Does anyone really think this is going anywhere soon.If this DOES go to .0003 there will be a massive selloff for all those who bought millions of shares.IMO i think this will stay between .0001 and .0002 until the new ceo believes a R/S is needed. The problem with this stock is that we believed this would go and when it didn't a lot of us got caught with a lot of shares not wanting to sell at .0001 so we sit here and pray.I pray i am wrong.

Massive sell off at .0003? I think that there will be a sell off but not a massive one. Just a retrace before it really goes

I hope i am wrong Green Demon I just don't have any concrete evidence that this company is on it's way up except for what people hope will happen.

Ya, I agree there is nothing concrete with this company other than the words of the new CEO but that is no different than most other pennies out there.

I hate to burst anyones bubble but my thinking is that CWFG is not going to go any where any time soon. This is a small company that has purchased land in N. Florida and will not be worth what they may think it to be. I live in S. Florida and the market has definately dropped off since the end of last year. At this time in this area there are alot of homes for sale and no buyers to buy them. I have seen a steady decline in the market here and it is not this area but the whole state. Homes that were selling for $499,000.00 have dropped their price to $399,000.00 and all others too. Homes in my neighborhood that sold less than two weeks last year have now been sitting for the last couple of months that are for sale now. I talked to a friend in the realestate business and he said there is a sharp decline this year already in home sales and not just this area like I said earlier. His response was that it will probley not pick up until next year again. 56 acres in N. Florida in my opinion will probley decrease in land and home value. I bailed on this stock long ago hoping as much as all of you were hoping for something big. Yes, I lost my ass but have made it up with other investments thank goodness. If you all want to hold on to this it might pick up or not, but I wouldn't bet on it until the year 2007.
This is only my thinking and opinion after living in the Sunshine state seeing what is happening with the realestate market here. Don't get me wrong, but the market will be hot again. Last year will probley have been the biggest increase in home values since I can remember. My own property went up almost 47% last year. If I were to try and sell today instead of last year I would not have made as much. One last opinion! I have friends in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area and they are feeling the same effects as we are here. Now if you wanted to get into a high rise condo on say like South Beach Miami you will get a much better deal now than say 6 months ago. Again this is just my opinion of seeing what is happening to the market here and what the outlook for this year. Thanks for reading. By the way! Can someone give me another star?

I just don't understand the volume today and the lack of a single uptick. If there is massive accumulation going on we'd at least see .0002. The buying pressure would surely force it up.

Dude, I wouldn't gauge the entire Florida real estate market based on your subdivision and your buddy at Century 21.
It's still a hot market there. I have bigger concerns with CWFG that have nothing to do with the real estate market.

So you are saying that CWFG's purchase of the 56 acres is not realestate and that they are not going to devlope it with housing? This stock is in the toilet for awhile. You know nothing about the market here and I have lived here for my whole life. Yes it is still hot but the recent decline and outlook is not good for this year. You want to find out more you can go to www.news-press. com or nbc-2. com that have had recent outlooks for this coming year. I have friends who were banking last year on $1,000,000.00 or more home sales that are now at their office twidling their thumbs because buyers are not here right now and our snowbird season is almost over.

I agree that the realestate market is cooling off, BUT for traders $1 mill in confirmed assets is better than $0 in assets. I just want them to finally close, who cares about the development for now.

What do you think is holding up the close? The deed or something else?

Clear title can be any multitude of things. Covenants, type of deed, tract zoning issues, poor survey. Clear title isnt as big of a problem as most think, nor is it as hard to cure as most think. I would say half if not more of commercial realestate closings delay because of "Title" issues

J, are you holding this stock and if so for how long now. I bailed because I have held on to it for a long time and before it took a huge dip to where it is at now and just took the lose to free up some money for another stock which has done well since the RS. IGTG I bought with the CWFG money at 15cents which is now at 40cents and will hold out until the move to the BB. Great company if you haven't checked it out yet. I think they have huge potential in the medical industry.

Do not be mad just because you lost money on this stock.I live in Florida and the real estate market is booming! That info that you posted is 100% false.Everyone knows the real estate market in Florida is going through the roof.Houses are always for sale and people try to make extreme amounts on them-that is why they do not sell very fast.
