12,147,400 - volume in the last 5 minutes of the day. average share price in this time. .001305

That is 4 % of the days volume in 5 minutes.

Not sure why I did this calculations, just for my own curiosity I guess.

Enjoy!

I just took a look at the company website, and read some older press releases.

These guys really have a good plan going for marketing to a niche market, and seem to be only adding to their value with each new idea they have.

I recommend reading the PR called "Letter to the Shareholders" from April if you have not done so already. It lays out exactly what the company is doing and what they want to do. I wish more companies would be that straightforward.

The share dividend is only a potential bonus.

fantastic...I bought in when this thread first popped and the stock did nothing, dropped to .0006 after few days. so I sold took 50% loss to buy in other supposed big runners and they sucked, lost again trying to make up for this loss...
Now this thing decides to take off.
Just wonderful....I think I hate stocks now. rrrrgggg!!

I will not be in to see that dividend. Not because I don't want to, but because Scottrade screws up the dividend thing every time for me.
Dividends are always delivered to Scottrade a few days later than to other brokers. And by the time I get my dividends the PPS has fallen.
It bites but I'm not going to take that chance again.
Restricted shares means there will be restrictions on the date you can sell the shares right?

you have to be shareholder of record on dividend date. doesn't matter if you sell them after that, you will still get the dividend because you owned them on x date

OK, can anyone tell me exactly how high this will go and the exact time that it will happen? No? Damn, that would be useful information...
Seriously though, I am thinking about jumping in here, but am afraid to chase after a run(I've been killed doing that in the past). Can anyone tell me the reason you guys are still in?

im scared of this one Donny. It already burned me.
News was out when this thread 1st started and it went down and far. My mistake for not holding it for another 10days, but I got tired of being in it as other stocks went up.
Its been awhile since its hit these levels, though I think I had it back in Feb? when it hit a high of .003
Although, its had lots of decent PR's since then and it slowly went down. Also, not sure why it went up so much today, since the PR came out yesterday?
but, then I again, I have bad luck, so it should do well since I left it. lol

This is sort of the same sector as IPRE, so that is giving it some attention. Also, the company has a solid plan of marketing products to a specific market (14-24) with a lot of disposable income.

Entering a market like India creates an interesting opportunity, which could potentially be big if it is done right.

They keep coming out with PR's that show they are advancing the business and not just spinning their tires.

I think the run tomorrow could be similar to IPRE's run today. The stock started running when the big seller, CLYP, moved off the ask. The demand outweighed the supply and it started taking off.

A PR about the upcoming divy tomorrow would be very nice [Smile]

RSI does not reach 70% until .0021.
That is very encouraging for me. But I will be light on my feet with this one. If it gaps huge I am going to take profits right off the bat. I don't expect that. If it rises steadily up then I'll have to play it minute by minute.

RMD Entertainment to Begin Sales of DVD Magazine Project Through U.S. & International Retailers on July 4th, 2006
May 11, 2006 9:36:00 AM
Copyright Business Wire 2006
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 2006--

RMD Entertainment Group (Pink Sheets:RMDG) announced today that the Company's long-awaited and highly-anticipated DVD magazine project, The Bay Area Block Stars, will be released on July 4th, 2006, officially hitting shelves of 'bricks and mortar' retailers in both the U.S. and in Europe. RMD Management has chosen to initialize distribution efforts on the retailing complex, focusing on such household names as Target (NYSE:TGT), Circuit City Stores, Inc. (NYSE:CC) and Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE:WMT) as opposed to utilizing RMD's existing relationships with nearly 60 global digital distributors. U.S. Distribution will be handled along side longtime distribution pioneers, Bungalo Records and Universal Music Group, a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal (NYSE:V) and Video Distribution, while The Pickwick Group Ltd. of London will handle retail placement abroad.

Beyond instant 'off the shelf' profitability, RMD executives are working with the creative forces behind The Bay Area Block Stars to explore non-traditional ways for a project this unique to reach the ideal consumer -- like making it available on Sony's (NYSE:SNE) PSP(TM) gaming and media platform or as a bonus feature accompanying other RMD products. On the more traditional side, RMD executives are quick to point out the extremely profitable advertising space available within the magazine and the perfect fit with their upcoming mobile platform, MoTV(TM).

RMD CEO Giorgio Costonis commented: "We are ecstatic to be able to merge our technology, content and vision into a project as poised to generate multiple revenue streams as this DVD magazine. Not only do we expect it to be profitable off the shelves, but we have also been able to thoroughly capitalize on the sale of advertising inside the product as well. Once we take this model and make it available on our own MoTV platform, the opportunities for revenue grow geometrically."

About RMD Entertainment Group

RMD Entertainment (RMD) is a cutting-edge entertainment company that is primarily focused on the development and international marketing of 'hip-hop' music, including compact discs, digital downloads, and personal 'ring tones' for mobile phone customers, as well as other 'hip-hop' lifestyle products. The Company has also created MoTV, the ability to stream video content to mobile devices, including cell phones and PDA's. RMD has significant successes internationally and its staff producers have collaborated with some of the most influential names in the music today including Sting, David Byrne of the Talking Heads, George Kranz, Freedom Williams of C & C Music Factory, Stevie Winwood, Robin Scott, and jazz saxophone legend Bill Evans, among others. The Company currently possesses an impressive hip-hop catalogue, which it distributes exclusively through Bungalo Records and Universal Music Group in North America and in Europe through the Pickwick Group Ltd. of London.

RMD also owns Sciax Technology, Inc. and Sciax America Inc., companies that develop and market defense imaging systems for law enforcement and military personnel engaged in counter-terrorism and other special security operations. Wolf Pack, the company's tactical remote viewing system, is manufactured under license from Eomax Corp. and is used by law enforcement and military organizations in North America and Europe. Customers include military and law enforcement agencies of the U.S. and German governments, contraband interdiction units of Canada Customs, and LAPD-SWAT.

I am hoping for .002 today.
Sounds like the bid is pretty solid at .0014, but ask has dropped to .0015
