For me let it drop to .01. I might just add a pot load more. This went down just like it went up. Any real news and it could jump right back up.
For you holding from the high .03's or .04, just look at it as a hold. You don't really lose until you sell. Or average down if you have the guts.

Everyday is a fresh start. The pennies are like a slot machine. You put in your money and pull the handle. The wheels spin and you hope for the best.
RA has done as good a job of keeping his company and it's stock in play as any penny on the boards. Don't give up on him jsut as he may be putting together the best scam....err 'opportunity' that he has ever done.
I seriously believe that he will not be able to get out of the corner this time. He will have to deliver or face the music.
The 'Safe Harbor' clause doesn't protect him from outright lies and fraud. That said, there is at least a reasonable chance that one or more of the recent PR's he has provided will have to come to fruition to at least some degree.

The only way you lose is to sell. We all have had bad experiences and some learn. Expecting a penny to continue to go up up up is silly. You buy in and immediately decide what is an acceptable profit and stick to that. When the opportunity presents itself you SELL to get that profit.

I held 138800, sold 38800 at .031 at open today. Made back my investment plus ~ $200. I think I'll sit on the remaining 100K and see where it goes.
I got in between .003 - .007.
Considering picking up somemore shares if it goes down somemore tomorrow.

Between the letter of intent and re-release of news reported in Sept of loss it makes sense for this bailing. Stock always takes a tumble when the company is aquiring another company. What say you?

I agree Blind Mellon. I have had USXP since 2001 and have seen so, so, so, so many PR's from deals w/ IBM, Ford, GE...., to 4 lawsuits,etc, et al.
What can keep this in MAJOR PLAY and no MM can stop....is the lawsuit that starts against the SEC this Spring for $1.2 Billion....remember USXP won a suit almost 3 yrs ago for $450 million against naked short traders in Florida ( that by the way was decided by a Federal judge), but haven't been able to collect and $$$ yet. This case will have alot of weight on the one against the SEC( which is in the 2nd highest court in the land, behind the Supreme)...granted the SEC is very powerful...they also have $$$$ to pay out if/when they lose....I foresee a settlement around $50-150 million and this will be straight cash in the bank >>>>> and then USXP could go up to a .25 - $1.00.
*******Don't Panic USXP holders--firm up your positions and sit tight....the SEC is guilty, now it depends what happens.

Look. I have been in this as long as you. With RA absolutely anything seems possible. The main problem is that nothing ever comes of anything. I still think he may be blowing a lot of smoke with the recent PR's....but I reiterate that he might now be in a corner and HAS to produce something tangible or risk big trouble. The SEC has to be looking for a wedge and if the recent PR's are a lot of BS, he may be toast.

Your correct....Im sure they ( Federal Govt/SEC) have been fine combing through USXP for anything to trip them up and make this suit go away......the New York Post ran a front page article on this last year that implicated a couple of CIA agents involved with the naked traders in Florida......so you're right if they find out some mud on USXP they're toast, but if not time for the SEC to pay up !

something is obviously going on here if the price keeps dropping so much. obviously usxp has to be monitoring this so the price has to raise eventually so they can make money. all this business about RA and fraud seems to be speculation at this point
