Don't know about that, but I noticed our dividend shares from SNYY that changed symbols to AMSN sure has been going to hell. They had a wbsite thats gone and the share price has decreased to.01, maybe less. So right now to me it's bogus. Doesn't look good to the untrained eye. Does any one else know something? Its time to hunt down Sandy again.

Called the number, 1(416)918-2209, that used to be AMEROSSI INTERNATIONAL an got the voice mail for BKMP Prez-Sandy Winick. I've held this stock since .0004 and will continue to hold, but me thinks something is afoot. No AMSN site and price is gone to the dogs. Well it didn't cost anything at least.

AMSN owns a chunk of Terra Block and Kachina Gold, so you may wanna look those companies up as well. I'm pretty sure they are legit. I would think that there would be news out if AMSN divested itself of those companies.

Ya legitimate perhaps. Legitimatly worthless. I know we didn't pay for the stock divy and I even made a profit pre xdate on it. But the pps was .80 or something back that at that time. So Kaching gold and ...

Big rod is correct.. these are the questions i would like to know about..
don't get me wrong,.. i am positive (at the moment) on bkmp.. if i wasn't i wouldn't be holding a position.. but i dont really trust sandy all too much.
hopefully these questions will be answered by summer time.. i plan on adding more until i reach the 10-15m mark.

As far as I'm concerned the less we hear from Sandy the better. As long as TFN keeps growing and eventually gets the US contracts and World Wide contracts, this thing has the potential to do a USXP. And that is all I need.

Remember early in the thread I came here saying I was afraid there could be a connection between BKMP and GRYF (because Sandy Winick was CEO of Bershire collection and a certain O'Bell was there too and that O'Bell was CEO of GRYF). I finally bought fot about 200$ of this stock, money I would play at the casino, because TFN is real and I may have a better chance than at the casino ;-)
Anyway, Max, on the previous page you mentionned AMSN owns Terra Block (TDVJ). Well, guess what? Terra Block (TDVJ) changed it's name from Slateco (SLTJ). GRYF sold franchise rights to Slateco in exchange for stocks.
Basically, what I'm saying here is that we have a second connection between BKMP and GRYF and to me that's not good news. At least TFN is really out there, but that doesn't mean Sandy Winick and others won't try to make a lot of money on the back of shareholders. Happy I just put casino money in there.

Gimme the story on GRYF. And what exactly do you think Sandy is gonna do that he couldn't have done already? IMO, all he can do is dilute, R/S or my biggest fear is that he would sell his interest in TFN and kill the symbol. Do you have any other fear that I don't? Gimme the list of crooked things Sandy has done in the past. I am in this for the rest of the year. Once it makes a decent run I am out.

Sandy all so has his fingers in RUSH and PAIM Can't say much for PAIM but RUSH and BKMP have made people money (not me) but for those that got in early did make some $$$

I NEVER saw Sandy's name associated with Greyfield Capital and I don't KNOW anything. I just see some weird connections and share them. The one I saw earlier didn't bother me because Sandy's could have come to Berkshire before or after O'Bell (CEO of GRYF). But now Terra Block, which was Slateco who purchased franchise rights from Gryf. IMO, this is not a coincidence.
As for GRYF story... Greyfield Capital bought The Autorama, a used car dealership. They opened 2 others dealership and stated huge increase in revenues and had plenty of PR. But one day, SEC stopped the trading for 10 days for an investigation. Company came the next day with disclosure stating they wanted to be transparent. Never heard from them since and stock doesn't trade (well on grey sheets only it seems).
Seeing 2 connections with GRYF and seeing all those name changes (FCDH to BKMP, SNYY to AMSN, SLTJ to TDVJ), I think anything bad can happen, but your biggest fear is unfortunately very realistic.
Let's hope not, I'd like to make some money with this one to cover loss from GRYF ;-)

The thing you have to remember, is that FCDH/BKMP is a holding company. So they only held a partial interest in Terra Block and Kachina Gold, which they sold to SNYY/AMSN. Sandy has his hands in many "pies." He acts as a consultant to many companies. Here is a bio on the guy:

that's what i thought. watching the sales during the day for the past week+ it clearly seems more BUYBACK than Dilution.
they had a chance to dilute when the stock was higher... there was tons of potential to keep the price high and float a few more PR's and dump shares. instead they have been quiet and let the price fall lower... and someone is buying bigtime, cuz someone's gotta buy if there's all those sales.
plus it seems orchestrated- around 1230pm-130pm each day theres a few 100,000's and 5000's then millions of shares start going through in succession. then nada.
NOT a bunch of 999999s after hours.. more like a planned daily amount.
and theyve been very very quiet.
either theyre huntin wabbits or we see some big news when theyre done.
dont forget sandy is on the biz side but in interviews the founders say this is their lifelong dream. i dont think theyre gonna let sandy screw it up for a few million shares at 0002!

I think the PR said he was gonna buy back 2 billion shares over the next 2 years, but there was never any specific timetable given. As far as I'm concerned the 5 billion A/S that it supposedly has now is perfect for a run to .01, if we can just get some US contracts and a nice revenue PR.

Not too happy about where we are.. and where we have been the past few days/weeks.. but i still feel very strongly about this company...at the very least i feel we will see a run to .002x come this summer.
I plan on purchasing more at these levels... you really can't beat the bargain prices..

you know i think a lot of people finally humbled themselves into silence after the huge and outspokn claims that feb. was THE MONTH....and then it was march which was to be THE MONTH....and then april was to be..THE MONTH...now its more realistic which is....the stock is worthless with the current PPS...but it has potential...so lets see what they can do

UFC got a huge pump yesterday on CNBC's "On the Money". They were talking about how huge mix martial arts is in the US. It was a great piece to watch.

BKMP's has continued product growth by adding more and more cable and network service providers that are now carrying The Fight Channel, they have also continued their promo efforts and relationship with the UFC and others. This will lead TFC to a major US carrier soon. Be patient with this one, at these prices this is a steal. When the news does come we will all be very rich...IMO

i didn't buy this stock for a quick flip.. i bought it because i see the potential.. i don't mind holding it for over a year but i really think at one point or another we'll do nicely for our patience and holding out.
after reading some posts in ihub, i have to say that i really do not like sandy.. i especially didn't like the email he made in regards to someones **** that they should remove it immediately.. he is so quick to address problems that affects himself, but takes his time, throws out smoke clouds, misdirects when it comes to share structure, o/s, etc.
