If there was proof of dilution, it would have been exposed by now. 100 mil AH isn't big enough to prove dilution. If it was in the BILLIONS, then we could make a case for dilution. I think it's time for you to liquidate and move on. It is obvious that you don't have the patience for a medium to long term play. Sell all your shares to me at .0003 and go buy RSHN or USXP.... or PAIM.

Secondly, how is ANY of this Sandy's fault? He is doing everything right. The company is growing, no R/S, and the OS is very good by pink standards. If you wanna blame somebody, the flippers should be the target. This thing will continue to be a prisoner of the flippers 'til the revenues or contracts come.

Flippers have nothing to do with this period. I have been trying to sell 3 Million at .0004 just for the hell of it and cant even get a partial. This has been since last week when .0004 was a standard buy. Also if you dont think all those AH sells (100 Million +) is not Dilution, your smoking bad stuff. And Frankie Olsen is laughing at you!!!!

Max, your annoying, and probably dont know a thing about filings, etc. How long have you been investing? My father is with CNN investors; therefore, i know basicallly anything you want to know. So, if your interested just ask. The point is, AH 100 Mil means nothing just chill. If you have a problem then leave this board and no worries. The only ones who stay and do what your doing are either:
a) down a bunch and sold so very angry b) Basher
Either way. You were complaining about not getting filled. Well, do you think you are the only person selling at .0004? You do realize there are about 3.4 Billion shares. So your little 10 million or whatever you have isnt that hard to overlook when selling as a MM. Anyways, relax. The bid is back up. 3/4...We are good to go with finacials. PPV is setup, 2 for next month. Slowly but surely the money will come in. There wont be and R/S so there is no worries with taht either.

Garrow's got lots of Fight in him
By TIM BAINES - Ottawa Sun
Ready for all fights, all the time? Fight Network starts swinging New TV network's got the fight idea Taking the fight to the fans
Mike Garrow was like a proud papa, watching legends like Bret Hart, Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart, George Chuvalo, Chuck Lidell and Larry Holmes parade to the ring Friday night at a Toronto nightclub.
It was a night of celebration ... the official launch of The Fight Network, situated on Rogers Cable channel 427.
A great moment, for sure, for Garrow, who spent so much of his life in Gloucester, just outside Ottawa, developing a passion for wrestling that extended into the family home basement where he would take on all comers -- friends, his brother Todd and cousin James Cybulski of The Score.
Now, the son of proud parents Bob and Betty-Anne, who still call Gloucester home, is co-founder of The Fight Network.
And he couldn't be happier.
"We're all passionate about certain things and I was able to turn that passion into something I do for a career," said the 33-year-old Garrow. "Chasing a dream is difficult, but it happened for me."
Several TNA stars were on hand at Friday's launch, including Jeff Jarrett, Petey Williams, Chris Sabin, Rhino and Sabu.
Garrow points to his Fight Network crew as a great supporting cast. Guys like co-founder Sandy Winick. Brian Sobie. Brad "The Crippler" Sagman. Chad Midgley. And Andrea McCarthy.
"That's the band," said Garrow. "I had a passion to get this done ... and in a lot of cases, I didn't go looking for them, they approached me. In order to have anything grow, you need a core nucleus. Everybody comes up with ideas. These people are hungry to do this."
The Fight Network dishes up a wide variety of contact sports. Stuff like kickboxing, boxing, various wrestling shows and movies.
"It's been great so far," said Garrow. "But if you like it now, wait until you see what's ahead.
Garrow is hoping to extend The Fight Network across the country, including a deal with Bell ExpressVu. But right now, he'll just sit back and enjoy what he's got. And remember that first day when the switch was turned on and The Fight Network hit the airwaves.
"It's very surreal," he said. "Even when we went live on Sept. 22, I sat there and just kept staring at it."

This is just a question here for the people knowing details on this company.
If they own 20% of a company which is private who is the holder of theother 80%?? This makes me wonder whether the shares we buy are actually funding these ventures buy purchasing the 20% which in reality overinflating the true value of the assets.
The other question is if we own 20% of that company and they (being an outsideparty and major owner) who would be liable for any suits or changes to its interests???
Not having ownership or major control of these interests does it not put our money more vulnerable being we couldnt have too much to say as a whole in the ventures or changing of venues the private company may have??
These are just questions of interest and make me wonder about our actual value of these and not meant as derogratory bashing. Concerns about my money.
Also has anyone actually seen the distribution of the areas it is promoting as having access to for the cable networks??? These are small communities in Northern Ontario and not for the masses of Toronto nor Ottawa or Hamilton where this would be an excellent fit into the lifestyle being a steel town and growing to be a very industrious city.
These are only my opinions and questions of others and by no means should be offensive as my money is being at stake here too or I wouldnt be commenting on it

Here is the e-mail response I got today from Bright House Networks:
Hi Robert,
My name is XXXX, Customer Service for Bright House Networks.
Your welcome, we are always glad to help out.
Im sorry for the standard answer but in regards to new programming stations, even we do not get notified until after negotiations are done, contracts are signed and an official release date is scheduled.
Marketing has your email and will take customer input into consideration the next time they do channel alignments. I wish we could offer you a guarantee we will ever get TFN but that is not possible. I will, however, keep your email address ( XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) handy so if we ever get notified of TFN coming to our lineup, I'll drop you a note about it.
Thank you for being a Bright House customer. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional inquiries you may have. Have a great day!

instead of emailing cable providers, i think we should all be emailing Sandy to change the name to something like Microsoft Holding Co. (not Microsoft Corp.), and then demand he stick up another coming soon website.
actually i did just that and i think you will be interested in the response i received:
i dont' want to wast my time here. read again, sandy has updated the errors that was on the previous update. check to see if the longterm debit was still there on the new updated statement.

I seriously doubt that. If you are playing penny stocks with an amount of money that will "kill" you, you should probably check into getting in a personal finance class at USC. I am sure that they have something.
