Under the terms of the agreement, WECTAC has issued 14 million Restricted Common Shares and 12 Million Warrants at $.10 per share to RMD Entertainment in consideration for the 5 year license. RMD's management will be delivering 10 million of these restricted shares to its shareholders in the form of a special dividend. The special dividend has been finalized and will be payable to RMDG shareholders of record as of May 20th, 2006.

IMO this could go either way tomorrow...watching the past performance, this runs one day, then down the next. However, divi gets paid to shareholders of record on 5/20/2006, so tomorrow would be the last day to get in to qualify for the divi. So, it could possibly run based solely on everyone getting in on that. I hope for everyone that it runs. I was in and out today, may do the same tomorrow. GL!

Chuck D is planning on launching a new hip hop cable network that will be aimed at the 18-34 demographic. The Real Hip Hop Network or (RHN) is expected to launch this year with a major cable operator. The venture will be backed by sponsors, CNN co-founder Reese Schonfeld, former Viacom executive David Houle and website Pseudo.com. The network plans to compete with MTV and BET.
