how many trades a week are you allowed or is it just the flipping of one stock too many times?

Isn't it a trade comission ruling that considers you a day trader if you flip too much?

trading on money from unsettled funds is an SEC rule and nothing from your brokers.. If you have been doing it before you could cause your account to be reviewed by the SEC

E*Trade doesn't like the rule either. They only make money when you trade.

they dont care how much you trade. just for instance you make a trade on unsettled funds and the first transaction did not stick they need recourse.

There is some talk of changing the settlement rule to one trading day. Hope that goes through.

I got the same warning when I bought today. But this time I'm using profits and will gladly wait until Friday or whatever. By then this could be at .05 or higher.

Robbie, always been a problem with the PR'S

There is some very pro-active folks in the company..

Remember these guys were some of the first to go to Congress over the NSS issue.

Love the company, just hate to seem um get in the middle of B/S.

Just asked A buddy that was stationed in the KSA said the close about same time as here (about 4:00 pm local). They also close multiple times a day for prayers also. For what it's worth
