Strong similarities between IELM and EZMM. I will be watching for any uptick to jump in, but will excercise caution. It will most likely bounce, but the bounce might not be as dramatic as EZMM, all depends on volume.

IELM has news posted tonight

IElement Corporation Closes $1.579 Million Private Placement

DALLAS, Jan. 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- IElement Corporation (OTCBB:IELM) (Frankfurt:SZQ1), a nationwide provider of advanced communications services and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions, announced today that it has completed a private placement in the amount of $1,579,375 with warrants that would bring in an additional $2,256,250 if all warrants are exercised. The placement was conducted as a "Unit Offering" with each $17,500 Unit consisting of 500,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase another 250,000 shares at ten cents per share.

IElement originally sought to raise $560,000 in the placement but increased the offering to ensure the company could meet more long-term goals. Ivan Zweig, IElement's CEO, said, "We expect that the funding will enable us to expand our footprint and product offerings as well as gain market share. At the same time, our customers will be able to rely on us for the state-of-the-art telecommunications solutions, consultative approach and personalized customer service that they have enjoyed for years."

IElement intends to use the proceeds to bolster its sales presence in its current markets while pushing into new ones, add to its growing stable of product offerings and pursue the acquisition of complimentary businesses. The company will also upgrade certain network equipment to better accommodate the rapid growth expected in the VoIP sector.

IELM:

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date:

There were 96,477,065 issued and outstanding shares of the registrant's common stock, $.001 par value per share, on NOVEMBER 14, 2005.

Still what I would consider a low O/S even adding the placement amount to the O/S published in the lastest 10Q, 96.4M

I think everyone would be doing themselves a huge favor by closely watching these picks. When Jim & Will first started doing this, I loaded 5 of their first picks into a watch list. AOGS, JKRI, SSSU, BANY, and PMED. Based on a modest 100,000 share purchase of each at the ask on the morning they posted them, you would have invested about $1,750.00, not counting commissions. As of right now, the current market value is $2,900.00. I think they're really onto something here.

Appreciate it, UpMan. I am not an advocate of holding anything for a long time. I would encourage anyone who might have bought any of these low, take profit, or at least get themselves in free share position.

Out of the 5, that's the one I'm most leery of. Don't like their history one bit. It exploded right after Jim and Will picked it and has come down since. It's still up a bit overall though.

MMs have great interest in JKRI. They will
collect all the cheap share they can get.
When it's done, they will raise it to 12
times the current value. Mr. J. Nelson,
the new president, will get his major
conpensation from a stock option
2 M shares at a striking price of 0.015.
Don't be fooled by the MMs, when they
take down the pps, go get your cheap shares
too. Mr. Nelson will have a series of PRs
in the next few weeks and the MMs are
going to raise the pps accordingly. This
is a typical game of the MMs. See what
they did to VCTY and SYCI, they have
the complete control of PPs for penn
stocks, especially those small float
ones. Two great gambles for today:
MBAH and JKRI -- bottom bounce play.

Q: Why JKRI, a dilutive, scamming stock could
jump up 120%?

A:
1. JKRI was taken over by DNI on Dec. 5, 2005
and the ann rev invreased 50 folds from
0.1 mm$ to 5.0 mm$. The market tried to
jump up, but the MMs pulled it down by 85%
instead. MMs' manipulation is very clear.

2. JKRI has very low float -- O/S: 16 mm Shares.
3. The pps, at 0.0028, is so low that it takes only 50
investors, each invests $560, to buy up the
whole float.
4. The new president, Mr. J. Nelson, took
a stock option for 2 mm shares at the
striking price of 0.015, as the main
compensation. He will do his best to
pump the pps; he may pay the MMs to do sol
5. The MMs have completed the accumulation
phase; the jump of 120% is only the beginning
and the end cuould be 1200% for the unloading
phase.
5. Now at 0.003, JKRI is a great gamble --
since you are gambling on the president
and the MMs' side. Watch it.

Thank you, Bullistic.

I just reported the MMs' accumulations
of their targetted stocks. You have to
decide how to play your own games. A
lot of numbers could not make sense,
unless you account for the MMs' interest
and activities.
After studying many charts, I conclude
that:
1. All the pps of penn stocks are controlled
by the MMs;
2. All stock runs are done by the MMs, for
the benefit of the MMs;
3. The MMs are very capable - they can pull
down the pps to get cheap shares from the
investors, and raise the pps to sell them
to the investors for a profit.
4. The only way for us to survive is to
follow the MMs: buy when they are buying,
and sell when they are unloading.
5. Instead of fighting against the MMs,
we sholud keep track of their activities.

My top two are ADMH and MBAH.
ADMH: it's a new game.
MBAH: it got good track of record.

If ADMH stays at bottom tomorrow, it will be
my choice because it used to jump very high.
