FWIW, Yesterday's volume was the largest volume day in 2 1/2 months. Very good sign. Too bad we haven't moved up, but At least there's interest.

Im hoping for a bounce today, Quarter filing due in two weeks. The market cant ignore a 300% increase in revenues. If shares become available at .025 today, I would say it would be strong buy condering the filing we have coming up here soon.

Yes that's true, maybe someone is anticipating good things in the near future. Could the Q be it? Time will tell.

MOTG likes to bounce off .025, could see a decent run here. And the quarter filing is due in less than two weeks. The upcoming 10-Q will relect the 300% increase in revenues.

OXFORD, MS--(MARKET WIRE)--May 4, 2006 -- Modern Technology Corp (OTC BB:MOTG.OB - News) a diversified technology development and acquisition company announced today the first step among several planned initiatives to reduce operational overhead an steer the organization to 2006 positive earnings. ADVERTISEMENT
As part of the cost-reduction plan, the Company will close the Franklin location of Sound City. Retail foot-traffic has been less than anticipated at this location. Operations and inventory will be relocated to the Denville location.
Anthony Welch, Chairman, said: "In order to realize recurring profits, retail operations such as Sound City require tremendous foot-traffic. Our expansion efforts to the Franklin location have not generated the anticipated level of customer traffic and related revenues. Therefore, we have elected to transfer the operations of this location to our Denville store and reducing associated costs. This is the first among many positive changes we are making to reduce costs and increase earnings for MOTG shareholders."

Congrats bin, looks like you've doubled your investment if not more.

Thanks RB. I sold half of my NDOL yesterday to secure my original investment and am now riding free shares. If the share price comes even close to that $2.17/share buyout price, I'm going to ditch the rest for some nice profits. Thankfully, I've been able to make up for my MOTG losses since selling the majority of my shares. I still have a small stake in MOTG, but I've been hesitant to buy more until I get a clearer picture of where we are headed.
Now, to expand on that, I didn't see many people commenting on yesterday's PR. Here is my take. Welch is, without a doubt, making headway in his quest to bring this company to positive earnings. We are all anticipating that the Q will back up this assumption. All too often, you see retail establishments trying to hang on to losing stores. MOTG has decided to cut their losses and ditch a store which isn't adding to our bottom line. This is very good news for MOTG's valuation going forward.

OT: NDOL taking a beating today. They announced they are in merger talks versus acquisition talks. Apparently, people didn't like that. So much for my contest pick. Glad I'm riding free shares!

FWIW I emailed Welch last week about the quarter report being filed on time. He said he expects it to be on time but, the auditor is the hold up. So, he more less couldnt guarantee it. Good luck everyone.

Kat, glad to hear you profited from NDOL. I would have felt extremely bad if you were stuck in the pool without a ladder today It may go back up if the deal is really on the up and up. It was the uncertainty of a merger versus a guaranteed $2.17/share that prompted the selloff. We'll have to wait and see.
Now back on topic. Thanks for the update from Welch. It always seems as though things are on time to the auditors, yet, we are always late getting it filed on time. Let's hope they have their ducks in a row this time. Has AW made any notions of a guidance PR in the near future?
