It's okay, this stock is still being overlooked by many, so the posts aren't as abundant as they could be. Should be exciting in the coming months as new facilities are built!

Surprised this isn't getting attention, but agree, things are looking very good for this company. Easily a dollar or more stock if they buy this plant/or finish building the full scale one!

W2 Energy Inc. is Pleased to Provide a Corporate Update

NEW YORK, May 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Mr. Michael McLaren reports:

Operations

The company for the better part of last year was completing its restructuring plan to provide a strong platform for growth. During this time the corporate officers were busily building strategic alliances and partnerships that would be the foundation of our company becoming a multinational corporation.

We have built several solid relationships with other multinational companies such as Aker Kvaerner http://www.akerkvaerner.com who will provide their vast engineering experience to construct our biomass to diesel/electricity plants. As we continue down the path of bringing to commercialization this unparalleled technology we continue to receive letters of request for production quantities as well as government officials appealing for plants to be commissioned in their area.

Technologies

W2 Energy Inc. continues to expand the plasma reactor capabilities and has begun to experiment with the chemical decomposition of waste plastic utilizing the technologies. We feel this multi-billion dollar market was largely being ignored. Although certain papers were written regarding the gasification of these materials, the cost involved largely overrode the desire for companies and governments to adopt a strategy like this.

The W2 Energy reactor is capable of high temperature chemical decomposition of the products and is able to break the plastics down into usable components regardless of their chemical composition both efficiently and cost effectively. Thus we are able to recoup most of the usable products within the plastics and reform them into other products such as fuel and other carbon based products.

About W2 Energy Inc.

W2 Energy Inc. is a growing, publicly traded company that develops renewable energy technologies and applies it to new generation power systems. Specifically, W2 Energy Inc.'s biomass to energy plants utilize state of the art technologies to produce green energy both fuel (sulfur free diesel) and electricity at the most efficient cost in capital investment and production per/barrel, per/Megawatt.

The W2 Energy GAT reactor breaks down biomass or coal using the chemical energy stored in the biomass itself; the plasma acts as a high temperature catalyst. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input. Since our unique process works in this manor most if not at all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral even using coal or peat as base fuel.

These risks and uncertainties include, among other things, energy market volatility, product demand, market competition, and risk inherent to the company's research and development operations.

Kvaerner is one of the biggest epc companys in the US and abroad. If they are partnered with them to engineer and construct their plants this is the real deal. It would be like partnering with KBR or Jacobs. TMAN...

One of these relationships happens to be Aker Kvaerner (www.akerkvaerner.com), who will provide their engineering experience to construct W2’s biomass to diesel/electricity plants. anyone have an idea about how long it would take to file for the AMEX and what that'll mean for the pps?

The pps would fly, but it will take some time. Amex has a lot of listing requirements that I don't think WWEN qualifies for. Not yet, at least. I'm hopeful though. Looking for more news on this coal plant, and it will take off.

this one might be a long hold. at least it will take quite a while. or maybe the company will do some astonishing work to suprise the whole market. as said by Baxt06, there are too many requirements to be listed in Amex. Not mentioning the regualr financial report, just two years earning will bother it for a long time. it is an issue. but it is also of a lot potential.

BIG buys have come in today....560,000 shares purchases at .20 and another one for 250,000 shares at .20....We have also had a few 100K pruchases as well. A typical day is a few purchases of 10K shares and now we are seeing in excess of 500K. I wonder if something big is about to happen.

It surprised me to come back from lunch and see the jump in volume. It looked like accumulation to me, but I wanted to verify. Thanks!

I'm amazed that this stock has been able to hold this level, especially given the fact that the rest of the market is bleeding so badly. We have a good group of longs and seem to have found a pretty good base between .19-.20.

Some really good news, and this baby could run!

unusually high volume, Some folks here follow that trend. Sometimes it precludes a sizable runup. RSHN, USXP, and a few others have done well when their average volume spikes. Sometimes it takes a few days sometimes weeks. TMAN...

Hey Bin

I know its frustrating when we are currently at .19 and you bought in at .39 but you can see that this penny is the real thing. We are not going to move on any of these HYPE Prs but when we get an update on the production of the current plant or the aquisition of the Coal plant then you will see this thing FLY. I want to pick up some moore shares and I was going to at 17.5 but the PR came out and I decided to wait for it to settle one more time. I will be looking for Monday to pick up some more...I just keep picking up shares left and right.

just donot know why the PPS didnot fly up. the company got so many orders requests. it has been bouncing up and down around 0.20 level for quite a while. sometimes, it even slided down a little. so strange.

The problem is that they are only "orders." The company doesn't have a manufacturing facility as of yet to produce. They are just lining up the orders until they can get a facility up and running. Until that happens, people are simply going to wait on the sideline.

it seems like the company already started working its plant construction, or buying a coal plant to convert it to the bio-energy plant. anyone has the idea how long it will take?

It seems like it would be quicker to convert a an already existing plant than to build a brand new one. The most recent news was they made an offer to buy a coal plant for this purpose. My guess is that we should be hearing news on that front soon.

They are currently building a pilot plant, but that is only a scaled down version of the full-size plants they intend to build in the future.

How long it will take is anyone's guess. It is going to take a little while to get things moving IMO. However, when they do, look out!

just check the PPS again. i am so in red this time. bought another order at 0.19. thought it would bounce up. however, it didnot do so. volume has been very low lately, even though with news out. i know this is a long term hold. but if things like production and marketing have no improvement, it will hit another fall. hate to see its happening.

Watching it tick up and down every minute isn't going to help you out. If you've done your dd and you think it's a good stock, stick with it. If not, do what you think is best.

The market in general is hurting right now, people are taking profits wherever they have them protecting themselves. Going to be a lot of volatility in all of these pennies.
