3% interest or withdrawal rate?
My figures are less for the former and more for the latter.

I need 5 mil to retire....Pay off my houses and just trade everyday. I am sure Uncle Sam and Governator Schwarzenegger will be knocking at my door.

If your investment mamager can only get you 3% annuities you need to find someone else. There are 5% annuities out there right now that my GF is putting people with large amounts of money (>$1M) in.

From what I have heard, it doesn't matter when you sell the stock, half of it will always be considered taxable income and the other half is tax free.

I only read a little of this site but I think it explains Canadian capital gains and how they are taxed.

Retirement?? I got four kids and wife to keep happy. I 'll be working for a looong time. Actually, if I can find someone I can trust to run my business the way I want I can take more time off to spend with the family and havce a little fun!

The Bid/Ask on Pink Sheets means nothing until around 10 minutes before the market opens...

Since Pinks don't trade after hours, the MMs don't "log in" until just before the market opens...

I just can't see why this thing isn't moving right now...

we've got 4 x77 on the bid, and 2x78 on the ask..???

But the only trades going through are very small, with mirrors at 2000, and 5000 ???
