We actually do get a quality PR, and .0070+...If it dips early in the session, buy more.

Looks like we followed the charts today. We moved just close enough to high levels to pull back a bit. MM's are incontrol so perhaps they just woke on on the ornery side of the bed. We had 4 days of up, that is a lot for this stock without any PR. Perhaps another down day, but nothing to dramatic. You could see the Day traders that got in back in the 30's and 40's beging to panic and sell. They wanted 70 or higher but when we pulled back, they let go, hoping to rebuy lower tomorrow. Dangerous game as PR is in the wings.
I must say that no pr is still making me happy. Perhaps RSHN learned their lesson and are holding them until they really need them or more importantly, have somthing worth reporting. I will take this as a good sign.

Everytime I think we are on the move, we get pulled back. Been that way now for the past month. Sometimes I want to sell, so I can play other stocks, but then Ive been holding for so long, I cant bear to do it without seeing a penny first. It'd kill me to see it hit a penny and I left early. I think we will end at .0064 Wed w/no PR. .0075 w. good PR. Great PR=9's. I just cant wait to get back to the mid 7's again. I miss those days.

I have come to understand the PR game with this stock, both the possitives and the negatives. Some people love them, others hate them. All that aside....I think most will agree that the last PR left a very sour taste in all of our mouths. And we're just a tiny fraction of the investors. It obviously had a huge impact on everyone who is invested in this stock because you saw how it dropped dramatically. Over the past few days, it's rebounding, but I honestly feel that without a solid PR in the next day or two, we are not gonna be happy campers come weeks end. I don't think PR's are needed all the time with this stock, like alot of you say, but to get that taste out of our mouths I honestly feel we need a nice solid PR to make up for it and regain investors trust into this stock. I believe the past few green days has been in anticipation of this "heavily talked about" PR and if it doesn't come soon I think we could see the 4's again by weeks end.
Just my 2 cents....I'm hoping I'm wrong
Gooooooooooo RUSH!!!!!

Walter Stunder RushNet Chairman and CEO is in the Ukraine for a buisiness meeting for his other CEO job at NSDM- Northstar Diamonds ,Inc and will be back in the US May 1st. If any big deals need to be finalized I do not think it will happen until he is back in the US if he has any say in any matter. Does any one know who is calling the shots regarding business deals at Rush Net? Does anyone know when Michael Lynch (invester) came on board at RushNet?
I predict a slow release of good news with daily trading opportunities. I think it will take 1 month to 6 weeks to fully let this run develope. It will end very positive. Please everyone stop worrying! This company has 4 current and available products. A full product line will not be released at one time. Each new fruit drink flavor will be announced over multiple PR's. This will result in plenty of trading opportunies.
Also, hello to all who are quiet, watching, waiting, selling high and buying low with a smile on their face and minimal cafeine in their veins.

On another board, someone appears to have emailed Christie and grumbled about all the false information on the boards. He sent them the much quoted PR report from that board. Good on that person.
It would appear that PR's will be taking a new and better direction now. That make me feel a bit better as now the stock must stand on its own feet and not PR speculation. I am guessing that if they were going to release a PR today, they held it up in the face of all the goings on and rumors.

Monday, February 21, 2005 XML Anniversary Letter to Shareholders From Robert Corr, President of V-Net Beverage
2005-01-28 V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VNTB-News):
Dear Shareholders:
On 27 January 2004, I took charge of V-Net Beverage, Inc. as new president. Armed with over thirty years of experience in the natural beverage industry, I came to V-Net with the goal of transforming it into a profitable and respected company capable of delivering to consumers healthful and innovative products. In just one year, the company has made remarkable strides in positioning itself toward that end.
1) Our three popular selling products--Ginseng Rush(TM), Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) and Rush Herbal Cola(TM)--continue to obtain new placements in the marketplace. Thus, we expect a momentous 2005 as sales further accelerate.
2) V-Net's commitment to genuine ginseng and honest marketing of this extraordinary herb is evinced by our publicized "Truth in Ginseng Challenge." At V-Net we use pure Wisconsin-grown American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), in advertised quantities, in our beverages. Other brands tout ginseng on their labels. We are testing their claims by employing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) on sample beverages. These tests will specify quantity, potency, species and origin of the ginseng they use, if any. We believe consumers should be alerted to brands with specious ginseng claims or little to no ginsenoside (ginseng's active ingredient).
Long revered in the Orient for its homeostatic and restorative properties, ginseng is just beginning to reveal its secrets to modern science. For example, in research conducted at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and funded by National Cancer Institute and U.S. Department of Defense, ginseng has demonstrated remarkable abilities to slow growth of cancer cells and defeat cancer-cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs.
The public's rush to ginseng is prompting V-Net to launch its own label of high-potency ginseng capsules and extract, all with 10% certified ginsenoside content, in the first quarter 2005.
3) We continue with development of Allimax Nutraceutical Water(TM) and endeavor to produce a completely stabilized drink. It is targeted for production first quarter 2005. As more studies confirm garlic's role in relieving cold symptoms and defeating a broad range of microbes, we are also pursuing other means to meet the demand for allicin, garlic's active ingredient. These include allicin capsules and allicin extract on our own label.
4) In 2004, we partnered with Fire Mountain Beverages (Pink Sheets: FRBV) to provide additional marketing and product distribution for V-Net's products on the west coast. FRBV currently sells flavored vitamin-water at thousands of locations. The arrangement will expand V-Net's marketing base for its specialty beverages, including allicin and electrolyte waters.
5) V-Net has recognized an exciting opportunity in the herb-infused wine category. We have therefore purchased a 5% stake in California's Meritage Wine Brokerage, a thriving full-service importer & distributor of fine wines from around the world. In this way, V-Net establishes a foothold in the licensed and regulated U.S. wine market. V-Net, which supplies Meritage with botanicals for their herb-infused specialty wines, has an option to purchase an additional 35% of the wine brokerage.
6) V-Net has inked an agreement with Micro Labs (OTC-BB: MLAR), developer of a patented sublingual spray delivery system which promises 90% nutrient retention rate. Under the agreement, V-Net will develop and supply botanicals, like allicin and ginseng, to Micro Labs as new items in the sublingual spray product line.
7) We are forging an agreement with Gray's Brewing Co., Janesville, WI to develop jointly ROCK HARD RUSH(TM), a pleasant tasting ginseng- and botanical-infused malt beverage. This product is expected to compete toe-to-toe with Budweiser's B-E(TM) by Anheuser Busch.
8) V-Net has received broad USPTO Class-32 Trademark Application protection for its new e-Water(TM), a specialty water charged with 70-plus dissolved colloidal electrolytes, derived from a unique fulvic-acid enriched mineral source in Utah. Fulvic acid is an organic acid which binds to crucial trace-mineral ions and renders them bio-available. It also helps remove harmful heavy metals and "free radicals" from bodily systems, and balances and energizes cell life. We look forward to bringing this exciting item to market in the near term. We intend to expand upon our electrolyte 'e' line of beverages. e-Water(TM) is only our first entry in this genre.
9) V-Net is growing. We are adding staff to develop efficiencies in distribution and marketing systems and to strategically grow our brands. Our relationship with our master distributor has been strengthened over the last few months, and we are working to add new channels of distribution.
I extend my appreciation to our loyal shareholders for their support, and will make myself available, when possible, for your salient comments and suggestions.
Stay with us in 2005. It's going to be an exciting year for V-Net.
Robert J. Corr, President, V-Net Beverages, Inc.

Many stocks moved without PRs at all, like VITS, IDWD, and IMNR. I have confidence that RSHN will move because the MMs have spent a lot of time and money on her, and they own the majority of the RSHN shares now. If you get a chance to raise your own salary, won't you do it?
Jim you are the man dewd!!!

Corr, and investment group Lynch Partnership One ("LPO"), led by well-known entrepreneur Michael Lynch, have agreed to terms with the owners of a regional Midwest brewery, and will proceed with the private acquisition of the brewery in order to promote the future expansion of RushNet, Inc. throughout the beverage industry.
Lets see.....If I dont read anything into this PR from back on 4/11/06, Id say it sounds alot like Lynch is one of us in a way...... Hes investing in RSHN. Works for me!!!
GO RSHN!!!

Chris, you got a great point. We should be a cheer leader to each other and make this board a pleasant place to visit. In fact, this board has become a great resouce for many investment gurus. I am very pleased to know so many members are engaging proactive effort in promoting RSHN products. Yes, I believe RSHN pps will grow when her products get properly distributed.

Sorry...did not make it there yet. I'm in the Bay Area(San Jose) for the next week or two.
One option might be to call Safeway and give them the UPC numbers to see if they have it in stock. Should be easy for them to look it up on the computer. I also got some Rushnet products in Sacramento near arco arena

I'm no chart expert but they look good to me. We went from the .004's to the .006's for about 35-50% rise. In the past when this stock had a run like that it went down one....maybe two days and then continued on going up. I see this thing going to the .007-.008 this week with a strong possiblity of going to .01 for good(no more below .01) in the next two weeks.
How does this sound to the chart readers.

I for one am glad that they are not releasing pr's everyother day. They should only release them if there is something worthwhile to say. I agree with chris and jim that we should be helping out each other. We want everyone to make money on this. I do look to certain number of members post for personal education as I am really new at this myself. That said I read everyone posts the good and the bad to see other people's points of views on the stock. Good luck everyone I hope we have a great day.
Thank you for contacting Kroger. There are many factors that contribute to the decision of which products are available in our stores, such as shelf space, product demand, and supplier availability. Therefore, we are unable to say with certainty whether Kroger stores in your local area will carry Rush & Ginseng Rush products. Please speak with a customer service representative regarding the availability of this product. Since our Mid Atlantic Division Marketing area operates your store I am forwarding your letter to them, and copying the store manager. They have the direct responsibility for product availability decisions in your area and I am sure they will want to be aware of your request.
Sincerely,
Patricia Ann Robb Consumer Affairs

CUSTOMER COMMENTS: Hi, I can't find any of the Rush & Ginseng Rush products in your store. Will you be carrying Rush Cola's line and the e-Water anytime soon? My friends and I have been ordering it online from www.enjoytherush.com and would much rather pick it up at your grocery store. Thanks!
Time to bombard Kroger (if there's one near you) for a request to carry in their stores.
This is direct link to the 'Contact Us' page on the Kroger site. Click on the 'Customer Comments form' to make your request.

I think that if it brakes through support at 55 you are going to see it close down on the day. That could happen if volume stays low. If Im reading the charts right, the stock is in a short term downward move. That could change with solid volume, good PR, or if the MMs decide to let it come up. But if i had to make a prediction before the day starts.....i say we close down on the day. We have had 4 days of gains. We should see a pullback and consolidation for the next 1 to 2 days. IMO

Looks like several of us took to the charts. RSI is now 51.95. Right in the middle. Bolinger also about even as far as I can see. Stoch RSI hit .5 are bounced off of it backwards, but still well out of the hole it was in for so long. MFI showing a bit of a downtrend. $SPX still shows a gradual climb upwards. Yesterdays red candle was about the same as the day befores white candle. However the red with a small shadow above still did not upset the trend much. 4 days of up with no news shows that there must be a lot of faith in RSHN. The day traders hoped in trying to make a quick kill I suspect on the much rumored news. Us longs are just watching and waiting, as we all think there is a LOT of upswing in the MONTHS to come.
Thank you ChrisPy for your comments. Duely noted.
I can see no real direction to go this morning in the short term. Early bids are comming in all over the place. Just a guess, but suspect a bit more of a drop this morning to shake out a few more of the day traders, unless new rumors of PR surface.
