I changed my mind. 8 million shares of SSTY total..... ENOUGH!
This is sorta like jumping out of an airplane with half a parachute. Is it worth the risk, you ask? ABSOLUTELY! Been a risk taker all my life and have made it this far. Why stop now?
C'MON SSTY!!! Bring daddy home some EXTRA FAT bacon!

I'm thinking about taking another risk to get to 10 million. I feel that .02 or .03 is a reasonable starting point after the final paperwork for the accuisitation. So another 11,000 should get me to 10 million. I think the rewards far out way the risk.

Over here, SSTY closed at 0.0018 for 230,000 shares at 3:56 PM.
THEN, another late tranaction took place at 4PM for half a million shares for the price of.....
$0.018 for an 800% gain!
But of course, I just won't allow myself to believe that was a "real" transaction. Just a big tease to end the day with. A big ass SPIKE. Tomorrow, everything will be back to normal. Nice to see though.....
Going NUTS!

this sucks, i feel like im going to lose my entire investment at this point... reading all the nay-sayers' posts. i hope this is the calm before the storm. since i am in this for the "long run" im not all that worried. i still have faith in SureTrace. even if the price reaches 0.0001, that wont even shake my confidence.
the only way this company will not make it, is if they're just spitting out 100% bogus information all of the time, making video hoaks upon video hoaks, and basically lying to every human being that's even partially related to this thing. it's unerstandable that obstacles pop up that they hadn't anticipated which would cause delays and yes, further dilution before TPiD-US (if that is indeed what is happening). but whatever, i gotta go to class.
Wow it took me over an hour to read all the posts from yesterday. Nybul, thanks for the good dd. What does, "This will at the same time we start trading TPID-USA on a higher exchange" mean???
Will TPID-USA be a whole different company that will be completely be separated from SSTY so we'll need to fork out additional money to invest into it, OR will our existing shares mean we would ALREADY own a piece of TPID-USA so therefore we need to do nothing???
STILL A VERY CONFUSING AQUISITION

Anybody have an answer or opinion with the question above, please let know. SSTY is making me have mini-heart attacks but it's well worth it if I don't have a massive one.

I really really hope TPID-USA won't be a totally separate company from Sure Trace Security. If it is, it means more shares need to be purchased for this "other" company and our current SSTY shares won't mean squat.
OR..... Maybe Sure Trace Security shareholders won't need to do a thing since SSTY will be the actual "parent" company of TPID-USA???
I don't know..... This is the most confusing aquisition ever for me.
If someone has some info about how this is going to work out for current shareholders who currently own millions of SSTY shares already, please let me know.
Thanks!

i really don't know what percent we will receive from the new company, here is a post from newxian at the hub,
The truth is that 5-10% is going to shell company trading on otcbb. We will get same % in new company as you have in SSTY, but not 1/1 share. Like if you own 1% ssty, you will own 1% TPiD-us.How many share we get is Depend on how many share O/S that company will have.If they want 100 million we will get about 1/30 if they want 200million 1/15 if they want 300million 1/10 if they want 600 million 1/5. I think detailed info going to come when they file 8k.Like how much monthly fee ssty get and how many share we get. at the same time you still held the same number shares of SSTY, plus what shares number you get percent from the new company are "free" and that is what SSTY get for you as original investor due to the transaction.

So TPID-USA won't be receiving it's own ticker symbol, right?
See, I'm still confused as hell and we will probably get some accurate answers from "The Big Boss" himself, J. Mackay in another video.....
For now, I'd just like to know if SSTY is the ticker symbol that would be trading on the OTCBB exchange or will remain on the Grey Sheets, AND if TPID-USA is the "ACTUAL" company that will solely be traded on the OTCBB.....
Too mind boggling!!! Where are my ANXIETY pills when I need em???!!! Doctor's office isn't open on Saturdays!!!

So that basically means we have the "option" of buying TPID-USA shares totally separate from SSTY shares?
I wonder how this would affect the value of the SSTY's PPS if that's the case.
I currently hold 8 million shares of SSTY. What I'm hoping for is that SSTY would be the one to get out of the Grey Market and onto the OTCBB exchange. From what it sounds like, the only company that will be listed onto the OTCBB would be TPID-USA and not SSTY..... And that would SUCK big time. Then again, maybe not.

Kane..... What's your opinion on the new TPID-USA? You think it's going to receive a separate ticker symbol so we can fork out even more additional money for this new OTCBB company? This question is KILLING ME!

I didn't think that at first, but I'm beginning to think it know. I'm hoping it's like who I work for. Our parent company is UPS, but I work for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. We are totally seperate but our budget comes from UPS and our profits go to UPS and when we want to buy stock, it's UPS stock. I felt really good about this deal at first but I'm starting to question it. Just the deal, not the company. I still think we are going to be very rich from all of this, but I have to admit that my concerns are starting to rise a little.

No bid or ask. SSTY still in the "Grey Sheet Market". When TPID-USA becomes active on the OTCBB, I'm "wild card" guessing that SSTY will have an ask/bid feature. Again, this is just a wild card guess...

johncee has done alot of DD on SSTY here is another post by him thanks
I wanted to put the tremendous progress this company has made since 5/26/05 in a condensed version so everyone could see clearly what has happened over the past 10 months. Now we are past the stage where we are doing demonstrations in China, although more will come, but we are now at the stage where IMO big contracts should start rolling in. The technology has been proven, the partnerships and cooperation agreements are in place, Cimino is ready to hand the baton to a new ceo and managment structure that can take this company and make it a bluechip company in the future. All we have to do as investors is sit and be patient. Things will happen in their own time and not ours. Those who get discouraged and sell will regret it later in life. Those who have done their dd and hold will be rewarded a million times over. Again this is just one reporters opinion. GOOD LUCK AND GOOOOOOOOOO SSTY/TPID!
