this is interesting-UBSS is the big mm here-he has had it trapped at .0001x.0002 for months-UBSS moved his ask to .0003 30 minuites ago-not sure if it means anything, but it is positive to me, because UBSS has been on the ask of .0002 for months-G/L-.00x.0002

Don't worry. It will explode b/c I sold at year end for 0001 after waiting forever to sell at 0002. Now it will go to a penny without me. You can thank me now because if I had kept it it would have never moved.

Between April '05 and Aug '05, what made CWFG dip down to .0001 from .26? I understand there were name changes from Argys Resources, Inc, until 4-05 and then 1st Global Petroleum Group, Inc until 5-05. Isn't it strange the T/A is also 1st Global Stock Transfer, LLC? In any case, does anyone know why this stock, over the past year, did this?

The company needs to make more of a commitment to the shareholders. The only way to get this stock out of this rut is to buy back and retire a lot more shares. For full disclosure, I only own 500,000 shares, so I only have about $60.00 invested here, but obviously I would like to see it move higher. In order for it to even get to .001, I think the float has to be closer to 1billion at most and a lot of investors have to come in. I was tempted to buy 2 million shares today, but I don't really think management is going to get us out of this rut. BTW, what are the chances of selling at .0002? If it happens often, many people can buy at .0001 and dump at .0002 for a 100% gain.

I keep sending an email to Ms Ryals with the questrion of, Where are the Wholly Owned Emergency Services Subsidiary Pr's?
No reply yet....

I found this on aol's home page.....

After a record hurricane season in 2005, what's ahead for 2006? A new forecast is out, from AccuWeather, and here's what it says:
· 2006 will be busier than normal, but not as busy as last year.
· The Northeast could be a target, as it faces a pattern similar to one that produced a hurricane that killed 600 there in 1938 (above left).
· "Hurricane Rita (above right) was a warning shot" for the upper Texas coast in 2005. The area could face greater than normal activity over the next decade.

Which made me go back to this Pr....

Commonwealth American Financial Announces the Formation of a Wholly Owned Emergency Services Subsidiary

MIAMI, Jan 17, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announced that the Board of Directors has established its Emergency Services Subsidiary. The name of the wholly owned subsidiary is Gulfcoast Emergency Inc.
The Subsidiary's mission is to negotiate contracts with Municipal, City and State Government departments before the 2006 Hurricane season. The corporation is based in Miami, Florida and will bid on emergency type contracts such as, disaster relief, debris removal and logistical services. Contracts will be pre-arranged prior to the disaster so that the execution of contracts will be immediate rather than bidding with several other contractors after severe damage has occurred. A recent quote from the Miami Herald: "`Planning for hurricanes has to be incorporated into South Florida business models,' Nero said. Local economist Tony Villami said so far hurricanes have been a 'hidden cost' of doing business."

There was more to the pr but you get the pic.

I wish this wasn't another fluff PR...

"Companies under consideration are currently generating $10-12 Million in annual sales revenues, with additional manufacturing firms to be considered over the coming weeks." --- we need solid information with names, not possible companies to be considered...

"The goal of Essex is to assist Commonwealth to acquire two undervalued companies over the next 12 months." --- 12 months is a long time to sit on these bags. Hurricane season is right around the corner.

Is this a bunch of BS or what? There is no website EssexCP.com and the Essex Capital Partner, LLC website is http://www.essexcap.com/ . Which by the way, is a single page with a brief description of the two partners background (no Mr. Jones). I find it difficult to believe this website is all that is offered from two supposed Harvard, Brown, and Columbia graduates. I can not find any more solid information on this EssexCP link.

www.essexcap.com is not related with them in any way.

Apollyon: "I wish this wasn't another fluff PR..."
Well, that's exactly what we asked for. lol

Some weeks ago there were some mails sent to Ryals, that stated that she should look at how USXP did it (Lot of PRs, keeping their shareholders updated, even if they're not breaking news).

So we shouldn't be harsh with Ryals. [Wink]

Or,
Thanks, That's a relief, but I can't get the link to work. Might be a firewall issue, I'l try later from a differnet location. Since it's only been up for such a short time may explain why you can't search for it.

Essex just assist and CWFG acquire....IMO not just 50/50 but could be 75/25 for CWFG(15-16 million or more)
