Of course it"s speculation. But the logic might be accurate. Either RA has an ace up his sleeve or he has a passport and plane tickets in his pocket for Dubai.....lol

If you read previous posts you will find the rumor is probably just a rumor, unless the day of his being on cnbc has changed because he is not on the guest list previous posted.

Another PR from RA might be a letter of intent to buy Barnum and Baily's....after all it seems he already has a fully functional house of mirrors.

I got out at .025 and .0235 today....I want to wait and see if the RSI goes below 50 again, or perhaps if the price goes below .01.....then I may finally buy a bunch more shares than I had before.
Is there a site at which I can view the RSI live?

nothin goin on except that its a penny stock that shot up 600 % plus your seeing serious uncertainty panic. It was bound to come down. nothin more to it than that IMO.
whats up with the SEC suing talk am i outta the loop?
I made the mistake and bought in to high. I payed dearly.
watch tomorrow for a buy in. Day traders could come back to this in a heartbeat just because they made so much $ before. USXP is always a volume leader.
IMO buy in at .01 and as high as .014 I'll be there in the morning.

Cactus, USXP has a lawsuit vs the SEC for $1.2 billion starting this spring( in the appellate court- the 2nd highest behind the supreme court) ...they(appellate court) would NOT entertain hearing this case if there was NO merit....lets cross our fingers...

"If" USXP is planning on buying back some shares..They are going to want it to drop before they start that...I have already made a bundle on this stock...it's been great.. so I am letting it ride..just for **its and giggles...if it flies...I fly with it...if it drops...they are basically free shares dropping... I think that it is going to drop way way down...but I am going to the basement to see what is there...

I would think USXP can "control" the share price "slightly"...if they have things in the works..do they "have to" announce it? Can't they file the needed paperwork to start "buying back" the shares and then when it is almost done..release the PR's to make it go up? Or do they have to report everything? For instance...if even one of their "purchase intents" were actually in the making...isn't it better for them to have it almost finalized BEFORE releasing a PR about it? Wouldn't that be "legal" and still to their benefit? I'm fairly new to all of these "games" so forgive my rationale..if it is "off base"

Most (sub)penny stock companies keep themselves afloat by selling/diluting their stock, so PR's are how they attempt to get as good a price as they can. Take a look at a bunch of financial sheets for pennies and you'll see more red than black in most cases. We make money by watching when a penny generates interest that causes the price to rise. That's called momentum.
There are virtually no pennies that are true 'investment' quality.

One way to smooth out the process is to determine what you will risk, use a portion...say 50% to get in and then watch the price. Sell if you make a good gain....buy more on dips.....or average down if it sinks and you think the stock will rebound.

attaboy...
only caveat might be to go easy on the "covet," also...
you will have losses...
unavoidable if you trade much; imho, "covet" denotes an emotional attachment
Example: if my tools get stolen, I'll be pizzed--but I won't spend the rest of my life tracking down the thief...
will get new tools and go back to work
(of course, if I catch the thief stealing my tools? thief gets a "Zen moment")

The more you have to risk the easier it actually is to play the pennies. A small pot makes it more likely you'll wait for a bigger percentage rise in the price. That raises the chances of chasing the price down trying to get out. A larger pot allows a smaller percentage...if you have discipline. I shoot for a 25% or so gain and I'm out (usually...there are always exceptions).
