Tuesday May 02 2006 04:36:42 EDT
Blue Island, Illinois, May 02, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Robert Corr, President of RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: (RSHN.PK), has agreed today to accept the offer made by Michael Lynch of Lynch Partners One, LLC to purchase a 30% stake in the company in return for restricted shares. This signed agreement gives RushNet, Inc. a cash infusion of $615,000 plus an additional commitment for inventory capital of $2.4 million, for a total of over $3,000,000 to RushNet, Inc.
Robert Corr and the RushNet management team will hold restricted shares totaling 32%, with the public free trading shares totaling 38% of the stock. The stock issued to Lynch has been placed into an escrow account with a closing scheduled in about two weeks.
As, Robert Corr stated: "This new ground in capital financing will secure the company's inventory needs for all the new items planned for introduction by this fall. Our larger retailers require firm inventory levels to be maintained at all times, and as a company, we have gained a valuable partner who's expertise in raising large amounts of capital will assist us in our future expansion plans. I feel confident in the strategic plan that Michael Lynch and I have developed to grow RushNet's brands on a worldwide scope."
Michael Lynch added, " This will be the beginning of a highly visible beverage company, and I'm looking forward to launching some our branded beverages in the national beverage arena."
Michael Lynch and Robert Corr, as mentioned in a previous press release, are in the process of purchasing a regional brewery that will use RushNet to market the brands worldwide. Newly re-designed products will be introduced this summer and the fresh labels will be unveiled in the coming weeks to stockholders.

JIM and ROBBIE what you say is correct, this is a peach of a stock, lots of prs,a real product and revenues.I will never sell untill I get my price, and that will come when we get prs about production and inventories. We also need more news on the new brewery.ANYONE who sells at this low price even to flip is gone to be left behind soon.

Yeah, I think it is obvious. Look how many times you sell to chase something that runs away and you cant get filled. So you decide ok let me jump back in on this now that its running... and guess what eventually you won't be able to.
RSHN is in the bank. Just a matter of time.

It means ubss dosent care if they sell they only want to replenish their share count.IMHO that means they expect it to gap big.

So what are the chances that we end the day at 53... or even better to not make it so obvious..... + or - 1 tick? Looks like everone is off getting rich off of oil for now.

Well, I gotta say, this board is like coming home. Oil's got the best (worst) of everyone, leaving a lot of people green and more red (frustrated). It's all starting to look like the tech bubble again. DOW & NASDAQ is up and Oil & Gold have replaced Tech. Everyone's tripping over each other to get to the next play as fast as they can, so they don't miss the boat. Well, that's all well and fine, but eventually, someone's getting burned and the money will come home to roost. Just a thought. Boy, do I miss the family. Anyone else still here? Let's talk RUSH !!!

I am not trying to bash guys I also personally own 1.2M share of RSHN but just made 2G on some oil stock in a matter of 30min. I will keep my 1.2M share of RSHN for the long run but keep an open mind guys. If you are here to make money do not just stick to this one stock. RSHN will have it's day but it will never compare to the profits that could be made with oil over this next summers time.

Nerfreek, how many stocks have you played that jumped 800% a day? Do you know RSHN jumped from 0.0004 to 0.01, or 2500%, in 4 weeks? The game is not over yet, but I know there will be quite a few winners in RSHN, and I know you will be looking for 800% gainers every day. I would love to see more 800% gainers soon. Please post them, thank you.

I will definelty let you guys know. I feel like you guys are family to me and would help you out in any way I could. Hopefully the feeling is mutual...

Technically CR, you're supposed to be selling now. I hope you know the game here. At least you're in a stock that has a great product and people who believe in it. In my opinion it is only a matter of time before this stock makes everyone happy. This is one I consider a long. (we're talking weeks here)

are people really trying to find 800% gainers? Lot of wated time that could be spent on making 30-40% a pop. Good Luck on RSHN,,,,I was in way back when. I will jump back in, if they ever disclose solid numbers for us...until then, each PR will get hyped, price will rise, then fall down further than it was pre-PR. IMO

2-3K put a smile on everyones face no matter what level account you have. Anyday in the green should put a smile on are faces. Keep up the good work and remember we all had to start somewhere. That was my impression of Tony Robbins

I know that...but I also know in a month/few months/years this will make me VERY happy...I'm really not in a hurry...I've had good luck like most others with the oil deals...so the money I have in this is negligable at this point...
