JimSC - watch MGEN at bottom

and interesting - every time you see a trade for 300k (at bid or below) it jump 30%
(probably an S8 or SB2 sale)

List of Stocks selected by Will & JimSc:
(01/13/06)

NAWL
EZTO
AXIG

Watch list:
ADZR
EYII
AMEP

Note:
1. Criteria used by Will: UHV(unusual high volume)
2. Criteria used by JimSC: evidence of
accumulation of shares by the MMs for
a possible run soon;
3. For trades only -- no DD was done.
4. Treat each trade as a gamble;
5. Watch it. Get in only when it runs.

For all the fundalmentelist out there I just want to mention a negative regarding NAWL. NAWL fits the model very well, but has a PRE14C Filing to raise the A/S. It could be a high risk play. I decided to think out of the PRE14C Box. Usually one someone selects a stock with that kind of filing staring them in the face I call it to their attention as a BIG red flag. This past week or so we saw two stocks that fit the model have gains with recent SB-2, which is another red flag. We have also seen BDWI and ADDI run after announcing a R/S, a real big red flag, the dreaded R/S, but they run before the split it seems. I'm sure everyone has noticed that a day or two prior to the split a lot of R/S'ers run some. What accounts for that? Are the MM's clearing their inventory before these negatives become effective, sorta a last hurrah? If it happens with SB-2's and R/S being filed, why can't it happen before potential dillution becomes real dillution, and keep in mind only the A/S is being raised, not the O/S, current A/S is 150M with all issued, which is a low outstanding for a subpenny. The PRE14C is just that PRE, I think there might be time for some upward price movement before we see a DEF14C.
Like I said, this is new thinking to me, and pretty contrary to the way I trained myself to think, and probably contrary to most of you that watch fundalmentals. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

i was just pointing on a signal (300k) that often mark the bottom on MGEN - volume is still low

regarding volume signal probably good for you can be
UCSY (also very strong in Germany) and
WDAM chart bottom and 10m volume past 3 days (S8 for 2m already completed)
MMAM also chart bottom and 5m volume past 2 days

WDAM:

1/13/06 Volume : 4820200

Average Volume
5-Day 2399840
20-Day 1433445
50-Day 2376886

I liked the volume on this, like to have seen just a little higher though. Notice they drooped it to .0075, on 1/11, there might still be some bottom accuumulation yet to come on WDAM, but does look like it is getting ripe.

AXIG: pps got pulled down by 33$ for hard

also? sometimes...those "pre" filings don't always indicate an imminent r/s. One that comes to mind was the SMKT r/m; as I recall, there was a pre-14 that spooked everybody...whether an r/s eventually took place, I don't know...but if it did? hadda be quite awhile after what was indicated. Again, as I remember...

Empty your mailbox, Tex.

That PRE14C isn't referrencing a R/S but raising the A/S only at this time.
