I don't understand this "and Company" Is this Mr. Fan & his company acting as interim Pres? Is that plural? Is this like that phone commercial where the guy signs up for service & when he walks out the door 1000 workers are waiting to be on his team?LOL

Did not get email yet on the PR which is unusual. I generally get them emailed pretty quick. It has been posted on Yahoo finance and it is on QTN website.

IT sounds like Fan has the finances and the muscle to run Q. If he's connected with the Legendary Tong Chinese underground they can have Frank tied in a chair, with bamboo shoots being inserted underneath his fingernails at a minutes notice. If he doesn't cooperate of course.

I don't know that Frank is in a position to give a lot of orders, given his current financial situation. Maybe Fan thinks he can run the show better than Frank is. JMO

Interesting read:

A Chinese University Removes a Topic From the Closet

Published: September 8, 2005
SHANGHAI, Sept. 7 - As the class got under way, the diminutive teacher standing before an overcrowded lecture hall in this city's most exclusive university handed out a survey. The first of several multiple-choice questions asked students what their feelings would be if they encountered two male lovers: total acceptance, reluctant acceptance, rejection or disgust?

As a way of breaking the ice, the teacher, Sun Zhongxin, 35, with a Ph.D. in sociology and a fondness for PowerPoint presentations, read aloud some of the answers anonymously. In her survey, most of the 120 or so students said they would reluctantly accept gay lovers in their midst.

Unfortunately, I think this may be true to a degree. I mean, it is like Frank had to go to the the Chineese version of Tony Soprano and ask for a loan. Like Tony, he will loan them the money, put one of his own men in there to "help" run the business and in the meatime Tony's men will take whatever they want. And if Frank doesn't like it, well, there is alway that new building that they are pouring new concrete pilings for that needs extra support of one body..... [Big Grin]

In reference to yeseterdays news: Any guesses of when our new "President" will do a reverse split? Also, something else to ponder... If we thought Frankie boy didn't give a sh!t about QBID shareholders, what do we think this Loyd Fan guy will do. If he is and his partners are investing in QTN, do we think they give a sh!t about us QBID shareholders? IMO, Frankie the franud MUST be extremeley desperate at this point.

If you look up "interim" it means "temporary" among other things. Aside from the obvious financial shortfalls, I keep wondering if Frank's ongoing health issues isn't driving this a little as well.

im not trying to spread fear or hope i just thought it was interesting i have never been filled for less than .0001.

this qbidiot is on the hunt for more shares

40 million long and strong. im going for 100 million then when we get to .01 im dumping a few shares hehehehe.

And we haven't hit the second hour.

The .0009 email trigger I got yesterday brought me back into actively watching mode. Stupid MMs. Here's hoping all this volume is buying pressure and we'll see some upticking.

Amazing, it took me 10 seconds yesterday to buy 1 million shares at .0001. Today it took me an hour and a half to sell 10million in my trading account at .0001.

Still have 5 mill in my IRA...

If anything good happens, there be plenty of time to buy back.

It's always been easier to buy than sell, though I think an hour and a half is much longer than what people were seeing before.

Everyone should go back and edit every one of their posts in this 218 page thread to:
