i would dump this stock if i wasnt down so much on it. this is looking more and more like QBID...the promise of a great network with demand and a market, promises of great carriers....but no follow through.

QBID doesn't even trade at .0001. It trades at .00009 between the MM's. You have not been able to sell QBID at .0001 in at least two months. I know because I have tried to get rid of the POS.

Yes, it can be offered in the U.S. Recently launched in Canada, TFN has been gaining more interest in not just Canada but the U.S. as well. I finally got to talk with sales on Monday, even though TFN is offered on the Cancom platform (F1R ku), it is separate meaning contracts and authorization would go directly through TFN and not Cancom. I was pleased to hear this, I am interested in adding this to the system I work in. I came up with the idea that I pitched to my buddy’s from my recreational hockey team. A 24 hour channel that showed All Fights, All the Time “The Fight Network,” they loved the idea I loved the idea so I went about it. face it ....looks like another QBID.
oh and those dividend shares we got? when we got them they were what....40 cents per share? now look....barely even a penny...they are becoming more worthless as time goes.

we get dividends of a company that was SNYY and then goes to AMSN and then does the same...DROPS

its going to be another QBID plain and simple. broken promises.
dont get me wrong the INTENT to do well is just dandy, but just because you want something to happen doesnt mean it will. we got burned on this, and so what if USXP did some huge run. are you forgetting we are NOT USXP? we are different and just because another stock did it doesnt mean we will either.
this is just a factual post nothing more nothing less. if anyone disagrees with where we are at and what has happened to this company and our dividends id love to hear about the positive.
hopefully we can scavange our investment back and move on to stocks that actually MOVE...and im not talking about moving DOWN.
so many "loyal" BKMPrs scolded those here who said we would go below .0005 and .0003.....they were "bashers" they were "pessimists"
now we are at .0002 on the verge of .0001 and once we hit .0001 its over. i really would like to hear someones explanation on why we wont hit .0001

Let's list the good things that you would not PR while they're taking place:
1) Buyback of shares - Need to keep price low to execute this effectively. 2) The change in ownership structure to give BKMP more ownership of TFN - This has legal implications and no companies discuss merger/acquisition activities until all paperwork/contracts/legalities are formalized. 3) Same applies for USA carrier agreements, it's a negotiation of a legal contract. The parties will never discuss deal details before it's done, approved, and signed. 4) Moving up to a new exchange - This is pertinent here but there's mandatory 2 weeks or so of corporate silence before such an event can occur.
I'm sure there are many other circumstances which may demand silence. Conclusion: The sky is not falling, we'll get there.

I think that we could all guess that Rasica (pumper) would be the first one to reply. Tell us all this, Rasica (pumper), The buyback was signed one year ago at .02. Have you seen this sell at .02 since then? When is this going to happen because I would gladly sell at that price. You were the one who posted this buyback originally and with this price. There is no change of ownership structure at TFN. BKMP holds 20%... the same as before. Just because they put a PO box up in the US doesn't mean that they have changed their headquarters, it doesn't mean that they averted law in any form. It is possible to headquarter themselves in the US now that has happened but it does not mean it is even probable. How can they be discussing US carrier agreements when they are not liscenced to broadcast in the US? There are laws, you know. A "mandatory 2 weeks of corporate silence" would be a business practice, not a law. Each business building their own model and following their own set of "Corporate Rules." Are we to assume you as an insider to BKMP? I would truly like to know how you are aware of the business rules that Sandy has set up in Ontario.

Dude, liquidate and move on. It's obvious you don't have the patience for a longer term play. To compare this to QBID is stupidity. QBID has a 200 billion O/S and this has a 5 billion O/S. QBID is a gay channel and TFN is on the crest of one of the biggest crazes in combat entertainment. Boxing is dead. Mixed martial arts are the present and future. But again, go back to flipping USXP and RSHN and leave this one to the people who think longer term.

i havent seen any 'promises' made by bkmp. theyve already performed better than my expectations- i gave them no chance at first and they're actually still in business. and they have carriers.
they ran to .0018 on a symbol change and a divy, not on news.
theyve yet to do anything, which i have no problem with because i believe they WILL do something. i dont really care when they do it, cuz im holding regardless.
i dont understand why CCMoo says it's 'over' at 0001. whats over? what did i miss? we started at 0003... or at least i started following at 0003. on no news. and were back where we started, on no news.
qbid ran a friggin soap opera with its news and shareholder involvement and scams. sorry, even after getting burned on Q i cant see any comparison to BKMP.

I am a huge UFC fan. The "UFC 3" third episode is on tonight on spike TV at 10:00pm The ratings are huge for this program. MMA (mix martial arts) is the new craze.
St. Pierre is to the UFC what Lebron, Pujols and Manning are to their respective sports. I know St. Pierre does not have any kind of deal with TFN but it is still great PR.
