Yea.. all that craziness made me constantly switch my sell price between .0071 and .0072. I wanted to get the best price, but at the same time, I didn't wanna miss the opportunity to get out before the next dip. So in the end, it got executed at .0071.
I still got my 515k shares in Scottrade workin' for me though. Keep goin up, RSHN!

Would you guys do an all or none and hope someone has 20K or so to buy it, or sell it off in chunks....Thanks- I have never flipped this much before-
Joe..your thoughts?
Art...
Keep in mind that there is a settlement time with your sale proceeds. I used to always sell and then re-invest as soon as the sale was made... But a couple weeks ago I tried flipping one and they held my funds in limbo for three days!!! I missed my flipping oppourtunities on that one.
If I had a margin account, I could have covered it... But I am a cash only kinda guy.
My only concern with you flipping is the risk that you may not be able to get back in. Just make sure you know your settlement times correctly and all the little quarks about it.

None or at least that's the way read it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the last PR, it gave the impression that Bob Corr himself and Micheal Lynch were partnering to purchase the brewery and that RushNet Inc. would be the beneficiary by being designated the sole licensing agent. Does everyone else see it this way?

Well its not free, if Lynch is fronting the money he's getting something in return. And Corr cant use personal funds to buy the brewery and then make the company the sole licensing agent. If he does then the brewery is not an asset of the company.

I don't beleive Corr will be using his personal funds. Remember he is owner of Rush Beverage Co., totally seperate from RushNet, Inc., which is the sole licensing agent. So, no, I do not beleive that the brewery will be a physical asset of RSHN, but will be owned by Corr (Rush Beverage Co.) and Lynch (LPO) What's everone elses take on this?

Well, I wonder if we will get some more news today? Slow start to the day. Hopefully another PR this afternoon or tomorrow to make this go again.

It CAN'T happen the way you are saying, the company cannot perchase the property and then make the CEO the owner. It's illigal. And he wouldnt use personal funds....that's to dangerous. He would run it through the company. My question is.....what is it costing. What is the compensation for Lynch's involvent, and what is the "long term debt" the company will be taking on?

Okay, take a deep breath and re-read what I wrote. I said that I beleive Corr / Rush Beverage Co. NOT RushNet Inc. is buying the brewery with Lynch.
Rush Beverage Co. and RushNet Inc. are not one and the same.
Please someone step in and help us out here!
