Not to keep buggin' everyone about my wire transfer to Ameritrade but can anybody tell me how long from the time my money leaves my bank til Ameritrade recieves it and lets me buy MOTG at 0.038? Its killin me waitin.

I dont know about that, HNET does have deals they are working on but we know nothing of those deals yet

Dog, from my experience, it depends on your bank. My bank I believe does the transfers in bulk 2 or 3 times a day.
Even when it's transferred, if it is a big sum, it may not be available for your use for a couple days... call your bank and find out. They'll be able to give you the finer, more accurate details.

5 Bussiness days from time of transfer. sometimes they release them within 3 days if you do alot of bussiness with them and you Bug them about that fact.

Domestic wire transfers are normally posted, on a best efforts basis, within one business day after being sent from your financial institution. Once the wire is received, the funds will be available for trading.

BB: that's only for ACH transfers right? Wire's are much quicker I think

redelmo, if those rumors materialize, you won't be able to touch motg for .10. I have a gut feeling they're true. Time will verify that for sure one way or another. JMHO

Ameritrede says it will be available for ALL trading as soon as they recieve it BUT it gets wired from my bank to Bank of Omaha, I don't know if BoO will delay it at all. Never wired money to em' but watching MOTG and doin' the due has made me think I am crazy for not having more MOTG.

Hey, If anyone here has any experience with transferring UTMA/UGMA accounts, can you PM me? I have some questions regarding some savings accounts for my nephews that I set up awhile back. The interest rates suck and I want to move them to something that will get a better ROI.
