RA knows exactly what he's doing. I think simply because he is making this "worldwide announcement" it will NOT be , CAN not be fluff, just my gut feeling. We're going to hear something solid, regardless of the 8K filing or whatever. I think he's going to either do this solo or have one, or a group, of foreign investors with him to confirm all of the funding commitments, which is why he's making this a worldwide event, to make sure the saudi investors are listening.

(OTCBB:USXP) announced today, its subsidiary, UniversalPost Network is in the final phase development of the new PostalNation website and data tool for its private postal store members, vendors and consumers. "The new PostalNation (www.postalnation.com) website is poised to be the primary search engine for all private postal store product and service needs offered through UniversalPost Network and Universal Express. We have designed this site to aid not only the members of UniversalPost Network, but the vendors, suppliers and public as well," said Robert Weiner, Co-Director of UniversalPost Network.
"Once this initial phase is operational, the next aspect of UniversalPost Network will include full integration with 'Handles-06(TM)'," stated Mariano Guerrero, Co-Director. For the first 5 minutes of the trading day when it started high and dropped down to near open, the volume was very low, under 15 million. In the past 10 minutes the volume has more than quadrupled and we're on our way up. A good sign, IMO.
