX and their pps just reached $3 a share recently. Just my 2 cents. I wish I would have asked them that today, it was something I was curious about, but forgot, to much stuff going on.

I think if the earnings are above 50 million it can be anywhere. Take LIV for example. Alright, now its Corona time. Good luck Ladies [Smile]

I've been watching this too. I owned some at one point and sold it for a loss.

I'm debating re-entering and going long.

Things that worry me:

1. What are their financials? How are they paying bills?

2. 2.17B US is a nice number, but it is what it is, just a number without actual hard contracts.

3. I cant verify a whole lot of what they say. Why? They maybe doing what they say, but there are little details.

5. There is little info about the plants. How are they going to be build them, when, how much will it cost? Seems like a large scale project.

6. What is that blue thing on their website?

7. Not sure where the support is. Seems to be settling down at 0.04.

I know I sound negative, but got burned before.

Hey Birkoff, I'm also down at this point, I think when they post the finacials it will be a huge step in the process. We have no idea what kind of money is behind this. This is speculation, but when the owner of the company I work for wanted money to start his company, they received government funds to begin. Being a source of energy they may qualify for something like that, but I may also be talking out my a**. There are some questions we might have to wait to find out about. I hope everything works out to benifit us all.
