Yeah at 12% now was definately a good hold should see atleast another 10 % before the conference call tomorrow then can't wait for the good news to flow.

yeah the merits look very appealing. From what I have seen they have a few points I that would like to see addressed in the conference call.
The contract with Pomaria, Laguna, La Colomba and Skyline projects from April 12'th, but most of it is detailed in their recent press releases. All of these are very positive statments!!!
The contracts with government agencies such as China On April 5, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has received an initial $5,000,000 order for its RTAC-PM system from China. How much do they hope to gain from the contract?
"SCI has positioned itself as a security systems leader in the Greater Vancouver area, supplying over 45% of new downtown core construction projects." is a very positive statement Would like to know what kind of revenue this will produce for the company?
"Romania has recently reported a new outbreak of the deadly H5N1 virus,'' said Perry Law, President of Smart-tek Communications, Inc. ``It is estimated that there will be more than 100,000 birds culled during this latest outbreak. These outbreaks can have a devastating impact on the Romanian economy. We believe that our system can be a valuable tool for the Romanian government in their fight against the deadly avian flu. We are currently in active discussions with a licensee candidate in Romania to help market our product in the region. Concurrently with these efforts, we are in the advanced planning stages of preparing a demonstration of our RTAC-PM poultry monitoring and containment system to present to various government officials.'' ``In Romania, we are continuing with our global strategy to sign licensing agreements with local organizations that can help market our products with the proper levels of government,'' said Law. We are in very active discussions with an agent in Romania to become our next licensee that will serve as the liaison with the government and facilitate implementation of the system upon final approval by the appropriate authorities.``
How is this contract coming along?
There are alot of positive PR and from what I have seen this is a good play we will see how the conference call goes tomorrow afternoon.

I made money selling this stock right before its huge drop due to that webpage crap. Today i bought some shares again at 0.48, after watching it drop more and more. It was just too low to resist. Up more than 46% for me just today. I'm holding onto this one much longer too. I have a feeling when we get some more good PRs its finally going to rocket to the moon for real.

I got in today at .50 and I don't think it will be at those levels again for some time and we could see a dollar as early as tomorrow afternoon with anticipation of the conf. call. I'm planning on holding this for the next few weeks at least. I've read articles stating the bird flu will be in Alaska within 3 weeks due to bird migration patterns. When that's announced....sit back and watch the bottle rocket.

Best of luck to anyone holding this stock, i just got done listening to the conferance call and i was not impressed at all and that news right befour close was not good soory to anyone still stuck in it and best of luck to you all tommorow

I did, but sucks the price gapped so got out and there was a 10 cent rise. Guess someone liked what they heard yesterday in the conference call.

CORTE MADERA, Calif., Apr 28, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Smart-tek Solutions, Inc. (STTK) announced today that it has filed a Complaint in the Superior Court for the State of California, County of Marin, against RFID Ltd., a publicly traded company on the Pink Sheets. The Complaint alleges causes of action against RFID, Ltd. for (1) Defamation Per Se; (2) Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations; (3) Intentional Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage and (4) Unfair Competition (Violation of California Business and Professions Code Section 17200). The Complaint alleges that RFID, Ltd., who described itself as a competitor of Smart-tek Solutions, Inc., made a series of false and misleading representations about Smart-tek Solutions, Inc. and its development of its RTAC-PM system. In particular, the Complaint alleges that RFID, Ltd. has made provably false assertions that (1) Smart-tek Solutions, Inc.'s sole business involved closed circuit TV, access control and alarm systems for the Greater Vancouver area; (2) the RTAC-PM system could not have been developed in five months; and (3) China's technological state would not allow for implementation of the RTAC-PM system. The Complaint further alleges that these misleading assertions made by RFID, Ltd. about Smart-tek Solutions, Inc. were made for an intended audience that included current shareholders and prospective investors of both public companies and were made for the purpose of denigrating Smart-tek Solutions, Inc.'s products and services and in an effort to promote its own competing products and services. The Complaint filed by Smart-tek Solutions, Inc. seeks monetary damages in excess of $10 million and equitable relief as a result of RFID, Ltd.'s conduct.
