Lawyers probably advised him that he would be wise to stay out of public forums/venues with the SEC lawsuit looming. Anything you say or do can be used against you in Court...so best thing to say/do is "nothing"

The SEC can bring in anything they want for as far back as they can find BS.
My experience is that RA is just in the old mode of 'be quiet and the chumps will forget about old PR's', then he'll have some new BS to put out.
Been done many times with this stock.

just dumped my usxp a coupla mins ago, jumping on the rshn wagon.. i hope it's not a mistake, and i sure hope USXP will stay no news until i gain on my rshn so i can buy it back.. man, $12k's worth is at stake..

RA if you are reading this: I don't mind the PR's about "coalition of luggage" because they are news related to the direction of USXP--- luggage is,after all the business USXP is mainly focused on! Bashers/naysayers put a lid on it or sell your stock if you have no faith.

Hey,,, blindmellonbasher or whatever they call u. if you hate the stock so much why do you continue to stick around and post crap about this stock , no ones interested in your PAST history.. just move on already and give us a break from the negativity fumes ,,get a life.

It's as good a time as any to get in/back in. RA will eventually post another PR that will get it to pop again. Meanwhike it's slowly climbing...that can't be all bad.

You evedently are a newcomer. I've been in this stock for years. I also have been PAYING ATTENTION to how the USXP 'pie in the sky' PR baloney works.
Why not admit you bought at .03 or so and feel cheated. Just be patient and RA will blow the balloon up again.

YOU are the one that needs help buddy. I've made good money on this stock and will again and again. But you and all the other pumpers love to trash the messenger when he brings the facts out in the sunlight.
Play this for what it is. A pennystock gamble. Learn to buy low and sell higher. It really, really works.

I'll change that to .016 by EOD. Maybe my guesses are pushing it up....LOL
But more likely it's being 'walked' up by MM's or daytraders. Then at the right time 'they' take their profit and it drops back.
