1) RA makes friends with the MM's gives us pure fluff and the bottom drops out and the MM's cover their shorts and he buys back shares on the open market at rock bottom price.( Highly unlikely as he hates the MM's, and this would also destroy any faith for future investors and shareholders)
2) He announces that the ANS deal is complete. There needs to be no new filing as this deal was initiated from Oct of last year if we are to believe the unidentified company making the offer was USXP or its investor. ( I like this senario, because ANS trades on AMEX and the share price in a reverse merger suits us just fine. )We get rich with this theory, so its my favorite!!
3) Th dude is just shear crazy and loves the sound of his voice and the way he looks on TV. Then he is commited to the funny farm, our share value falls as we await a replacement CEO.

I believe it will be the ANS deal but if it is pure fluff then the stock might tank like you suggested.

Thinking of buying more shares this morning based on the conference this Wed. One thing that worries me is that the web conference might be pure fluff and then the stock will tank.

Don't expect much more than the calming of 'investors' nerves.
My bet is a rehash of the latest PR's with little 'meat' added.

I disagree on that point... He could put out the meat on a PR... what better way to finally say f u to all the doubters than to have the deal signed right there on the webcast. It could be, no reason to be so brash about it. I know it is his general character, but this would make him look like a fool hyping with nothing. look for alot of turbins, and pen and paper in the room too.

USXP - I expect a real PR today. After breaking .05 we will see up to .17 very fast IMHO. You may laugh, but maybe as early as today we see this PPS. Think what we have still open:

Exactly and those following the stock the closest are the investor. That is where the capital comes from, so there is noone more important than them. Why have a webcast, a worldwide live webcast to disgrace them with fluff... It is not going to happen. We see reall progress if not conclusion to some of these deals tomorrow!! IMO

The discussions of the aquisition are from last year.. between Oct- Dec, Whether there was a letter of intent, I would have to dig deeper, but no new filings would have to have been made if there were.
lets say ANS signs letter of intent to sell ANS to USXP for $6.50 per share as was offered in Dec. If this is only the confirmation of that deal... just a confirmation of a letter from ANS not the other way around... That puts us in a very favorable position. This stock could be trading over $1 by Friday.

Middle East market has nothing to do with this deal or the US Markets. The only thing that helps is the oil to trade higher... great for futures.

First off thats nice sarci attitude .. I kind of like it, sort of like me!
Imagine he already bought back how many ever shares was suggested in the share buy back scheme. As we have been hovering in the lows of the last month, this is not far from plausable, second, since they are bought on the open market no filings needed!! just something to think about!!

I believe the Conference Call will confirm the AirNet acquisition.
As I pointed out in an earlier post, USXP submitted the requested funding commitments on Feb 13th, and thus should have started their 20 day DD the following week. That would put the completion of this 20 day DD (around) last weekend.
I predicted the news this week... and here it is.
What we don't know is how long the process will take to complete the merger. This includes any required ANS shareholder votes, etc...
We should also see a timetable for the change of USXP's symbol and the subsequent move to the "big board". This is very important, as it will legitimize the company as a major player, and not just a small penny stock company.
I believe it is also very likely to hear more news on the purchase of the Florida Oil & Gas company.
There have been many rumors on the boards regarding a possible merger with CRGO and this would be a good time to ask that question.
Another VERY IMPORTANT question that needs to be addressed is the fact that the company is fairly dilluted with nearly a 6 Billion float.
He has claimed to earmark some of the Saudi investment money to buy back some shares. I personally would like to know how many shares he plans to buy back.
All in all there will be MANY questions answered and I recommend anyone who is interested to post a question during the CC. He has promissed that any questions not answered during the CC (due to time constraints) will be answered "electronically" (i.e. via email).
Basically we're looking at a VERY good thing here. I can't imagine that he would pump up this CC to the extent that he has without delivering soem SERIOUS news.

Either way I am in this for the fun and money... just remember it is the speculation of the news that moves the market, not the news itself. Sometimes all the profits are factored in before they ever release any details. The actual new then just sustains whether the stock continues to climb or drops sharply!!

Oh..this stock will definitely spike up today. Anticipation always does that. Then it will probably be steady tomorrow until after the webcast. Depending on what is presented in the webcast it will either pop through the roof or tank to below a penny.

It is a tough call. I would like to think it would sky rocket after the web conference although I am not 100% sure the conference will be nothing more than fluff.
