An $8 million position for Cal-Bay looks to mature as one of the largest home builders closes escrow on a West Palm Beach, Florida property. First mortgage position was occupied by Cal-Bay.
Cal-Bay purchased the first mortgage position in late 2005, being aware of the contract with National Home Builder and Developer in regards to the 289 acre parcel of land in West Palm Beach, Florida. The distributions of funds are expected to be in the region of $8 million after fees and costs. The investors that had assisted in the capitalization of the project will see a return of almost $2 million, including interest. The proceeds will net the
company about $6 million in all. The funds are to be used specifically for the development of existing properties and the acquisition of additional properties for the company.

A leading edge in real estate acquisition, Cal-Bay International acquires, develops and manages a vast portfolio of diversified commercial, industrial and residential properties in high growth areas. The company’s current portfolio includes $22.5 million in properties and an equity position of more than $12 million. Each property is put through a due diligence test before it may be acquired by Cal-Bay.

short have hit the road on this stock

Looking forward to tomorrow for this one!

I've got 1600 shares.. seems so small when i compare it to the hundreds of thousands I have of my other stocks.

But whatever, it still stands to give me a pleasant gain.
.50 by the end of the week really seems realistic to me.
Any other thoughts?

Posted by adlai on :

edge... 1600 is cool man... when I started it was anything I could get my hands on... you know what I mean?...

.50 is realistic, if you're long you won't regret it... did you read the sec filing that was released today... our shares are worth well over .50, just give it time...

Also, this is a fairly new business (I think just over a year as Cal Bay) and they've aquired some awesome property... my family owns 3 real estate offices in my area and I'm telling you, I know real estate... this stock is going to be huge...

edge... just work on aquiring more shares, you won't regret it man...

Adlai_

Yea, I'm tied up with a big holding over in RSHN, which is good, cuz I think it's still got plenty to keep goin on back up again.

After my other stocks make their decent runs, this one looks like a good longer-term-play.
The news sounds huge.
And I don't know much about real estate, except that I'm from South Florida, and I know that the West Palm area is really high growth, so I liked seeing that in there, plus California's a huge market no matter what.

All the good stuff this company has going for it, along with the massive pull-down the other day really tells me that this thing has some good pps raises in its near future.

I mean, this thing was .59 less than 2 weeks ago, and it's had good news. Looks to me like an MM play to pull it down to bring it back up for a real hefty profit.

Glad to be here!

Anybody know what's the float on this one?

Posted by adlai on :

That sec filing was for a period that ended Dec.31, 2005... have you been reading the PR's for the past two months?... Last year was their first real year in real estate, and trust me, it's never good...

Read the news on the recent 8 mill maturity... you don't buy a stock for the way it has looked, you buy it for the potential it holds in the near future... real estate is always cash money... and quite frankly it's always red at the start...

And the fact that they are looking to open a real estate office... huge... you can't grow if you're begging for cash...

Bottom line... you're looking at a penny stock... 3 and a half months is a long time... i read that statement myself and shrugged it off... that's the business of real estate...

Donald Trump once passed a bum and mentioned that he, the bum, had 8 million dollars more money than trump had, making the bum the richer man... Trump was in 8 million dollars of debt at the time... I'm not sure that's really an issue now...

KublaKhan... i said the same thing about RSHN in the begginning, did you know that in 2002 their beverage was discontinued to merchants?... not anymore...

glty... I hope you don't miss out on this opportunity Kubla...

Here are my thoughts.

Cash divies on the OTC are extremely rare.

Those of you who have suffered huge losses in other stocks know the weakness of the OTC.

If a co has no cash, it can and will be shorted. This is the brutal world we live in.

CBAY has proved to all mms that they have money. The divy cash is already paid. More divys will come.

It seems to be the only way to get the shorts to move away.

Contrast LFWK which is fighting the shorts but has not paid a divy with PTSC that has paid more than 1 divy.

Holding 6k shares

I'm excited about this one... more excited than I was about RSHN or NDOL in the penny playing field...

CBAY's hot...

A note... Keep in mind that the sec report released today does not... I repeat... does not reflect anything that has taken place the entire 2006 year...

Hey Adlai, you still in NDOL?

Posted by adlai on :

There's more than 1.5 mill shares out... look back at some previous posts... it still is WAY undervalued however...

This week is a result of shorts leaving... you still have plenty of people getting into CBAY, but plenty of shorts draggin it down... we're seeing above average volume this week...

I truly believe this is one of the best buys in the market... and I was promoting it before I bought shares... kind of dumb, but proof I'm not just some a**hole pumper...

This won't be a pump and dump, I have played way too many real estate stocks... and this is at the top of my list as far as gainers...

Good luck guys, and don't be upset about the prices this week, just worry about how you are going to buy more and more shares... I'll be doing it all week if the price stays like this...

Be glad you won't be a chaser and buy at the top... bottom play always makes bank...

Adlai_

Posted by adlai on :

cassity... I have to be honest... put in my order to sell all my shares of NDOL this morning and glad I did... might buy some before May 1st though...

Put most of it into CBAY... I just really think this is the better play... put the remainder in BLMC... not a penny but I have been investing in it for so long it's like my little savings account (BLMC has a 20% return in divs alone)... another real estate related stock I might add...

I still think NDOL is a good play but I was happy with my 100% gainer... always my short term goal...

Hope I didn't let you down cassity... glty...

Adlai_
ps... Cassity, you in CBAY yet?

I've been checking it out, but everything still tied up in NDOL!

Posted by cassity on :

Adlai, by the way what do you think is fair price for CBAY's future. Do you think this is a Long play.

Posted by adlai on :

I'm expecting a 400% minimum return... that's not to say I won't sell before that and ride on some free shares... I just really think this will be above a dollar before we know it... look at the chart... it was at a dollar just not too long ago, with news not near as good as we have heard in the past few weeks... the stock has been in this state before and it reached the dollar mark... it'll happen again easy... plus my 14% annual div... it's a beautiful thing, and a hell of a play...

and that's what I'm countin' on... Adlai_

Cassity... LSMJ... looks interesting... I would definitely stay away from companies that that can't be contacted however... looks kind of iffy to me... If you know something I don't know let me know... but at this stage I think you're better off buying hundreds of dollars worth of lotto tickets lmao... in my honest opinion stay away from it... and i'm not saying that so you'll buy some CBAY [Smile] ... glty, let me know if you turn to the cbay side...

I always do cassity... the purpose of me posting is to gain knowlege from other investors and in turn provide an insight of my own, not to pump and dump...

I still think it would be genious of us all to do nothing but group plays... we would be so fuggin' rich...

My handicap varies throughout the year... I might give you a run for your money though... next time I'm in Utah I'll look you up... I'll just look for Cassity in the phone book lmao...

OK I have a question. I'm not trying to scare anyone but I found this DEF 14C on the company's web page the effective date is 11 Jan 2006. I don't see any past R/S this year on my chart. Did this actually occur?

This Information Statement is being furnished to stockholders of Cal Bay

corporate action taken without a meeting by written consent of a majority of
stockholders to amend the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company to
reclassify its share structure as follows:

A. Reclassification of shares:

I think that rs did take place early this year... I'm in a meeting right now so ill get some for sure numbers on that... quite frankly that rs did this co. a lot of good and increased the value of our shares.... the .01 is a quarter div... I multiplied that by 4... this company is going to release a bigger div next quarter... I would almost guarantee it... adlai

PTSC

The fist div was only .02

pps went up like 10X do to short covering

I agree that the R/S would do this company good, by reducing the OS I just don't want to buy before an R/S happens. If it already happened then I would be in.

It would appear as if I have the 'golden touch' for buying losers.
Even the winners that I do get, I sell for losses before they run.

I dunno what to do with this one.
I thought this one had a reasonable floor to bounce off of.
But we'll see.

some good days better be coming up to make up for my bad recent record.

Wishful thinking.
And the fact that I know that if I were to sell now for a loss, this thing would run soon after.
So it's just a matter of a short time-span that this thing will leave these price in the dust.

I mean, I still don't see a reason for the rapid fall-out of the price from where it was at .50, so I don't see it hanging out down here much longer.
At least, that's how I see it.
I could be very wrong, of course.
Either way, I'm learning patience here day by day.

Okay... another meeting today so I couldn't post much... did manage to get in a few more cheap shares today so I'm fairly happy...

I'm not concerned at all with the price today and this stock is nowhere close to being a loser... I never pick a loser...

People who are waiting for the run are just missing out... Me, I'm planning on holding on because I want in on the div... by that time it'll just be like a little extra spending money on top of what I'll have already made by that point...

We'll see,.

Yeah I guess what you are saying is that its pretty near the bottom, and so no reason to sell.
Could go up at any time in the comming week/weeks with good PR.
I give it a soft buy and hold pattern. Nothing too big an investment.
But look for any volume/spike.
I'll try to go in soon, as cash becomes avaliable.

Yea, I'm just holding this one for now. I strongly believe it should bounce nicely in the future.
But, no big investment in it.
If you want, check out FNIX. It might have a nice bounce coming up as well. But, it'll probably raise a couple of your 'red flags'. Regardless, I'm looking for a nice run on it.

I believe in cbay so strong for the reasons you just listed and more... good chart, good company...

Others...

Penny with a cash div... means they have one thing most penny companies don't... cash...

New real estate company and they performed extremely well their first year, this is just the beginning...

Recent pr's will promote stonger investors...
And the pr's are all about numbers and in my opinion kick ass...

This company is opening a real estate diviion office in May and on top of what they hold this will bring in additional revenue for the business..

Nothing but good news for CBAY... the price is fantastic...

Just waiting for it to bounce... give it just a little longer... and don't sell because it isn't moving right away... patience...

glty... Adlai_

I hope I covered enough there...

Not the most positive stock these past few days, but the way the red candles are curling and accellerating their downward direction make me think it's getting ready for a real bounce soon.

Plus, volume's been picking up some.

Friday would be a good day for a nice bounce back to .40, at least.

That's a stock I'm just keepin in my back pocket till it bursts up to .025, which I really do believe will happen within 2 weeks.
Green's still green, either way.

As for this one, I'm gonna hold it till around .50, hopefully.
I mean, the RSI is 21.15. I'm pretty sure that's a good sign for a turnaround here.

This stock is very bullish... all you chickens that sold out today will soon regret...

Cool.
My check for 16 bucks should clear the commissions I spend on this. That's nice.

I'm still holding, waiting for the big day to come that this thing works its magic.

Adlai.. do you have any good theories as to why this thing dropped so much back on the 10th and 11th? It was right after the dividend announcement, so I would think that that would bring the pps up because of the high demand...

But at the same time, I'm thinking (actually hoping) that what happened was an MM pull-down, knowing that if they bring the pps way down, they could get a ton more shares (since they're cheaper) before the ex-divy date, and then after today, since they're all loaded up now and will be getting the divy, they'll bring the pps right back up and make a good profit from it that way as well.

What do you think?

Posted by adlai on :

this is mm manipulation without a fuggin doubt edge... sometimes you just have to play their game and pick up the cheaper shares if it drops.... adlai

Posted by renrob05 on :

Not saying it is...but could it be dilution?

Posted by SuperSniper00 on :

why would you dilute and give out cash dividends?

they would dilute and sell after the price goes up 10 fold

either way it better go up soon because im sitting on 9500 shares

Posted by renrob05 on :

give the dividend to get rid of shares...but i don't think it's that...i think it is MM manipulation...it's on the SHO list for awhile now, so that means the MM will drive it down,

I like it, gonna buy a position tomorrow possibly

Posted by 7 of 9 on :

i agree with mm manipulation

they do not always roll over and give up.

shorts may be planning to actually pay the dividend, and then short cbay more to get the cash back.

who really knows.

I said it a while back... I planned on a 400% return... I don't take losses and I don't give up on any stock that has a few down days...

Read the chart, do your dd... this stock will climb and climb in the comming weeks... wait till the div news is finished and out of the way so that we can see what this new real estate stock is going to offer us in the next quarter...

Revenue and bigger divs to come... I'll guarantee it...

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2006--The Board of Directors of Carlsbad, CA-based Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY - News) today announced the Company signed a Letter of Intent for the purchase of California-based COBS Homes, a premier online homebuilder support services company.

Cal-Bay International's President Roger Pawson announced the news after the Board of Directors confirmed the company had entered into an LOI for the purchase of COBS as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cal-Bay.

The company has developed an A B C program to help with finance, real estate, and construction decisions. COBS provides services to help you with construction loans, home plans, building lots, building materials, construction budgeting, and the entire process of building a home. Cal-Bay's President further added upon successful completion of the acquisition COBS would relocate to Cal-Bay Corporate Offices in Carlsbad, California, bringing the total number of employees at the corporate location to 40 people.

Pawson further commented, "We are delighted to have the opportunity to expand the horizons for both companies by way of the acquisition, many joint venture projects are available within the internal operations of the companies, and Cal-Bay will make available the resources to the COBS subsidiary to expand their operations and marketing needs to further grow the company, resulting in maximized market awareness, expanded corporate sponsorship, increased revenues and profitability. The combined revenues for Cal-Bay and COBS, based upon Cal-Bay's current Property Portfolio and COBS' current revenues, will equate to almost $10M per year."

The final terms of the acquisition will remain confidential at this time due to the terms of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement). The anticipated closing date for the companies is expected to be no later than May 15, 2006.

all the other boards that are overly active over the weekend are teeming with people that can't wait till the market opens and they're itching in their chairs for their runs.
plus, there's a ton more followers of the other stocks since they've already been running, so there's a lot more love on those.

but i don't mind the quiet here for now... it'll be fun to see all the people come flooding to this late once we're makin' our big runs.

give it time.. this thing will be the top post of the board once people start to realize its potential.

Hi everyone.
A very new member on allstocks. Just gambling with a portion of my portfolio on otcbb s and pinks.
Looking at cbay. I am wondering what in the charts looks good. Seems on my charting the indicators look pretty flat and the volume is up on negative days. What indicators are you using?
I have seen charts on here but do not know how to post them as yet.

Posted by adlai on :

i never use those chart indicators... cbay is paying a div and in the pink world it's easy for mm's to keep price down to pick up shares... this stock is worth way above recent prices... notice there's no imo behind that... it's just the facts... riding on over 15,000 shares at this point, tried to pick up more on fri but had too much money tied up else where... glty...

jst trying to help, but i can feel something is not right.

where is all the dumping coming from.

OS = 2m

Cash divy

and down it goes

there is something here we dont know.

maybe cbay has diluted vast shares to make that "purchase". maybe the seller is already selling their shares.

maybe there is toxic financing not yet reported

just thots.

GREEN! Hold on for a couple weeks... I might hang on to most of my shares for the next divi release, although I wouldn't expect everyone to hang on that long...

Won't surprise me if it hits .40 within the week... might be shooting the moon, but its got potential to get there...

I'll be surprised however if we see a single red day all week... make that two weeks... that's a strong statement but the shareholders in at this point won't sell until the next earnings release imho...

take it for what it's worth...

do your dd guys... glty

Trading at 26 cents on higher then normal volume. This is the third day in the green. Looks like a major break out could be just strating. Remember this stock was over $1.00 just 50 days ago, and fell on no news really.

Great chance at a 4 bagger, maybe more. Time to load up.

don't freak guys... your divs were recorded today and it looks like the shorts are gone... i'm still expecting to be .40 by end of week...

so 7 of 9... don't call the skunk patrol yet... jesus, I think NDOL finished more in the red than we did... wait till end of week to freak...
markets all together have been down...

not for me [Wink]

Posted by Ja Rule on :

Lots of red flags on this....I got out. Not bashing, but here are direct quotes that don't jive to me.

From PR..."The Board of Directors of San Diego-based Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY - News) today announced a quarterly cash dividend payment for the quarter ended December 31st, 2005 of $.01 per share.....We are delighted to share the success of our company with our shareholders"

From 10K..."Cal Bay generated $5,785 in revenues for the year ended December 31, 2005"

From 10K..."The company believes that in order to maintain its current real estate holdings and to close escrow on the properties currently in escrow, the Company must raise additional capital. The Company has no current plan in place to raise additional capital. The Company may sell additional stock..."

So, to summarize, the company needs money, didn't make any last year, but is giving it away for the great 4th quarter it had last year (in which revenues were less than $6k).

thought some would like to know....gl

Posted by adlai on :

Ja Rule...

1. Those 'revenues' are only from the lease they have on one of their buildings... that does not include their real estate positions... I'm glad they had any revenues for their FIRST YEAR... most companies in their business are upside down for years, and have absolutley NO revenues.

2. The end of DEC. 2005 was scary... to raise additional capital they have done two things this year: 1) Aquire COBS homes llc which reported 5 mill in revenue 2) at the start of may are opening a real estate office... coming from a family that owns three, we have been very successful to say the least...

3. I'm not sure why the cash div didn't jive with you... cash always jive...

The recent prs are their plan to increase rev... don't run away pissing your pants ladies...

FIRST YEAR?

Again from 10K

Cal Bay generated $5,785 in revenues for the year ended December 31, 2005 compared to $185,794 in revenues for the year ended December 31, 2004

Posted by adlai on :

Ja Rule... do some research, read the 10k that was released 3/30/2005... what did they do at that time?... doesn't look like real estate to me...

do some real research and then come back and tell me what you think...

"In January of 2005 we underwent a reorganization with the focus towards real estate acquisitions, management and development."

Posted by BeginnersLuck on :

When will that be comming out?

Posted by iamsparticus on :

Lets not start the speculation PR crap on this board too please.

Posted by adlai on :

I'm not speculating any pr... the company they just aquired cobs home llc... had 5 mill in revenue last year and from what I'm hearing, is planning on having more this year... I'm not saying the pr will come this week, but the revenue is there... I'm holding till the next quarterly report... this one is going to kick ass guys... lets look at the math...

1. Millions of dollars in real estate aquisition...

2. 5 million in revenue from newly aquired company...

3. REAL ESTATE...

I bought a real estate stock a few years back... symbol is BLMC... last year they issued a $8 a share annual divi... at the price I bought it at that was nearly %30... real estate companies have little overhead, sometimes if any... the long and strongs get rewarded greatly in the end... and the day traders are left pissing their pants...

Real estate is not oil, and it isn't gold... it's real estate and its value has always been steady over time...

This stock has little o/s for its price... they are staring to build and sell 400 homes... who takes the profit... in real estate stock it's always the shareholders... I know it isn't glamorous but it's money...

guys gotta convince me more not to sell... i got in at .23 and i am getting sketched out abt this one.... why the drop today with such low volume?

Posted by adlai on :

why would you sell for a loss... Never sell for a loss... what goes down, always comes up...

Hang on to your pants and wait for more revenue news... it'll come... mms are picking up shares like crazy, don't freak... give her another week... if you aren't seeing green dump...

Im in the same position as you gatorboy....but look at the charts...you dont get much better than that. But the thing that scares me is the average volume for the last year....Nothing. Most of the volume of this year was a giant sell off. People have been accumulating this for a while. We need to have some good PR for this to get some volume.

Looking much better this morning. Hold this one a week or two and it will have a break out IMO.

I sold for a loss.
And then put that money into something that's actively going up.
And made back the loss.
I think that's why a person would sell for a loss.
JMO.

I may get back in if this dips again, though.
It can make nice runs.

Dips to what edgewise...look at the charts man, this this is at one of the lowest points its ever been. If this thing runs back to its previous low, .40 cents we'll all double our money....If it hits its high, around a dollar....well Im going to buy myself a new car.

that's what i told myself around .25.
but then i started to think that there must be a certain reason the price fell so sharply.
i was in long enough to qualify for the divy, so that's cool.
but i don't know. this is just my opinion, for whatever it's worth.
the thing could take off tomorrow for all i know. it wouldn't be the first time i sell for a loss and then the stock skyrockets. lol.

i'd rather just wait till it looks like it's starting to turn around before jumping back in.

yea, i got out with my money.. shoulda taken the $200 profit when i had the chance... its okay tho... i think i qualify for the divy

It just doesn't have any volume

Posted by DmnCndn17 on :

Yeah, i think ill be holding this for a while....I entered in too large of a position to back off.

the chart looks promising, it just needs to become recognized. the oil sector is sucking up everyone's investments, now its our turn!

Posted by DmnCndn17 on :

Let the oil run! All my other investments are in oil. But this definately needs to move. The movement in this chart is a perfect example of a bull pullback.

Back to 22 cents Up 15% on the day. Volume looking healthier then yesterday as well.

The low volume was really bothering me, but it looks to be on the up and up.

a 21% yeild on the dividend isn't too shabby either

Posted by DmnCndn17 on :

when did you have to get in in order to receive the dividend?

Posted by Mambo7 on :

payable to shareholders of record as of April 25th, 2006. The dividend will be paid on or before May 25th, 2006.

Posted by SuperSniper00 on :

last day to qualify for the div was to own the stock at the end of day the 21st of april. you must own the stock at close the previous day of the exdate....record date means nothing to shareholders

thanks Sniper.

how do dividends get paid out, will i receive a checkt to my house or does my broker get it nad just put it in my account?

Posted by adlai on :

I've always just recieved checks in the mail...
anyone else...

And don't be too concerned with volume... that won't be the deciding factor in the end... it's all abot div's and revenue in real estate stock... I've seen real estate stocks run up with no volume and great news...

What do you think sparked the housing boom? Low interest rates

What do you think squashed the housing boom? The fed raising interest rates

Posted by adlai on :

ss... the first increase in rates this year and we saw a 25% increase in the new housing market in January... I'm telling you... the real estate market is NOT in a slump... and that's looking at it from three completely different directions... lending, real estate broker, and trader...

Gatorboy, any particular reason why? We are doji'ing up right now. Tomorrow i can see this running back up a little. But we need some good news. I looked back on the chart and compaired it to news received recently. The news was all great and there should be no reason this stock is not going through the roof. I think there was just a big selloff scare and so far we are lacking the volume to bounce back. Other than that this is a great company whose average stock price is around .50 cents a share. This is definately a money doubler. Just wait for the next PR.

Cal-Bay International, Inc. to Acquire California-Based COBS Homes LLC
Friday April 21, 10:16 am ET

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2006--The Board of Directors of Carlsbad, CA-based Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY - News) today announced the Company signed a Letter of Intent for the purchase of California-based COBS Homes, a premier online homebuilder support services company.

Cal-Bay International's President Roger Pawson announced the news after the Board of Directors confirmed the company had entered into an LOI for the purchase of COBS as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cal-Bay.

COBS (Complete Owner-Builder Services) was founded to help people through the process of building their own homes. The company has developed an A B C program to help with finance, real estate, and construction decisions. COBS provides services to help you with construction loans, home plans, building lots, building materials, construction budgeting, and the entire process of building a home. COBS was founded by President Rob Mackle in 2000 and has had consistent growth and success in the online Owner-Builder Services arena. COBS' annual revenues are currently in excess of $5M per year and through the Cal-Bay alliance COBS has plans for major growth and expansion. COBS has business partnerships with several major nationwide hardware chains; COBS' revenues for 2004/2005 are reported to be in the region of $5M per year. COBS has assisted with the building of over 6,000 homes since inception. www.cobshomes.com

When they start to sell off some of these properties they are building right now there will be a serious rise in the stock. That may be a while though.

This won't take long... we've been holding for what, two weeks now, a month might be considered a long time, two weeks, not so much...

We saw green today which is always better than red... I sent the company an email today, I'll let you know when I hear back...

In a few months when the next quarter financials come out... dollar at LEAST!... keep it on the watchlist while I'm keeping it on the hold list...

The final terms of the acquisition will remain confidential at this time due to the terms of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement). The anticipated closing date for the companies is expected to be no later than May 15, 2006.

!!!NO LATER THAN MAY 15, 2006!!!
CBAY stock should move north with additional 5mil/year revenue from COBS...

I have no intent on selling and I haven't posted much in the past week due to the fact that my grandfather has been in the hospital...

P Rowds... the next fed meeting is May 10th if I remember right, from everyhting I have read it doesn't look like rates are going to continue to climb...

Working in a bank, today alone I took 3 NEW customers looking to buy homes and every week it seems I have more and more customers...

My families business is booming and we are looking to open another office...

But aside from personal experiences... the housing market has been "expected" to take a hit since the feds first lowered rates... I hate to say it but this isn't so much a stock play as it is a real estate play...

It's like commodities... you buy kc wheat when you know there is a chance it is going to be raining in eastern kansas... you buy chicago wheat in anticipation it will be raining up north... not to mention the demand of the different types...

You buy this stock in anticipation that real esate will always be huge and the recent cobs home aquisiion will help to build cash flow in the company...

And P... I have heard a lot more hurtful bashing than that... you're okay to question...

Where does this sales pressure comes from ?
Made some close watch to last sessions, looks that some big buyers are ready but... still watching or so... Are MMs alone on this fall ? I have doubts, since they have their hands full for long - looks that nobody wants to accumulate at a same level... mmm Company Assets are so big compared to the current SP... could not last much longer... any day now, any day could pop...
