I'm not speculating any pr... the company they just aquired cobs home llc... had 5 mill in revenue last year and from what I'm hearing, is planning on having more this year... I'm not saying the pr will come this week, but the revenue is there... I'm holding till the next quarterly report... this one is going to kick ass guys... lets look at the math...
1. Millions of dollars in real estate aquisition...
2. 5 million in revenue from newly aquired company...
3. REAL ESTATE...
I bought a real estate stock a few years back... symbol is BLMC... last year they issued a $8 a share annual divi... at the price I bought it at that was nearly %30... real estate companies have little overhead, sometimes if any... the long and strongs get rewarded greatly in the end... and the day traders are left pissing their pants...
Real estate is not oil, and it isn't gold... it's real estate and its value has always been steady over time...
This stock has little o/s for its price... they are staring to build and sell 400 homes... who takes the profit... in real estate stock it's always the shareholders... I know it isn't glamorous but it's money...

Im in the same position as you gatorboy....but look at the charts...you dont get much better than that. But the thing that scares me is the average volume for the last year....Nothing. Most of the volume of this year was a giant sell off. People have been accumulating this for a while. We need to have some good PR for this to get some volume.

Looking much better this morning. Hold this one a week or two and it will have a break out IMO.

I sold for a loss. And then put that money into something that's actively going up. And made back the loss. I think that's why a person would sell for a loss. JMO.
I may get back in if this dips again, though. It can make nice runs.

Dips to what edgewise...look at the charts man, this this is at one of the lowest points its ever been. If this thing runs back to its previous low, .40 cents we'll all double our money....If it hits its high, around a dollar....well Im going to buy myself a new car.

that's what i told myself around .25. but then i started to think that there must be a certain reason the price fell so sharply. i was in long enough to qualify for the divy, so that's cool. but i don't know. this is just my opinion, for whatever it's worth. the thing could take off tomorrow for all i know. it wouldn't be the first time i sell for a loss and then the stock skyrockets. lol.
i'd rather just wait till it looks like it's starting to turn around before jumping back in.

Let the oil run! All my other investments are in oil. But this definately needs to move. The movement in this chart is a perfect example of a bull pullback.

last day to qualify for the div was to own the stock at the end of day the 21st of april. you must own the stock at close the previous day of the exdate....record date means nothing to shareholders
