Welch has accomplished all of his goals thus far. The reason we do not own Harvey right now is not because Welch couldn't land it, but because HRVE fired their board, took on new management, released plans to dilute their stock, and is being delisted in 27 days. Sound like something you want to buy right now? He would have been a fool not to rescind his tender offer after that restructuring deal. HRVE will be a lot cheaper next month on the OTC and will have just as much revenue.
Now the late filings on the other hand, there is no excuse for. Not this late in the game and with so much on the line for shareholders. He better get his act together before ALL of his shareholders give up on him.

I can only wait for the auditor. I feel we are close. I really have no control over it. It prepped, on time, and submitted to the auditor at least two weeks before dealine. Thie is per the auditor’s guidelines to us. We have done so, including last Q and yet he slows to a crawl.
That is where we are again.
So, I wait.
After this Q, we will be moving a lot of accounting and admin functions to new people who have no other task that to prep filings. The issue of ‘late’ Q’s would have been fixed by the HRVE deal, but we are on hold on that deal right now until we see how the stock price is going to shape up (or ‘down’ as I believe). So, operationally, we are going to make a lot changes to add equity, cut costs, eliminate all unprofitable business operations, and improve infrastructure. Simple as that, although not simple to do. The “Q” issue is one of my biggest aggravations.

No, see, Blue Hen thinks that MODC is a good steal down here. That's why he is spending time bashing it. He signed up just so he could post in this thread (look at his posts history.) Why else would someone post consistently on a stock they don't own? To keep it from running so they can get more shares, that's why.

Not really but I am no little guy either, and I need to get some of my aggression out, the Gym alone is not cutting it. I don't see the right for a company to do an RS when the new pps is not established either.

I am down only about 2K. But the way the market has been lately, it is all adding up... or down.. I can barely imagine what you are going through but I imagine it is rough. One thing's for sure, there are a lot of support on this board.

Monday is a holiday, so probably Tuesday. Tomorrow may be a slow day as people either blow off work for the day, or take off a tad early to beat the rush. We really could have used this today

Hi, Katrina I sold 3 weeks ago for a modest gain. The quarter filing was a great concern for me due to MOTG's past on late filings. I emailed Welch about the quarter filing two weeks prior to the due date and his response wasent what I wanted to hear, he more less said he didnt have much control over it and couldnt guarantee the filing would be on time so, I thought it was best I sold MOTG and waited for it to dip lower. And also you remember our little conversation? You showed me an email from Welch, he stated some things in that email to you that had me very concerned. I told you I didnt like what he said in that email at all. So, I didnt want to take a chance, I never thought he would pull off a stunt like this so soon. But if you didnt sell before the reverse split, id say this will see some movement after the quarter filing, if it reflects the 300% revenue increase. I wish everyone here the best. Oh yeah I hope some of you got in TIV when I mentioned it on here two week ago at $5.88, TIV is currently trading at $7.50, TIV will see $10 or more soon. GLTA

Guys - I don't mean to be negative but you gotta be kidding me. THE Q is going to be late again. My God this thing is a POS. It really is. Unreal. Other than QBID I think this is the worst mess I've ever seen. Welch should have put this POS on the pinks if he was never gonna file on time.
