Man, it just hurts to see people who didn't sell this stock when thye could of, another down 14%. This is downhill from here. I might and just MIGHT buy back for a quick 20% bounce when it hits 0.001 than I am out of this until it hits 0.0001 again.

PHILADELPHIA, Jun 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RMD Entertainment Group (Pink Sheets:RMDG) executives announced early today that an aggressive national radio promotion campaign would begin next week to promote the debut single of their flagship artist Roc Monee. His single "Overdrive" will be serviced to all major hip-hop radio stations around the country with a heavy emphasis on traditional terrestrial giants like Clear Channel (CCU, Trade ) and satellite pioneers like Sirius Radio (SIRI, Trade ) and XM Radio (XMSR, Trade ). A promotional campaign like this is used to create demand for Roc Monee's album by large retail outlets like Target and Best Buy. Bungalo Records (exclusively distributed by Universal Music and Video Distribution) will service the U.S. retailers directly on behalf of RMD. The precise in-store date for the album's release is determined with the retail outlets' input based on predicted sales - it is expected to hit shelves sometime this summer. RMDG will also release the album in digital and ringtone formats through their 58 digital distributor list including familiar names such as iTunes, Sony Connect, Jamster, and more.
Industry veteran and President of Special Projects for RMDG Frederick Rollins, has strategically assembled project promotion teams in key U.S. cities. Rollins said, "This is an exciting time for all of us. Each album we do takes a lot of intense preparation before we present it to our customers through radio and retail outlets. Our feeling is that Roc delivered an album that is truly special and we think it will be well received by the public."
Giorgio Costonis, CEO of RMDG added a different perspective, "When you crunch the numbers and look at what we consider to be a successful release - everything is relevant financially. RMDG has been very careful with respect to keeping our overhead requirements low since I have been a part of this project. Therefore, if we receive roughly $9.00 per unit sold and Roc sells 150,000 units we could earn approximately 1.4 million on this project alone. Gold sales (500,000) and Platinum sales (1,000,000) would be outstanding, but a solid debut from Roc could make us profitable for the first time in company history. I feel confident that this goal is within reach. My primary focus is to bring in revenue from all of our subsidiaries to increase our bottom line and grow this company accordingly."

RMDG screwed the pooch...this stock had plenty of room still to run and they decided to dilute at a pretty crappy price...if they would have waited a few weeks they could be selling at .005's
