Funny, my trade at 28 is not on the times and sales on Ameritrade. LT went * .027. Volume picking up a bit.

Kat, AW responded to you and said that the 10 days was after the long form tender offer was submitted to the SEC. That hasn't been done yet?

No Bin, he said that he would be filing that form shortly.
This is crazy, 10k in volume here and zero volume for hrve. I hope we hear something from HRVE soon...

Unless people view this thread, I have a feeling that most people think the 10 days started from the original PR (which would end tomorrow, or Monday if in business days). This is what I had assumed until you asked Welch. I just hope the timing doesn't scare people away since HRVE has 10 days to instruct their shareholders "after" the long form is submitted to the SEC. Could still be a couple of weeks away.
May should definately get interesting. Huge Q and all the HRVE rumblings going on.

I bought more yesterday than we've sold today so far. Is this the calm before the storm. I sure as hell hope so. Excuse my french.
If anything we've learned a lot from trading / investing in pennies. Could be an expensive lesson if this baby doesn't turn around. I will definitely be very cautious in the future when investing in company that has convertible debentures. GLTA

I forget that it's hard to "hear" the sarcasm over a massage board post. Just unbelievable that there is something brewing after the announcement and there is no volume.

Bin, I know how you feel. My holdings are 4 in the red and 2 even for the day. Could be worse, they could all be red. Four bogeys and 2 par today. Hoping to finish with a few birdies.

The folks over at RB are confused as to the 10 day deadline as well. Someone with an account over there should set them straight. I had a feeling this was going to happen.

Press Release Source: Energy Vision International
Energy Vision International Subsidiary American Geothermal Signs New Contract on The Island on Lake Travis Wednesday April 12, 11:28 am ET
OXFORD, Miss., April 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Energy Vision International (Other OTC:EGVI.PK - News), a rapidly growing diversified energy company, is awarded additional new business on the Lake Travis development.
American Geothermal signed the contract this week to proceed with the mechanical design and engineering work on the common areas of 'The Island on Lake Travis' luxury condominium development. The area comprises 20,000 square feet and will provide heating and cooling for the indoor pool, health club, locker rooms and spa. The contract also includes the second floor lounge area, full bar, restaurant and meeting rooms as well as a third floor private penthouse.
American Geothermal was originally awarded the contract to install the DeMarco Energy Miser heating and cooling system in 80 of the 212 condominiums. The principal developers have been highly impressed with the reliability of the Energy Miser system and as a result awarded American Geothermal significantly more business than originally quoted. These condominiums enjoy the benefit of lowering heating and cooling bills by up to 70% versus traditional HVAC systems.
Victor DeMarco CEO of American Geothermal commented, ``We reasonably expect `The Island' development will continue benefiting the company long after we complete the installations.''
Chairman of EVI, Anthony Welch added, ``The investment community can easily appreciate our rapid growth path. The Lake Travis project is a powerful installation example and we expect many more similar projects in the months to come. We encourage investors to examine our stated objectives and our results delivered.''

I don't know what's going on. This may be the lowest volume day we've had in months. I hope that we get some sort of pr update early next week. We need some positive momentum here.
It's pretty scary to realize I own 10X the volume today.
The fact that HRVE hasn't shut this offer down means to me that they are hammering out details, or countering...

The volume did suck, but looking on the bright side it seems people are holding on to their shares. The trading range was pretty tight, mostly at .029. And we finished green which is always good. Hopefully tomorrow gets better.

This is such total b.s., is our volume so low that the mms walk it down for a lousy 100k order? That's nuts.
Notice Smith Barney on the bid at .023 with a large order. Hope it doesn't get filled.
I can't believe we are still in the 2s! I emailed Welch and he said he still is confident that HRVE will happen, although he expects it to take the full month. He said if HRVEs performance doesn't improve, the next offer may even be lower....
Heading to Boston today for Passover. Ya'll have a good Easter. See ya Tuesday
