This stock is undervalued and will beat the Market Makers, there is no way for them to hold it down with whats going on... Look for great gains and months and months of steady growth.

I think there will be a nice 30% gap up today on open and we may see .045 before lunch. God only knows where it goes from there.

First off those filings against USXP were in retaliation of USXP filings against the SEC. Guess who won? That is right USXP they won because the fact was proven that the SEC MM were constantly holding down and undervaluing USXP shares to cover Naked Shorts. USXP was awarded cash in the amounts of 347M and another 180M give or take a few dollars.
As you can see the SEC would not want that to be public knowledge, so filed their suit hoping USXP would back down... bad gamble for them because the truth always wins out in the end.

I thought there were no criminal actions found against Altomare or his officers in that lawsuit? Isn't that suit at the same time that usxp won a lawsuit against nss?

With all the lather generated by USXP there will be lots of opportunity to make some real money. Old advice...'buy on the dips and sell on the exhuberance'.

they didnt publish facts. They only published fact is that they filed a Lawsuit. in 2003- 2004. Nothing recent and what they dont show is that it was found to have no merit based on previous lawsuits won by USXP

I haven't seen anything that refutes those'facts' nor have I seen anything about any resolution of that lawsuit.

I understand that. Let's say all these new pr's are the absolutely true. What would you say about the company then. I am trying to find any rulings on the lawsuit against usxp.

The only rulings I have found were the ones in which USXP won against the SEC.. This leads me to believe the SEC withdrew their lawsuit quietly and the only way for you to find out if that happend would be to research the state and court in which it was filed.

This company has inovation in a niche market. Perfect for what you want in a penny stock, it also has leadership with a good plan and vision. And most importantly they have made deals with The Saudi's and othe Arab nations that have very deep pockets... This only lends itself to making more money. I dont know any arabs that like to lose money!!!

"The company had less than 50 million shares before the July 2001 judgment. Today, the CEO has succeeded in diluting the outstanding shares to over 2 billion. He argues that this is simply to keep the company afloat from the relentless attack by naked shorts. There was also a criminal investigation carried out by the Justice department on the company and nothing came of it. The court order to stop selling shares was lifted during the summer of 2004. The case against the SEC was thrown out by the judge in Miami earlier this year, but the company has filed an appeal in the 11th circuit court of appeals. The SEC case against the company in NY has been set to be heard only in 2006. Meanwhile, the CEO and his legal counsel, Mr. Gunderson, have been openly touting the fact that the $700 million judgment is eminently collectible, and indeed they are on the verge of announcing the collections. Not a penny has been collected in spite of many, many announcements, most after the SEC sued the company."

Can't lead he who does not follow... Never base your decision on anything that is said in here. This is for bragging and posturing... Base your decisions on facts and good solid research. Sometimes you have to flip a coin, but in the case of USXP there is a lot more left in its tanks.

I plan on investing more in USXP because it is a very playable 'gyration' mode right now.
Buy on the dips and sell when the 'dipsticks' drive it up.
