Make money where you can get it. .0002/.0003 to .0014, is a very big gain when you have millions of shares. This is the home of the OTC/Pinks. Come on, 98% of these stocks are just hope and hype. How many actually climb out of the sub pennies? This year the only ones below .0005, has only been USXP and RSHN that has run to .01 or higher. [Cool]

You will never get filled at .0001! This is not Paim or Qbid. It is at its 52 week low now. It will not go down any further. Everyone is trying to get in at .0002/.0003 now. It will start to trend up. Bank it.
it's been at it's 52 week low for about 2 years? with a new low everyday?

You got any proof of dilution?.. I know it's easy to speculate. What do you KNOW that I don't?

EVERY cable company added, no matter how small, is potential revenue.

[Big Grin] Oh Boy, nice to see TFN mentioned in same write-up as the WWE and WrestleMania. Only a matter of time for this stock.

It’s managed to get to the point now that people remember it from 20 years ago,” says Dan “The Mouth” Lovranski, co-host of Live Audio Wrestling (or The LAW), a weekly wrestling talk show broadcast on Toronto’s MOJO radio and across Canada on the digital cable station, The Fight Network. “It’s kinda like the Oscars now — something that we just expect every year.”

So you want an explanation of the CDs or O/Ss read page 12 of the Annual Report it says it all.

"During the year several investors subscribed to purchase 2,500,000,000 shares of
the Company’s common stock at $0.0001 per share. A portion of the convertible
debenture was converted during the year resulting in 1,300,533,000 shares being
issued."

1,300,533,000 plus 2,530,142,699 equals 3,830,675,699.
When the remaining shares are "converted" our O/S will be
5,030,142,699.

Not that bad. As long as their putting the money to good use, and getting picked up by stations it is somewhat positive. Still has a huge chance to run if they get picked up in the US. Volume over 100 million in the first 30 minutes. [Wink]

BKMP

BLACKOUT MEDIA CP
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 03.30.2006 (1) day ago, when the stock price was 0.0004. Since then BKMP has gained 0.00% .

A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.

There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

Candlestick Analysis
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
Short White Candlestick
Bullish Piercing Line

Today a Short White Candlestick was formed. This represents relatively weak buying pressure with little price movement.
For more about this candlestick click here.

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Piercing Line Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.

I would say some are right 75% of the time. You just have to watch daily to make sure the charts don't turn bearish. I use candlesticks the most.

Schwabie-

As of todays earnings report.

1,300,533,000 plus 2,530,142,699 equals 3,830,675,699.
When the remaining shares are "converted" our O/S will be 5,030,142,699. (their raising more funds). Hopefully for a channel launch somewhere other than Canada. They have several there already.

Check it out. A response from the largest cable provider in the US. Comcast Cable. Yes, The Fight Network meets one criteria of a digital format. I think it is realistic to get the channel here locally since I live one hour from the Canadian boarder in Michigan. [Big Grin]

Dear subscriber,

Thank you for taking the time to contact Comcast regarding your interest in the
Fight Network. We appreciate knowing which networks appeal to our customers,
and we use that information whenever we add networks to the line-up.

Our goal is to provide a wide choice of quality cable networks and local
broadcast channels reflecting the diverse programming interests of our
customers. In addition to requests from customers, the following factors play a
part in our decision-making process:

- FCC regulations, such as requirements to carry all local broadcast channels
- Requirements by local broadcasters to carry their affiliated cable networks
- The number of access channels required by local government
- Customer satisfaction with networks carried in other systems
- Customer satisfaction with similar networks
- Importance of the network to our diverse community
- Level of interest across a percentage of our customer base
- Per-subscriber programming fees charged by the network versus the value added
to the line-up

As you may know, we have been investing millions of dollars in new technology to
increase the channel capacity of the system through ?digital? technology. So,
an additional factor in launching new channels is whether or not a particular
network is available in the digital format.

What this all means is that we take all requests for new networks very
seriously, and that we carefully consider the overall impact of adding each
network. While we cannot honor every request, we do take each request into
consideration in planning future changes to the line-up.

If you have any questions regarding the above information or if I can be of
assistance to you in the future, please feel free to contact me or call
1-888-COMCAST.

Thank you for choosing Comcast.

Sincerely,

Lakeisha

They dont dilute without posting it with the SEC. It is illegal, and I highly doubt that Sandy is doing that. The shares are Restricted until 07' anyways guys. And if you dont know what that means. Simply put = You cant trade them. If you are caught, jail time, etc....

First of all, Define POS.

Secondly, how is ANY of this Sandy's fault? He is doing everything right. The company is growing, no R/S, and the OS is very good by pink standards. If you wanna blame somebody, the flippers should be the target. This thing will continue to be a prisoner of the flippers 'til the revenues or contracts come.

Flippers have nothing to do with this period. I have been trying to sell 3 Million at .0004 just for the hell of it and cant even get a partial. This has been since last week when .0004 was a standard buy.
Also if you dont think all those AH sells (100 Million +) is not Dilution, your smoking bad stuff.
And Frankie Olsen is laughing at you!!!!
