I would like to pose a few questions to the board...
First, as per the PR dated Feb 24, 2006, with regards to the Saudi Investments: "...In addition, Universal Express has today submitted its corporate brokerage account forms to invest a percentage of these investments [the Saudi money] to purchase AirNet [an air cargo company (AMEX: ANS)] and its own Universal Express stock on the open market..."
As well as the PR dated Feb 27, 2006: "...Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), signed a Letter of Intent to purchase a South Florida based fuel and wholesale jobber... Due to confidentiality agreements, full details of this transaction will be made available after our successful closing..."
Now, how long do you think it takes to close these deals..? A day..? A week..? Of course not. These deals will take weeks to finalize.
If RA just got back in the U.S. on monday with the money, do you actually think he could close these deals in 3 days so he could get you your precious PRs by the weekend..? Not likely.
Furthermore, if RA intends on using some of this Saudi money to buy "Universal Express stock on the open market", then don't you think he will want to get those shares at the CHEAPEST price possible..?
In other words, why would he put out a PR to pump up the stock until AFTER he has had a chance to grab those cheap shares. This is just smart business.
Everyone on this board (myself included) wants to see these PRs ASAP (so we can cash in on some profits and work some additional deals), but WE don't get to set the timetable. Things will happen when they do, and bitching and moaning about these "fluff" PRs isn't going to make the PRs come any quicker.
Yes, the stock has dropped some 15% to 20% per day the past week... Well, welcome to penny stocks!!! And guess what, it'll probably drop another 10% + again tomorrow until the PR we are all waiting for comes out...
But when it does this stock is going to bounce right back to the .03+ range again and we'll all be happy campers...
Remember you haven't lost a PENNY unless you SELL!!! If you believe in this stock (like I do), then you don't have anything to worry about. Just sit back and take a deep breath. The PRs will come, and when they do the "bashers" will be nonexistent.
And as for these "fluff" PRs... "The Coalition for Luggage Security" has its own agenda and purpose, and that is to keep people aware of the NEED for this service. And these PRs are not done as a SUBSTITUTE for the REAL PRs that we want to see. They will continue from now on, and YES they are needed to keep the public AWARE of the ever growing need for this service.
As for the "bashers" that keep slamming this stock, they can only have one agenda... they want to drive the price down so they can buy the CHEAP shares -- Period!
Otherwise, why would they be hanging out in this thread. They know the stock will rebound, and they are just trying to get you to sell your shares for a loss so they can steal them!!
My 2 cents worth... well, maybe 3 and a half... LOL !!

Most novice penny investors want an instant potload if cash. They are the ones who always lose on the pennies. Their loss is our gain in the long run.

It's a small world... I worked WCS (Weapon Control Systems) on the F4 (c/d) from 1986 to 1990. 507th TFG... we even had a few Fantoms in our unit with mig kills from Viet Nam. Then my unit switched to F16s in 1990.
Of course this was quite a few years AFTER you worked on them. Hell, I was BORN in 1968 !! LOL

For about a month... I've been day trading it for the past couple weeks, but plan to build up my shares for the long haul.
I like the business plan, and with the AirNet deal and the Florida Oil & Gas Co, it sounds like they're making some good long term business plans.
And if the Saudi/Dubai investments come in this thing could explode overnight.

I want to clear up one of my earlier comments... when I said I'm in this for the "long haul".
I DON'T think it will take "months" for the stock to move. In fact, I believe we will be back on the way up next week, and should return to the .03+ levels VERY SOON.
But the REAL serious profits will be made in the coming months...............

Been long in CRGO since .0033 and USXP since .0066, all free shares! What a deal this would make. Been crazy sitting here and not selling USXP as it has been falling back down.

People have been asking what KIND of news "could" RA announce in the coming weeks and how good could it really be...
He has obviously been playing his cards close to his chest this past week...
Well, "what if" he came back next week and announced that he did, in fact, get the $200 Mil +++ investment, and USXP has PURCHASED AirNet, the Florida Oil & Gas Co, AND Cargo..?
Hmmmmmm... the port deal looks dead, so there may be some wealthy guys in Dubai with a little extra money in their pockets... just looking for someplace to invest it...
Again, this is purely speculation, but can you IMAGINE what USXP stock would do..?
