I am scratching my head. I was pretty sure that it would move up a bit by the end of the day. I knew some would be very angry that they added another 2B shares, but that can not be all of it.
Is it just me or is something up? This stock is primed to make a big run, but the MM's are determined to hold it around 50. Why would they let it gap up to 69 and the put on the brakes and shake it hard to 50 again? They can't be out of share... they loaded up big time in the 30's and 40's. Any ideas?

RSHN: among last 10 trades -- 9 buys vs. 1 sell. MMs' manipulation is very clear, they drop the pps on high buying pressure. I believe the MMs are buying from the Asks while keeping the Bid/Ask low. They will create a lot of disappointments and frustrations to get us. So don't watch it tick by tick.

They can't add those shares now. Most restricted shares don't mature until one year, never the less, according to the PR Lynch won't get them for two weeks. No way he would sell at these levels.

Time to try a new approach!
Today is like christmas over here... lots of green, and lots of good trades. If the entire week were like this, I'd take the rest of May off.

O.K. I am not a happy camper. It is now obvious that he MM's want us around a half penny. That way they can fake us up or down. They will not even let us THINK we are moving forward. I am still long, that is about the only way to play this stock for now and not get caught.
I has dropped back into old habits as stated before. Unless there is some suprise PR on a surprise day, with a whopper of a number, we will be weeks if even that getting back to or let alone above a penny. Oh well.... be patient I guess and let the traders beat themselves silly on it. Don't know why they would when there are better stocks to play short term for now.

I agree chklingon, I'm exhausted. It's getting to look like it's personal between MM and RSHN / Corr.

Today clearly was day traders unloading & MM's walking down for better buys. The entire market in general was down today, so we just need to remember; "World-wide scope" in the last PR. Bob mentioned to me a couple weeks ago the Asia execs are meeeting him this week (they are coming here to the U.S. to meet with him), so that is promising in my mind. I got more today and will tomorrow.

This is a good stock... Be patient with it. I purchased a large amount of this about a year ago... Doing well so far; it will continue to go up.

MMs were very successful in creating frustrations and disappointments for us. Many of us gave up in the last half hour. Good luck to you.

What a disappointing day. This thing is like a ferris wheel. We'll have a pretty nice day in the green and everyone is holly jolly, talking about how great this company is and how its gonna be a good week and might finally see a penny again...yada yada. Then the next day is redder then red and everyone is back blaming the MM's and talking about how they're just trying to snag up cheap shares and then they're gonna let it run. Then it will run slightly for a few minutes and everyone talks about how they were right and the MM's are letting it run. Then it crashes and it's a shake and UBSS is a punk. Blah Blah Blah It's the same thing over and over and over. If there was a chart on us, it would look the same as the stock.
Not bashing at all, as I'm in this for the long haul. Would just be nice to see something different one of these weeks. Going through the weekly rituals at work is depressing enough, but then coming home to the same thing with this stock week after week doesn't make me feel any better =) I know this company has a ton of potential, but it's not just the MM's holding this down. I'm just hoping this baby will let loose already!

I recieved a call back from Ralph's. I have given them the UPC info for E-Water and the other products. The woman said that they are going to take a close look at bringing this product into their stores. I'll let you know when I see them on the shelves.
Stay on target...

Blue Island, Illinois, May 02, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Robert Corr, President of RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: (RSHN.PK), has agreed today to accept the offer made by Michael Lynch of Lynch Partners One, LLC to purchase a 30% stake in the company in return for restricted shares. This signed agreement gives RushNet, Inc. a cash infusion of $615,000 plus an additional commitment for inventory capital of $2.4 million, for a total of over $3,000,000 to RushNet, Inc.
Robert Corr and the RushNet management team will hold restricted shares totaling 32%, with the public free trading shares totaling 38% of the stock. The stock issued to Lynch has been placed into an escrow account with a closing scheduled in about two weeks.
As, Robert Corr stated: "This new ground in capital financing will secure the company's inventory needs for all the new items planned for introduction by this fall. Our larger retailers require firm inventory levels to be maintained at all times, and as a company, we have gained a valuable partner who's expertise in raising large amounts of capital will assist us in our future expansion plans. I feel confident in the strategic plan that Michael Lynch and I have developed to grow RushNet's brands on a worldwide scope."
Michael Lynch added, " This will be the beginning of a highly visible beverage company, and I'm looking forward to launching some our branded beverages in the national beverage arena."
Michael Lynch and Robert Corr, as mentioned in a previous press release, are in the process of purchasing a regional brewery that will use RushNet to market the brands worldwide. Newly re-designed products will be introduced this summer and the fresh labels will be unveiled in the coming weeks to stockholders.

1) "This new ground in capital financing will secure the company's inventory needs for all the new items planned for introduction by this fall." Used to say "round" instead of "ground" and "summer" instead of "fall".
2) "Newly re-designed products will be introduced this summer and the fresh labels will be unveiled in the coming weeks to stockholders." Used to say "new labels" instead of "fresh labels".
Looks like the first release was a bit sloppy on a couple specifics and somebody got nervous about being misleading. Probably good to correct it if there is a concern.
The meat of the PR is unchanged and that's what's really important - IMHO.
