Yeah I am down on it but reinforcing my shares. Especially with all of the good news. There were some major sell offs making this price really appealing. Looks like it is recovering now a little. I think it is a really good buy now, but I also thought so at the mid 80's. The next good news should send this stock up a lot.

Okay folks. If you want the truth about this company you need to listen. I talked with the assitant to the president of STTK and here are the questions I asked and his answers. The number I called was in Californa it was the "T" number on their website. Now this is not the exact wording of the conversation I didn’t have a tape recorder.
1) Q: Is STTK going to release anything else about the **********.com website? Shareholders have been worried about the information released. A: Yes we currently have our attouneys involved and will be releasing a link to get detailed information to the lawsuit and the progress of the lawsuit. We are filing a lawsuit agianst **********.com.
2) Q: When is the China contract going to be confirmed? A: It is confirmed STTK has the PO to do the work we are currently waiting on China to tell us how they want to approach the issue. In other words when you purchase a car do you want power windows and power locks or do you want the navigation system.
3) Q: What about this Goodwin Wang guy? There are rumors he is fradulant? A: STTK does not know if he is the same guy we have not researched his history. What we do know is he introduced us to high power people in China and delivered everything he promised. STTK just wanted to get a contract signed with China so we can start doing the work. As far as STTK is concerned Goodwin done everything he promised.
4) Q: What is the share count and what is the insider holdings? A: The shares authorized is 73 million and the insiders hold 48 million “restricted shares”. The float is around 25 million.
He also stated that a PR will be released later today that states their will be a conference call for all interested shareholders sometime next week. No details of the conference call or the exact time but this is the information I got. IMO this company will turn around.
I am holding my shares and potentially adding more. Hope this helps everyone.

Yeah I have been holding and adding to shares for last couple of weeks. I am glad that someone took the initiative to find out what was going on. I was almost tempted to give them a call myself. It has some good news and hopefully they will anounce the deal with China soon

There was no delay, you saw what happened to the stock. This however is probably profit taking from those who rode it back up, and are fearful it wont see $1.76+ again for awhile. It was a steady climb up to those levels from a quarter a month previous, it wasn't an overnight thing and you aren't going to hit $2 overnight this time either IMO.

i agree we are all frustrated, one nice pr followed by the cc then another great pr and we are back in business...just we are at the point where they want to shake EvERYONE out so mms could buy their shares. i know this company is moving fwd an i plan to hold no matter how stressful...

Yeah I think it will be coming within the next day or two or after the conference calle. With the price of this stock at such a low price for a good company PR could yield some high %. I am in for the run.

moat believe sttk already had its run, which was more artificial. i blieve th enext run will be on pure fundamentals...this CC should shed some light on all of this

Well, Did i call it, I said my sell point "assuming" I bought at 0.5 was 0.6. Got back to my posts.
I said, it would be a 15 to 20% bounce and I was right on. Give it or take 0.01 difference. And today right at open it hit that mark. I could of made 20%, but my limit of 0.50 didn't fill the other day.
Now I await what happens tomorrow to get into another bounce play of 10 to 20%.

Yeah right now would be the perfect time to rebuy based on the call tomorrow. We will see how it goes from everything I've seen in there should be nothing but positive news, and maybe we could get more insight on some of the government deals.
